I wanted to let you know that the flat I rented had several issues. The heating did not work properly, which made the place very uncomfortable, especially at night. Also, there was no microwave provided, which was unexpected. Overall, I was not satisfied with the condition of the flat. I hope these issues can be addressed for future tenants

Dale's place is very bright and beautiful, the location is perfect for is, walkable to very clean beautiful park and the beach. The house is very clean, and Dale is very responsive host. I do really recomend his place we had very nice stay Christina

We have stayed a number of times in Brighton and Hove, this was our most relaxing trip. We were so close to the seafront where we regularly walked our dogs, had time to sit in cafes and enjoy time to decompress from our busy lives. We felt so relaxed in the property it had the home from home feeling we all search for. We will definately check availability here or in another of hosts properties when we visit our daughter again in Hove.

Had to wait over 30 mins at a convenience store as I hadn’t been provided with a code to obtain the key. The place hadn’t been cleaned, washing up in sink, unmade bed, bins full. I had to wait in until cleaners arrived at 6:30 to 7:30 pm making me late for a dinner date. The place was freezing cold at around 12 degrees as the heating didn’t work. No hot water. No natural daylight as the windows have solid wooden shutters over them that are in such a state of disrepair it’s clear that they would fall off if opened. The main light has a dimmer switch but doesn’t have dimmable bulbs so the light flickers like a strobe light. TV was very difficult to work out with limited smart functionality. Shabby decorating to walls and ceilings. I have raised these issues following the hosts complaints procedure but heard nothing after 3 weeks. If any of this is disputed I will upload images of everything. The worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.

AVOID!!!! Dale is not an individual, you are renting this place from a business so if anything goes wrong you have to communicate with an agency so never speak to the same person twice. The boiler was broken which we didn't realise until ~6pm when the heating wouldn't come on and the flat was freezing (mid-Feb). After reaching out to "Dale" it took them almost an hour to get in touch with a repairman via Zoom who said somebody would have to come out. After another 3 hours of back and forth between the agency (who took ages to respond) and AirBnB customer support, we finally got our stay cancelled and fully refunded. The agency offered us alternatives but these were all far outside of town and would require 30mins travel to get in the next day; once we declined these the agency stopped communicating altogether. Also, all of the services were logged out of the TV so we had to sit in the cold flat for ~4 hours with a 5 year old who was up way past there bedtime with nothing to do.

Second time staying at this lovely flat! Convenient location, close to restaurants, pubs and grocery stores! Will definitely stay again when in Brighton.

This is a really pretty flat in a fantastic location. That said it is a historic property and needs some maintenance. We had a plumbing issue through no fault of the host and they did resolve it, however, in that time we needed to relocate and stay elsewhere for one night (our choice it was unlivable). The host is a service and not the owner so you are communicating with lots of difference people & they are not knowledgeable of the property. Needless to say this added inconvenience and stress to our trip and the host could have been more accommodating considering the severity of the situation. Still a lovely flat and a great location… just a tough situation.

Arrivée à l heure dite , il nous a fallu patienter tel une heure car le ménage n était pas terminé . Cet appartement a besoin d un bon rafraîchissement. Fuite robinet cuisine , grille pain hors service , Les volets de la chambre sont impossibles à ouvrir . De plus vitres dans le salon simple vitrage et certaines endommagées ce qui laisse passé un bon courant d air bien froid dès les volets ouverts . Problème luminosité dans la chambre car les volets n occultent pas complètement la pièce et l éclairage extérieur est bien présent .. Plafond chambre très sale . Baignoire très peu pratique , une douche serait nettement mieux . Enfin le chauffage été réglé à 16 pour la nuit , heureusement nous avons pu accèdes au programme du chauffage pour être au chaud . Première déception depuis je pratique air Bnb . Ne vaut pas le prix payé . Christian

Great location. Close to bus, restaurants, shopping. Amazing decor. Very comfortable and clean. Did not have a sea view but beach is close by. Had to get the keys from a shop a block away. We did not have flexibility with check in times. Host always responded quickly and sent someone out to the apartment right away when we had questions.

Absolutely stunning place, great area and nice easy access to main town and sea. Slightly noisy neighbours above us but other than that a great stay!

Schöne Wohnung wie auf den Photos. Super gelegen. Ruhig, 100 Meter vom Meer und doch viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Einziger Punkt: Mir schien es in der Wohnung oft kälter als draussen. Entsprechend muss ich die Heizung voll aufdrehen, damit es in der Wohnung warm war. Aber unter dem Strich eine empfehlungswerte Bleibe in Brigthon.

Great place to stay!

Lovely place ideal situation for shopping and walking,the only thing that we found difficult was getting in and out of the bath as it is on legs so is a bit higher so if you’re a bit unsteady it is not the best.Other than that it’s perfect.

I would definitely recommend this apartment in Brighton&Hove! The location is amazing, just a few steps from the sea and bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very well equipped for 3 people and had all the facilities needed. Although the apartment is situated in a popular area it was very quiet at night and we never had any problems in sleeping. The host was super helpful and always responded after a few minutes every time we had a question. I would definitely come back to this apartment!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wie man bei der Buchung sieht ist es ein altes Gebäude mit Charm. An einigen Stellen könnte noch etwas nachgearbeitet werden (zum Beispiel die Decke im Schlafzimmer).

This home is gorgeous! I felt like I was living in a painting. Gorgeous high ceilings, chandeliers in every room and big beautiful bay windows. The location was perfect for exploring the seaside of Brighton and all the lovely lanes and towns of both Brighton and Hove. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit this place again soon.

Well-maintained ground floor flat next to a quiet park and adjacent to all the Hove restaurants and cafes, and an easy stroll along the beach into Brighton. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with all you need to cook, and a string of supermarkets nearby if not eating out. The hosts are very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, and very easy access. The building and flat are indeed charming and elegant as the pictures show. The kitchen is well provisioned and the living room is comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us! The WiFi was fast and reliable so I could easily work a bit. The location was safe and walkable to all the best parts of Brighton and Hove. Just one block to the beach!

We loved our stay at the Regency apartment, it has huge wow factor from the moment you walk in, very grand, beautiful period features, modern facilities, great lighting & lovely & warm. It's very close to the sea front, restaurants, food & coffee shops but we spent most of stay hanging out in the apartment. Slight delay being able to collect the keys, a very draughty window in the living room which also allows a lot of street noise in, paintwork could do with some attention here & there as others have said & a very creeky floor for which I feel sorry for the neighbours. None of this took away from our stay which we loved regardless & would happily stay again one day.

Had a beautiful weekend escaping London here! The flat was stunning - the photos don’t do it justice. It was clean and warm and such a great price for what it was. I would really recommend it and definitely go back! The flat is managed by an air b and b company who were really helpful and super responsive - we had to check out early and they were really accommodating. Night recommend!!

Great location, Brunswick Square is super and it’s very easy to walk or get buses to everything, which is why we chose this apartment. Lovely to have Regency high ceilings, decor and chandeliers everywhere, but for us it was very much style over substance when it came to actually staying there…. We reported a faulty kettle, but aside from requesting a photo ‘Jessica’ didn’t do anything about it. There were no bedside lights, chipped and dirty crockery, lots of chipped paintwork on the walls, instructions for tv/heating were vague and unhelpful… The listing & photos imply somewhere better cared for. Probably time for a bit of a TLC.

I’ve stayed in this Victorian house for more than 2 weeks. The location is great! It’s close to the sea, bus station and many cute shops and cafes around! The host is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone wish to have a long stay.

Had a great stay at Richard's apartment. Very clean, description was accurate, great neighborhood. Bus stop right on corner and a quick walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and Coop grocery store two blocks away. Will definitely stay again when back in Brighton!

The place was in a great location for transit and situated perfectly between hove and brighton along with being close to the sea. We really liked the place and Richard was helpful and quick to respond. We would happily go back.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful, there’s a lovely park right there, it’s close to the beach, lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops steps away. It was very clean, easy to check in and out of and they responded to texts very promptly. We’d definitely stay there again.

It was such a scenic view from the room. The property being on the ground floor makes things so much easier. The collection of art and home pieces are so unique, we almost felt like living in a museum. The kitchen was well equipped. A really good experience of living in a house from a different period in a prime location. Thank you!

The place was unusual with lots of lovely features that made it feel like a unique find. The place was much roomier than I imagined , nicely decorated , small wear and tear but lots of character so in all a great place to stay. Bathroom was kitsch and had a nice art deco feel, and the kitchen had everything it needed. Lovely place to come back to after a busy days and nights out in Brighton!

What can I say that hasn't been said many times before, perfect!. Location is not far from station, and in the heart of everything. Restaurants and bars are all very close by, and The Lanes are a short walk. The beach you can see from the property, and is a 7min walk away, if that. The property is gorgeous and you could not ask for a better place to stay. The Square is stunning. Needless to say, when in Brighton again, I will see if property is available.

Absolutely stunning apartment right in the heart of Brighton. The place was compact yet grand, and only minutes to the beach. We appreciated the contrast between old English vibe of the decor and the beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom - a perfect balance of old and new.

The place is at a nice central neighborhood near the coast and the main street and all shops and restaurants. We appreciated the welll equipped kitchen and the “feel at home” sense the flat inspires. A great choice for our winter stay in Brighton.

Great place, great location. Everything you could need was provided

If you’re looking from a home from home - this isn’t it. Faulty shower, no curtains so the bedroom was too bright from streetlights and the sun, no low lighting so not much atmosphere of an evening, inadequate bedding, budget coffee and hand wash etc. Lots of this is easily rectified with a bit of thought and with that location it could be great but we felt ripped off paying £450 for 2 nights. That’s a premium price to pay for two terrible night’s sleep and a shower that barely worked. Not good enough.

Great location in a beautiful part of Hove, light and airy, spacious, clean, character-ful, very attentive and responsive hosts - highly recommended!

it's literally 50 feet from a Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and most important - buses. The beach is just a 3 min walk around a park. No windows could be opened except for the bathroom window. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD! I reported this several times and each time I was assured that the windows opened but as a 6'2" 250lb man, I could not open them so I'm sure they do not open. The managers were to send fans and someone to open the windows, but that never happened. Lots of apologies but no remedies. Also, given it was hot and the temperature this week will be 104F, I'm not sure anyone will want to bake in that apartment. There is no air conditioning nor fans and like I said, the windows don't open. The furniture is very used (not antique) and not very comfortable. Additionally, the floors where installed poorly so you feel like you will fall through.

Great location minutes from the beach, parking wasn’t a problem, clean and well equipped with great communication from the host, everything we needed in an Air BnB.

The location was very good. Liked the classic features. Liked the Brunswick Square Gardens close by which were very pleasant to spend time in. Could see the seaside from one of the windows which was lovely. The floor boards were extremely squeeky. The bedroom was too small in which the bed took up most of the space with only one bedside table and no bedside lamps. We were extremely disappointed to arrive at the apartment at the allocated time to find it hadn't been cleaned or serviced. We contacted our host and eventually the cleaner came while we had to leave apartment. We did receive apologies and a small reimbursement off our rate. However when entering an apartment for the first time to find it unserviced was very disappointing.

Location, location, location!!! Walk everywhere, near the beach, classic building, clean, comfy, perfect for two. Thumbs up!

I stayed here for nearly 3 months so thought I should share my experiences. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Pro's - Very well-equipped - has everything you might need for a short or long stay. - Excellent location - in probably my favourite part of Brighton/Hove (I've lived here for 15 years). A stone's throw from the beach. - Beautiful building - Spacious - The management company were very prompt in replying. Jessica fixed a problem with the door entry system very quickly. Cons - Needs to be redecorated - paint is chipped and flaking in parts. The chairs are getting rather tired. - Occasional noise from the street, mostly at the weekend - Can be cold/draughty in the winter even with the heating on. - Pinup art everywhere. It might be to your taste, but if you're like me and you don't like it then you can't avoid it. Good luck trying to find an angle for your Zoom call where it's not in the background!

Our stay here was fantastic. Everything we could have needed was provided and it felt very homely and comfortable. It’s in a great location with lots of cafes, pubs and eateries around. Also great access to the seafront and easy to walk to everywhere you need

The flat is brilliantly located, a 20min walk from the station which is ideal for coming from London. It has easy access to the sea and is right next to some lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The flat was clean, comfortable, and warm, ideal for a wintery weekend!

really lovely apartment, well situated with easy access to shops, cafes etc. the property was cosy, welcoming and felt like home from home - the hosts are great communicators and super helpful!

Though this flat is advertised as well decorated, it is in truth now very tired. The paint is cracked and flaking in several places, stained in others. The mattress is cheap and thin. The kitchen was not very clean, and has far too much old food from previous visitors left in the cupboards, such that there's nowhere to put your food. There were no saucepans that weren't burnt when I arrived, though new ones were purchased when I let the flat management know this. There is scaffolding up all around the building at the moment, which was there the whole 5.5 weeks I stayed. I wasn't notified of this in advance. I requested a partial refund, which was refused. It meant I could never open the shutters due to decorators outside the windows. All in all, the flat now feels tired and grubby. They could do with throwing out a lot of the junk around the place, such as masks in the corridor that are just accruing dust. There is no access to Richard, instead an AirBnB host responds to everything. This place could be good, but it needs a good spring clean and redecorating, and some new furnishings bought. I can not recommend it as it is now. On a positive note, the AirBnB host does respond quickly. I needed to extend my stay by two nights, and they granted me this for free, due to the problems.

Perfect spot and lovely flat.

Lovely and well equipped home in a fantastic location. Close proximity to a wonderful park and of course the sea front. Plenty of cafes, yoga studios, restaurants etc within walking distance. Only niggle was that the apartment building was being worked on during out stay, with many loud workers and noise during the day time. Didn't bother us too much, but I would have liked to have received a heads up from the host.

Richard's place is good overall, fantastic location, best place to enjoy Brighton/Hove, away from the crowd but still close enough for a tourist visit, we loved the beach area and the restaurants nearby. Parking was an issue as stated in the description and parking on the promenade was impossible during the high season, do make use of JustPark before getting there - that saved my trip. I guess the main problem and downside was the company that manage the property (you actually never talk to Richard), while the check-in was easy, for check-out they wanted me to drop the keys in the city centre as we were leaving the property too early (before 10am) - Brighton is a nightmare to get around, that messed up our plans a bit and we ended up leaving late to avoid going there. So you basically deal with someone who problably never set foot in the property.

The apartment was amazingly furnished, and also such an amazing feel to it. The location was spot on, only a 5-10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. Perfect location. The hosts were also fantastic and were happy to help and assist in any way that they could. Really can’t fault it. Recommend this to anyone on the edge and whether or not to take the plunge. 5*

Richard’s place is a great example of the very typical Hove Regency style building, and it was lovely to be able to stay there. It’s a ground floor flat on the east side of Brunswick so gets plenty of afternoon light into the main living space - which is a quirky take on the classic style of decor. For a one bedroom place, it’s got plenty of room and was very comfortable indeed. We really liked it. And if you don’t know Hove, it couldn’t be better situated to explore everything that Brighton & Hove has to offer. Check in/out is super easy. It’s run on Richards behalf by an agency so on the plus side you get a very attentive service but without any of the personal touches that come from dealing with the owner. Overall, we loved our stay and can thoroughly recommend it.

The apartment was great, the location was great and the host was great. If I ever return to Brighton I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Richard's place is a beautifully designed regency apartment with all mod cons. perfect location, very close to seafront and shops on a beautiful regency square.

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely host. Would have preferred to have checked in earlier. 3pm is way too late.

I booked this apartment for my partner’s birthday and we had a really lovely stay. Our host was very helpful and easy to reach. The apartment itself had lots of character and felt very luxurious. Although it’s a ground floor apartment, we didn’t experience any noise from the street or other apartments. We particularly appreciated the location; the building is beautiful from the outside and very close to the beach and all the lovely shops and bars in Hove. Overall great place to stay!

Great location, an easy walk to the beach and near to some Excellent restaurants and boutique shops and grocery stores! The flat was easy to access, a comfy bed, a cosy living room and a fantastic bathroom. We love Brighton and would definitely visit again.

This a really nice apartment, mostly very well presented. I wouldn’t rush to stay there again though, for two reasons. I like to have the windows open for some ventilation. It is difficult to do that here, partly because the windows don’t open very easily, partly because people on the street have a clear view through into the bedroom and easy access. I also thought that some of the”artwork “ presenting women as sex objects was really offensive. I was surprised that anyone would think that rubbish appropriate.

Great location and a stylish space to enjoy the delights of Hove and Brighton. If you are a light sleeper though I would suggest this place isn’t for you as some noice from upstairs (washing machine/footsteps etc) as well as the light that comes through the top of the window as the shutters aren’t quite big enough. But overall a great stay!

Lovely place, great location.

Beautiful space in a great location with many assets and only one major negative: the flat was gorgeous, clean, stylish and accurately reflected by the posted photos. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Everything is as advertised. The neighbourhood has many restaurants, pubs and shops and is walking distance to the sea front (5 minutes) and to Churchill Square in Brighton (20 minutes walk) and the core of Hove (20 minutes walk). Buses are plenty and often. Enjoyed some great Greek food (Archipelagos) and Persian food (Shayan Persian Takeaway) just around the corner and had fun at the Paris House Pub who had a jazz trio playing when we wandered in. Our main complaint is that because of the high ceilings and grand, original windows the flat was really cold, even with the heat turned up and the shutters closed. I would suggest that the owners hang some heavy curtains or consider getting the windows double glazed. A more minor complaint is that it being a ground floor flat meant if the shutters were open people passing by could see straight in, and even more minor still, there was no teapot and some of the dishes/cups were chipped. The check in was a bit challenging as I could only access wifi periodically while we were travelling and so missed an email with the code we needed to provide to pick up the keys; the guy at the shop was very helpful and patient with me while we figured it all out but it was late at night after a very long day travelling and wasn't ideal. Communication with the host company was otherwise good. We would definitely stay here again in summertime but not in the Fall/Winter.

We had a lovely time in Brighton for Christmas. Check-in and check-out were very simple (even over the Christmas period!) and the apartment was fantastically located for the seaside. About a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of the city but we didn't mind having the excuse to get some fresh sea air! A good sleep was had, thanks to a comfortable bed and it was nice to have some good Christmas films and TV with the NOW package provided. The shower was also lovely and hot! Our only complaint is that the cleanliness of the crockery and kitchenware was a bit grubby and there weren't any implements (sponges, brushes etc.) to thoroughly clean it with. We'd happily stay again-- thanks for having us!

This home is a comfortable and stylish place to spend time enjoying everything has to offer. Situated in the trendy west district of Brighton, we loved the place!

The apartment is well located in lively Hove. Nicely furnished. I've been there before so was prepared for the parking. Richard does warn you, it really is 15 minutes walk to the car park.

Great place , full of life, bright, clean , very nice decorated, bed is very comfy as the pillows, in the kitchen you will found everything you need, and I like the chandeliers , it give a lot of style :) I highly recommend !

This place is cool, quirky and in a brilliant location. You are two minutes from Brighton Beach, two minutes from some great restaurants (The Gingerman is amazing). The living room was my favourite room. The shower and bathroom were very clean and nice to use. I’m not used to being on the ground floor so that took some getting used to (people walking past the living room/bedroom etc)... then again that is what the shutters are for. The place was clean and tidy all over and having access to NowTV in the evenings definitely helped. Great stay, would recommend!

An ok place but too high priced for what it was. I have stayed in many other places which were far better and where the host was more accommodating. This was handled by a company and it shows that there is no personal touch. Would not stay again in that place.

We had a perfect stay. The flat is beautifully decorated, in harmony with the architectural style of the building. It is fully equipped with all you need to feel at home. High quality appliances, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. The location is great, close enough to the busy center of Brighton but far enough to be quiet. Many shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pubs within walking distance.....and the beach just 4 minutes away ! Check-in and check-out is easy. Questions were promptly answered by the host. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm back in Brighton area.

I had such a wonderful stay! The team that was on a hand during my stay were just the best - the place itself was right by the seafront and I was just in awe the entire time because of how beautiful my surrounds were. The apartment was classic and gorgeous, it exceeded my expectations massively. Highly recommended!

Richard's apartment in Hove is amazing. It is in a perfect location, with a side sea view, just a minute from Western Road with a huge variety of eateries and 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is very stylish, with a well equipped kitchen, extra bedding for the sofa bed, constant hot water and Sky and Now tv. It was a joy to stay there.

Gorgeous luxurious apartment right next to the sea on a street with beautiful buildings. It's tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed really comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was great, they checked in regularly to make sure that I had everything I needed. Fantastic place, cannot recommend it enough and would love to come back one day!

Indeed elegant old school furniture and building. Fast and friendly communication. Idealy located (bar, restaurant, supermarket, sea, center at walking distance). Very recommended!

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était annoncé, très beau et bien décoré. La société en charge de la gestion était très disponible et a l'écoute de nos attentes. Quelques articles du quotidien étaient présents (brosse à cheveux, savon, sopalin, sel, parapluie etc...) ce qui facilite bien le séjour.

THE place to stay in Brighton!

Loved the flat. Great location, and a good base to explore the area. Far enough from the touristy area, but close to fantastic restaurants (e.g. giggling squid) and bakery (e.g. real patisserie).

Beautiful apartment on a gorgeous street in Hove. Fantastic decoration and everything you need to have a fabulous stay. Cannot recommend this apartment enough and will be returning very soon!

The apartment is amazing. It’s in a great location and has everything you need for a stay. It’s a very peaceful place and so close to the ocean. It was the perfect place to base myself during my stay. The communication with the owner was great. I’ve stayed in a lot of AIR BNB’s and haven’t had an owner check in with sick care. The decor is very chic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing location, great looking apartment and all the amenities you would expect. Checking in and out was a breeze, and WiFi worked well too. Only points, when we arrived there was no shower glass. We actually found it under the bed, so I imagine it was supposed to be put in place but was forgotten. However once we informed the landlord, they sorted out the problem swiftly and had a handyman in to put the glass up. Also, in the top windows of the bedroom there are no curtains or anything to block that light, so was a little annoying with the early sun. Would highly recommend the flat however.

This is a really lovely place close to the centre of Brighton and Hove. It's a couple of minutes walk from a quieter part of the beach which is great. There's also a really nice park right on the doorstep. The Flat is very comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, even has a TV with streaming services and a good sound set up. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Beautiful high ceilings as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is very convenient and it has everything I need to feel like I am actually home.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work, everything was clean and comfortable. Richard and his team were very responsive and excellent hosts. I would stay here again.

Excellent apartment. Ideal for a short break for the two of us. Kitchen well provisioned and wifi worked well. The apartment is at ground floor level, so there's not much privacy if you open the window shutters during the day. That didn't worry us as we were out and about during most of the day.

An absolutely fantastic apartment. Everything you want in a home from home. Warm and cosy, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with lovely crisp bed linen. Lovely bathroom, especially loved the flamingos. Situated in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops almost on the doorstep. 2 minute walk to seafront. 10-15 minute walk to Brighton shops. A great place to stay

Checked in on a cold Sunday night, only to be warmed by the heated apartment. Forgot my soap and shampoo when taking a sparkling shower, only to realise it’s all provided for ??

A very beautiful, Clean and luxurious apartment with all amenities , in the heart of Hove. Very lively place with touch of antique assets in place. Kitchen is filled with all essential items such as Cutlery, Pans, Glasses, Coffee, Sugar, Oil and lots more. Very near to bus stops and all major grocery stores. It was a wonderful stay for a week. Would love to come again to this place.Five stars for Richards place.

We have had a wonderful anniversary weekend in this beautiful apartment which is situated in a fantastic central location on a fabulous Regency square overlooking the sea. Splendour indeed! Everything went like clockwork, from the early checkin, directions, collecting the keys to the tablet providing us with local information and tips on things to do. Brighton and Hove are beautiful areas to visit and we felt very much at home in this beautiful apartment. We would highly recommend staying here to our friends and family.

Property really lives up to the photos, it is beautifully decorated. It is also in a perfect location and the surrounding area is lovely. Would love to go back one day.

The Location is very central to the Coach and to downtown

Richard's apartment is stylish, comfortable, and in a great location exactly as advertised. Check-in and picking up the keys was an easy process; the location was less than a minute away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Richard also had a tablet inside the apartment that had information about the apartment itself and relevant locations, events, and general information about Brighton. I highly recommend staying here, and will definitely consider staying here again if coming back to Brighton!

A well appointed, charming regency flat in and excellent situation in Brighton. We stayed here happily for three weeks.

Richard's unit was beautifully furnished and appointed and was in a fantastic location. Everything that you would need was provided and it was exactly as pictured. Just two blocks to the waterfront and around the corner from plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, there was plenty to do within a short walk from the flat. Our only concern was that the unit is on the street level and the only way to get any fresh air or breeze was to have the shutters and windows open, which then would allow anyone walking by to look right into the unit and where you are sleeping. If there had been a fan in the unit, that would have made things a bit more comfortable for sleeping as it was quite warm the weekend that we stayed. It's can also be quite noisy at night due to the proximity of the unit to the restaurants and bars so if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best place for you. If staying in the cooler months I would recommend this property easily.

This is one of the most adorable and accommodating apartments that I have stayed in my travels. There is a tablet when you get there that can help you navigate Brighton and Hove and the host is easily accessible if you need anything or have any questions. The apartment is in a wonderful location with easy access to everything you could want. We would stay here again and will be recommending to our friends.
