Located on the second floor of a charming Victorian building, Guildford Apartment is a newly decorated one-bedroom space that combines style and comfort for a delightful home-away-from-home experience. The lounge area is warm and welcoming, with a bay window that fills the room with natural light. It features a sofa-bed suitable for an additional guest, and a fold-out dining table that can comfortably seat up to four for meals. A desk area provides a dedicated workspace if needed, and with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, the apartment caters perfectly to both relaxation and productivity. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also available. The bright kitchen is equipped with a modern SMEG toaster and kettle, as well as a microwave and washer/dryer. It’s fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware to make cooking a breeze. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided. Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, on a steep embankment, minutes from Brighton Station. Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are half a mile/ten minutes walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Hove or Seven Dials.

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. I was extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this property. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating and physically uncomfortable experience. Accessibility & Transparency: There is no mention in the listing of the steep hill/slope you must climb to reach the property. This is a major oversight for anyone with luggage or mobility concerns. Safety & Comfort: The heating instructions were non-existent. We spent a miserable, freezing night bordering on hypothermia because we couldn't figure out how to adjust the system to a functional level. Cleanliness: The property was not properly prepared. The bathroom was unclean, and the kitchen kettle still had stagnant water from the previous guest. Maintenance & Noise: Several bedroom lights were broken. Furthermore, the walls are paper-thin; we could hear every sound from the neighbors, making it impossible to rest. Communication: The host was completely unresponsive, ignoring my messages and

Generally it was a decent airbnb in a lovely location with lovely decor. The general maintenance of the place let it down slightly
