Had a lovely week in Brighton really easy to find and a perfect location and an easy bus into central Brighton was a lovely studio and would definitely return.

Achtung nicht buchen eine kleine umgebaute Garage mit tollen Bildern und einer schrecklichen Realität im Hinterhof. Die positiven Bewertungen entsprechen nicht der Realität und es sind wahrscheinlich keine wirklichen Buchungen, die dahinter stecken. Eine Garage so groß wie ein Auto das ist kein Urlaubserlebnis, das ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe Verständnis für die wirtschaftliche Situation in England, die wirklich katastrophal ist aber mit solchen Methoden Geld zu verdienen, ist nicht fair. Der Vermieter bietet keine Stornierungsmöglichkeit und weiß ganz genau warum. Eine große Schande, dass das hier bei Booking noch gebucht werden kann. 

Achtung - schrecklich klein - eine GARAGE

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft.  Tolle Nachbarn die dort für Probleme (gab keine die mit der Unterkunft  zu tun hatten, aber wir brauchten ein Kinderkrankenhaus)  und frische Handtücher zuständig waren.  Es war nicht ganz einfach  im Dunkeln  zu finden weil man die Hausnummer von der Straße nicht sehen konnte.  Ansonsten alles super 

Everything! Warm, welcoming, so very clean.  11 night stay and this little studio had everything I needed The biggest plus was the beautiful family next door who really looked out for me as a solo traveller. I genuinely can't thank them enough  Tip: it is quite hot so if travelling in summer bring a fan as I did which was perfect  Will be back  Someone will always find something not to like but I honestly had no complaints

Came to brighton for a few days to see friends that were staying in another airbnb. I was orginally gutted I wasn't staying with them but when I got to the studio I was very glad I had my own space. It's off away from the road so nice and peaceful, and perfect for 1 or 2 people to stay in. I had a lovely time and was able to make the most of my short break :)

This was an unplanned stay as my husband was taken ill and was in Brighton Hospital. This was so hand for me to stay close and go and visit. Will thought through with everything- nothing missing in terms of what I needed for my stay, which was extended on a number of occasions. Thanks

Excellent facilities and very clean on arrival. Great location, with close local public transport. Check in was very simple. No complaints, and would stay here again :)  It would have been good to get some written instructions on how to work the heating, what to do with rubbish/recycling, contact numbers, etc. Occasional noise from pipes, and once or twice some noise from neighbour's garage (phone calls, etc).

Not much at all.  It’s not a studio apartment. The pictures made the room look much bigger & more appealing than it is.  It doesn’t come with parking. It’s a converted garage at the bottom of someone’s drive. With no privacy from them at all as our window opened & looked directly into their garden. It says no smoking in there but they were smoking in the garden & it was coming in the room. They were also very loud only booked it as it stated apartment WITH PARKING. So it’s false advertising We had to park in the next street as the neighbours put a note on the car not to park there again. Also there is no outside space as it’s the driveway between two houses. Would never go back. 

Lied to about the property being an apartment. Very disappointed.

Great Place. Very cute Little Appartement with everything that you need. Very clean, very cozy. The area is a bit far from the city and you need approximately 30 min. By bus but there is a bus stop right up the street.  Thanks for having me 😊

From the minute we stepped in the door the quality of finish to the interior was spot on, a very clean , modern and cosy apartment , it has all you need , would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Free parking is an absolute bonus , as when I checked the car park hourly rates they were extortionate, there is a bus stop near the property which we went to the lanes and marina… had an amazing Birthday weekender at the festival in Brighton with affordable accommodation.

The apartment was lovely and in a good location. We didn't meet the owners but the people next door were very nice. We weren't always able to park on the drive but coukd park across the road  

Nice and quiet out of the way, Kerry and her partner very helpful and friendly.  Bus service very regular. Nature reserve across the road for a walk and a lovely walk down to the Marina.  About an hour walk to Brighton centre which is lovely.

Slightly out of the main town centre however we were able to get the bus and walk in to the centre of Brighton with ease.  Cosy little space with everything you need.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for visiting Brighton! The place is small but has everything we needed and more. It’s so handy being able to park then a quick bus journey and you’re in Brighton! Lovely, clean and homely. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Clean and bright, perfect for the locations we needed to visit. Free parking was a bonus. Host was helpful but we didn't need to call on them.

Really lovely stay here, I stayed here for 6 weeks and had everything I needed . During my time here the tv and door lock had some issues but they sent out to be replaced the next day and constantly checked in with us about this and that everything was okay. Really proactive host and really helpful and friendly. The only was that there wasn’t parking outside the house and we parked in a road round the corner which wasn’t a problem and could get parking quite easily there. And that the the roller device for cleaning the floor wasn’t that great and so for a longer period wasn’t necessarily brilliant at cleaning the floor but for a short stay would be perfect. Over all a really nice stay with a great host in a really nice location with an easy bus trip to the marina and into town.

Lovely place, clean and works absolutely fine for a couple nights. Only thing is a bit of an odd location with nothing really close by, OK if you've got a car to pop to the shops otherwise have to get a bus so just down to personal needs and preference.  Couldn't find any coffee but again very minor thing and not a big deal. I would stay again.

Lovely studio, very clean.  The only negative is the bed wasn't very comfortable but apart from that nice place to stay. 

Great apartment,  warm and comfortable and perfect for what we wanted. Great location too  Would have been nice if there was some extras such as some milk and teabags (there were only 2 in the cupboard) etc but think I've just been spoiled at previous places 

It was very clean and comfortable, it had everything you might need.  Parking was a bit tricky, it was a very busy road. The booking process seemed excessive, we've never had to provide photo I.D or a large bond when booking other properties in Brighton

Public transport and taxis were excellent.  The apartment was very clean, and was well equipped.  Very small, would of been nice to have a outside space.Overall we enjoyed our stay, would possibly stay again.

Stay was good, very clean, could of had a brush+pan for floor. Location was ideal

Great what had been done to such a small space, had everything you needed, though would have been helpful to have instructions for some of the kitchen equipment. Outside a bit messy. OK for a couple of nights. Easily accessible  to Brighton.

It was very clean and well equipped, the only thing it needed was a broom as it got quite dusty due to the gravel pathway outside and the path where we parked the car. We solved the problem by purchasing a broom to use while there and then took home. There was no other issues while we were there. We would recommend this studio to any couple who wanted a holiday in Brighton.  There wasn't anything we didn't really like other than the table, it was handy to use if we wanted to eat anything without going out, but the table was very wobbly my husband had a look to see if anything could be tightened but it turned out it had at least one screw missing. Other than that everything was very good.

Perfect small apartment

Es gibt eine gute und preiswerte Busanbindung nach Brighton-Centrum. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und mit (fast) allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Parken direkt vor der Tür war möglich.  Die Wohnung liegt hinter einer nicht sehr einladend wirkenden Auffahrt eines Wohnhauses auf der Bauschutt und Schrott lagert, der dort augenscheinlich schon länger liegt. Vom ersten Eindruck waren wir leider mehr als enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist "very tiny" und selbst zu zweit ist es schon etwas zu klein für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es gibt zwar einen wackeligen Klapptisch, der im Schrank zu finden war,  aber schön gemütlich frühstücken oder etwas warmes Essen ging leider aufgrund des Platzmangels nicht so richtig. Auch die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße fernab von Einkaufs-und Sightseeingmöglichkeiten führt für uns zu einer schlechteren Bewertung. Gut, dass es in der Nähe einen Bus in die Stadt mit einem attraktiven Tagesticket gibt. Insgesamt zwar alles vorhanden, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt irgendwie nicht. 

Check in was super easy, the host was very friendly and forthcoming for anything we needed. The place was lovely and clean, very sweet little place. Definitely worth the money, it was a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed staying, it felt very homely. Everything was wonderful and the host was very responsive when questions were asked. 10/10 would definitely come back and would recommend to friends and family if staying in Brighton.

Thomas's studio flat was clean, tidy, uncluttered yet had all the essentials. It was also lovely and warm

Great host. Responsive and kind. Easy to find and the type of place that’s exactly what it says on the tin. Was an easy stay and well kitted out. Everything was spotless.  Probably the only place in the Brighton area with free and consistent parking!

The accommodation is tucked away down the side of a house and was quite peaceful, being quite far from the road. It was nice and warm when we checked in, which always welcome when it's chilly outside. First impressions were how well the space has been designed and utilised.  Not huge, but big enough for two, with plenty of well thought out storage.  A case will under the sofa seat, a large cupboard and underbed & bedside drawers. There's a Smart TV which can be moved to watch from the sofa or from the bed, the lighting is dimmable which was nice later on. The view from the bed window overlooks gardens, but you can still see the sea in the distance, which wasn't mentioned the listing. Parking is actually outside the main house, preferably over the road,  but we had no issues finding  spot on each of our 4 days  The bathroom is bright and the shower is fantastic. All in all a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again. p.s. it's about £12 to taxi into Brighton seafront

This studio flat is very clean and nice. Thomas is a nice host. The very late check in time was the only concern we had for this stay.

We had a lovely stay at Thomas's place. It was very clean and comfortable. A polite and attentive host who gave us space to enjoy our vacation. Reliable wifi connection. A direct road to the seafront with a great view as you drive down the hill. The city centre is a few minutes by car and smooth sailing. We'll stay again.

Cosy studio, great for using as a base for going into town if you don't mind the ~45 minute walk. It was modern, clean and had all the basics. We enjoyed our long weekend there. One small thing is that there is no blind over the front door which is a frosted glass door. No one can see in unless they are up close but it still feels a bit uncomfortable

A small but well equipped annex. Perfect for my working trip to Brighton. Sadly I couldn’t connect to the wifi in the annex due to a fault and the signal from the main house wasn’t good enough to use. Other than that a great little place to stay and communication was very good.

Good value for money, clean and perfect for a short city visit. Easy access to bus routes and a lovely scenic walk into the center. Host not great at resolving issues but apart from that it was a nice stay.

The place is spacious and compact at the same time. It has all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great!! it is in easy reach of local supermarkets It is within easy reach of all things to do in Brighton. My wife and I stayed for a couple of days and it was an enjoyable experience.

The room is quality compact but functional, if someone needs a place to sleep and not to be in all the time is the perfect place to stay, as it is quite small, but it is accessible and has all the functionality needed to be the right place for a short stay. My parents stayed for two weeks and they were quite happy to be there.  No downsides noted
