This was an unplanned stay as my husband was taken ill and was in Brighton Hospital. This was so hand for me to stay close and go and visit. Will thought through with everything- nothing missing in terms of what I needed for my stay, which was extended on a number of occasions. Thanks

Excellent facilities and very clean on arrival. Great location, with close local public transport. Check in was very simple. No complaints, and would stay here again :) It would have been good to get some written instructions on how to work the heating, what to do with rubbish/recycling, contact numbers, etc. Occasional noise from pipes, and once or twice some noise from neighbour's garage (phone calls, etc).

Location is a bit far away from the main city centre - parking outside the house is slightly challenging as the area is prone to getting wet and muddy. overall does the job nicely for a short term airbnb

Not much at all. It’s not a studio apartment. The pictures made the room look much bigger & more appealing than it is. It doesn’t come with parking. It’s a converted garage at the bottom of someone’s drive. With no privacy from them at all as our window opened & looked directly into their garden. It says no smoking in there but they were smoking in the garden & it was coming in the room. They were also very loud only booked it as it stated apartment WITH PARKING. So it’s false advertising We had to park in the next street as the neighbours put a note on the car not to park there again. Also there is no outside space as it’s the driveway between two houses. Would never go back.

From the minute we stepped in the door the quality of finish to the interior was spot on, a very clean , modern and cosy apartment , it has all you need , would definitely stay there again and would recommend. Free parking is an absolute bonus , as when I checked the car park hourly rates they were extortionate, there is a bus stop near the property which we went to the lanes and marina… had an amazing Birthday weekender at the festival in Brighton with affordable accommodation.

The apartment was lovely and in a good location. We didn't meet the owners but the people next door were very nice. We weren't always able to park on the drive but coukd park across the road

Nice and quiet out of the way, Kerry and her partner very helpful and friendly. Bus service very regular. Nature reserve across the road for a walk and a lovely walk down to the Marina. About an hour walk to Brighton centre which is lovely.

Slightly out of the main town centre however we were able to get the bus and walk in to the centre of Brighton with ease. Cosy little space with everything you need.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for visiting Brighton! The place is small but has everything we needed and more. It’s so handy being able to park then a quick bus journey and you’re in Brighton! Lovely, clean and homely. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Clean and bright, perfect for the locations we needed to visit. Free parking was a bonus. Host was helpful but we didn't need to call on them.

Good clean property , great host ?

Really lovely stay here, I stayed here for 6 weeks and had everything I needed . During my time here the tv and door lock had some issues but they sent out to be replaced the next day and constantly checked in with us about this and that everything was okay. Really proactive host and really helpful and friendly. The only was that there wasn’t parking outside the house and we parked in a road round the corner which wasn’t a problem and could get parking quite easily there. And that the the roller device for cleaning the floor wasn’t that great and so for a longer period wasn’t necessarily brilliant at cleaning the floor but for a short stay would be perfect. Over all a really nice stay with a great host in a really nice location with an easy bus trip to the marina and into town.

Lovely place, clean and works absolutely fine for a couple nights. Only thing is a bit of an odd location with nothing really close by, OK if you've got a car to pop to the shops otherwise have to get a bus so just down to personal needs and preference. Couldn't find any coffee but again very minor thing and not a big deal. I would stay again.

It was very clean and comfortable, it had everything you might need. Parking was a bit tricky, it was a very busy road. The booking process seemed excessive, we've never had to provide photo I.D or a large bond when booking other properties in Brighton

Great what had been done to such a small space, had everything you needed, though would have been helpful to have instructions for some of the kitchen equipment. Outside a bit messy. OK for a couple of nights. Easily accessible to Brighton.

It was very clean and well equipped, the only thing it needed was a broom as it got quite dusty due to the gravel pathway outside and the path where we parked the car. We solved the problem by purchasing a broom to use while there and then took home. There was no other issues while we were there. We would recommend this studio to any couple who wanted a holiday in Brighton. There wasn't anything we didn't really like other than the table, it was handy to use if we wanted to eat anything without going out, but the table was very wobbly my husband had a look to see if anything could be tightened but it turned out it had at least one screw missing. Other than that everything was very good.

Es gibt eine gute und preiswerte Busanbindung nach Brighton-Centrum. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und mit (fast) allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Parken direkt vor der Tür war möglich. Die Wohnung liegt hinter einer nicht sehr einladend wirkenden Auffahrt eines Wohnhauses auf der Bauschutt und Schrott lagert, der dort augenscheinlich schon länger liegt. Vom ersten Eindruck waren wir leider mehr als enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist "very tiny" und selbst zu zweit ist es schon etwas zu klein für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es gibt zwar einen wackeligen Klapptisch, der im Schrank zu finden war, aber schön gemütlich frühstücken oder etwas warmes Essen ging leider aufgrund des Platzmangels nicht so richtig. Auch die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße fernab von Einkaufs-und Sightseeingmöglichkeiten führt für uns zu einer schlechteren Bewertung. Gut, dass es in der Nähe einen Bus in die Stadt mit einem attraktiven Tagesticket gibt. Insgesamt zwar alles vorhanden, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt irgendwie nicht.

Great host. Responsive and kind. Easy to find and the type of place that’s exactly what it says on the tin. Was an easy stay and well kitted out. Everything was spotless. Probably the only place in the Brighton area with free and consistent parking!

The accommodation is tucked away down the side of a house and was quite peaceful, being quite far from the road. It was nice and warm when we checked in, which always welcome when it's chilly outside. First impressions were how well the space has been designed and utilised. Not huge, but big enough for two, with plenty of well thought out storage. A case will under the sofa seat, a large cupboard and underbed & bedside drawers. There's a Smart TV which can be moved to watch from the sofa or from the bed, the lighting is dimmable which was nice later on. The view from the bed window overlooks gardens, but you can still see the sea in the distance, which wasn't mentioned the listing. Parking is actually outside the main house, preferably over the road, but we had no issues finding spot on each of our 4 days The bathroom is bright and the shower is fantastic. All in all a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again. p.s. it's about £12 to taxi into Brighton seafront

This studio flat is very clean and nice. Thomas is a nice host. The very late check in time was the only concern we had for this stay.

We had a lovely stay at Thomas's place. It was very clean and comfortable. A polite and attentive host who gave us space to enjoy our vacation. Reliable wifi connection. A direct road to the seafront with a great view as you drive down the hill. The city centre is a few minutes by car and smooth sailing. We'll stay again.

Cosy studio, great for using as a base for going into town if you don't mind the ~45 minute walk. It was modern, clean and had all the basics. We enjoyed our long weekend there. One small thing is that there is no blind over the front door which is a frosted glass door. No one can see in unless they are up close but it still feels a bit uncomfortable

The keys were easy to access right outside the property. There was plenty of parking nearby and the apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything you might need. It was dark and an outside light would have been useful. The house number was also tricky to see in the dark.

Very clean. Lots of necessities provided. After booking, lots of addonsappeared in lots of emails. £250 deposit, I'd required, loads of rules!. and lots of personal info requested which should not happen. These did not appear until after payment had been taken which is not right in my opinion, as an option to cancel is not then available. Really not happy with this.

Very cosy studio. A sliding door to the bathroom that disappears into the wall, TV that will turn from the coach to the bed to watch. Tea, coffee, sugar,salt, pepper and some sauces. Clean with cleaning products under the sink. And 4 toilet rolls for a three night stay. The frosted glass on the door my partner felt people might be able to see. My partner is only small so she struggled with the seating area.

The apartment is a converted garage. It has been done very well and has all facilities needed for a short stay. Particularly comfortable double bed. Couldn't connect to Wifi. The people living in the main property allowed us to sign in on their Wifi. They said other guests had experienced the same difficulty.

A small but well equipped annex. Perfect for my working trip to Brighton. Sadly I couldn’t connect to the wifi in the annex due to a fault and the signal from the main house wasn’t good enough to use. Other than that a great little place to stay and communication was very good.

Lovely property. Great size for a studio apartment. Very clean and well looked after. Great location, not far to the city and marina. Plenty of free parking around. With being at the side of someone’s house it felt difficult to open a window which made it fairly hot at night. A fan would be a great optional extra.

Good value for money, clean and perfect for a short city visit. Easy access to bus routes and a lovely scenic walk into the center. Host not great at resolving issues but apart from that it was a nice stay.

The layout was great comfortable everything we needed was provided. I wouldn’t say this was a dislike but was unable to connect to the wifi, could have called the air-host but was not necessary have mobile and was there to chill so not an issue.

The place is spacious and compact at the same time. It has all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great!! it is in easy reach of local supermarkets It is within easy reach of all things to do in Brighton. My wife and I stayed for a couple of days and it was an enjoyable experience.

The room is quality compact but functional, if someone needs a place to sleep and not to be in all the time is the perfect place to stay, as it is quite small, but it is accessible and has all the functionality needed to be the right place for a short stay. My parents stayed for two weeks and they were quite happy to be there. No downsides noted

Ideally suited for staying just out of the city and close enough for me to get to the areas I needed to for my work. A perfect self contained unit with everything I need. I would book it every week if I could.

Located just outside Brighton, this accommodation was all I needed for a work base for the week. Easy to find, and access, just far enough away from the city to be quiet and close enough to be convenient.

We had a great stay, travel to brighton town centre was easy via a short bus journey you can get around the corner.

A great little place which was perfect for us visiting friends in Whitehawk. Great communication and easy check in and out.

Room is small (cosy as they call it) and suitable for one person, not for a couple. There was food left in the fridge (dairy) and the shower had long hairs on the tray. I asked where I could park and the management company (you don’t deal with the owner just a rude and flippant company) couldn’t tell me (it’s clear they don’t know this property very well) and kept repeating the same instructions which mean nothing for this property and when I pushed they said ‘I’m sure you’ll manage’. This room faces a very busy noisy road so be prepared for that. On the plus side the neighbours are nice, it’s beside a big wild open space great for walking and the shower was great.

This apartment has absolutely everything you could need for a short break. The space is well thought out, the fixtures and fittings were spotless and high quality. We found parking easy on the street nearby and it was a great base for visiting family.

Great place to stay, local park nearby. Shops a easy walk to and a little workout walking up hill to get back. The conversion is extremely impressive and surprisingly spacious. Warm and cosy, perfect for the stay i needed.

Lovely little out house with close links to Brighton seafront.

Host communication throughout was great and very quick. The flat is not in the centre, make sure you figure out where it is in relation to where you want to go and what you want/how far you want to walk. If you like a leisurely walk stopping off for coffees and beers, this is great. The little annex is a great space and is very well thought out in terms of design and what is catered for to guests in such a compact space. For a short stay/week for a couple, it is very much value for money compared to the price a Premier Inn are charging in Brighton considering the flat offers an oven/hot plate and small fridge etc. Me and my missus found the small hot plate and other kitchen facilities very useful for a short stay for cooking basic meals if we fancied eating breakfast/before going out for the day or coming back in the evening. The TV and access to WiFi/Netflix is a good touch too. The neighbours at the adjoining house were very friendly and allowed us to park directly on the grass outside the house as they used the driveway down the side and out front. Looks like parking could be an issue but there are streets either side of this flat that are options if out front is not available as residents do have access to the driveways. It was well kitted out for a short stay and for us, the walk down the hill to the marina and then in to town was not an issue at all. We don’t mind walking anyway. I can see how people may complain about the walk to town (that’s their problem?) and to be fair, if you can handle a 30-40mins flat walk full of coffee shops/sights/pubs/cafes etc....what’s the issue? Otherwise Uber and local cabs are plentiful and reasonable. Considering the price and facilities, I’d genuinely and happily stay again at the flat as the location is accessible as we enjoyed walking in and out of town. There were only a few minor snags. Overall the cleanliness was decent. It did however need a more thorough clean and this has been fed back. But I’ve stayed in worse hotels. A few previous guests have mentioned the blinds/light. This has been fed back. Hopefully this is sorted and the stay would’ve been greatly improved. Just bring a sleep mask in case. Not a criticism, because it’s near the coast and there’s nothing anyone can do about seagulls; if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because they’re even more ‘vocal’ from about 5am. Apart from that it’s a decent little space that’s comfortable and gives tourists who are willing to walk into town and self cater a far more price competitive option.

This is a great place to stay for a short holiday in Brighton! The studio is very small as it is a converted garage but it has everything you need and is well thought out to make it feel bigger than it is. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had any questions. The parking was confusing but we ended up parking out on the road for free without any problems which saved us a lot of money on parking in the city! It is about a 50 minutes walk into the city but it's a lovely walk along the sea front. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place.

A perfect location for a stay in Brighton! Lovely host and a clean and cosy accommodation with everything that we needed! The bus stop is right outside which made it very easy for us to get into the city, and it wasn’t too far from the centre so it was easy to walk to if we wanted to. Will 100% be using again in the future!

Thomas' place was excellent for our 4 night stay in Brighton. While not the most central Airbnb relative to the city centre, you do get some excellent views on the walk down to the seafront, and then the pleasure of walking along the seafront itself! Took us about 45-60 minutes to walk from the Airbnb to Brighton Pier, which was significantly shortened when we took advantage of the Brighton E-Bikes (of which there is a station not far from the foot of the hill that the room is located on). Taxis back in the evening cost around £8 from The Lanes, so not bad if we wanted to avoid walking back up the hill after a few drinks! The room was well equipped and was clean. Only downside for my partner was the windy weather that also visited Brighton during our stay, as it hit the building quite hard, so she had to wear some earplugs as she is a light sleeper. I sleep like a log, so didn't notice anything!

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. The space is as described, quite small but very comfortable and cosy. It was very clean on arrival and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quite far from Brighton centre, but not an issue if you dive - although parking in Brighton is expensive so something to consider. The space for parking at the front is very good and feels safe. The hosts themselves were very accomodating and checking/ checking out was incredibly easy. Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, although it was a far walking distance from the city centre it was a great spot and it wasn’t difficult to get there. The neighbours were accommodating and friendly.

We had a great stay here, it had everything you need as a base for the weekend, we found it very clean and tidy. It was simple to check in and out and communication with the host was always very responsive, it’s in a great location and very easy to get into Brighton by Uber in less than 10 mins, we would definitely stay again.

Great for the price. The place is a converted garage about 50min walk from the centre. This didn't bother us as we enjoyed the walk as it was our first time. We took Ubers back each night for £8. For a second visit or a longer first visit, we would likely go somewhere for central. The parking is great especially for long stays, which likely saved us £50. The room itself was very clean and accurate. The shower was also surprisingly powerful and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there already. If anything could be improved we would say a larger duvet and blackout blinds on the door as it lets a lot of light in. The company who communicated with us were excellent. Thanks!

A nice place to stay on the marina side of town. It’s near bus stops and the social bikes so it’s easy to get around. The accommodation is on top of a hill which wasn’t an issue for me but something to be mindful of if you have no transport or mobility issues. A very easy check in and check out. Good communication with hosts if you need anything. Bath towels and hand soap provided. There is a fridge and cooking facilities which was helpful as eating out is still difficult in the current climate. There is a Co-Op and Lidl about 15 min walk away. The room only has blinds so can be very light early in the day. An eye mask was helpful.

Not far from the centre of Brighton. Great views of the downs on the way there. Parking on the grass verge outside the property. Small but cosy.

Stayed for 3 weeks, quite well equipped for that time, but probably better suited to shorter stays. Short drive to seafront but a fair walk. Good base for exploring.

We had a very nice stay. Thomas and Jessica were very kind and available to answer any questions on enquiry. The flat was very well furnished.

A small, modern and comfortable garage conversion that has been well thought out with some nice touches and offers great value for money. Location good, As it's a garage conversion, there is no outside space and is off a main road but noise not intrusive. Bedroom window overlooks a garden (not the studios). Cleanliness is satisfactory but needs improving. I was self isolating and was very comfortable with just enough amenities but more suited to short breaks where it is merely used as a base. I would recommend this studio. 3rd party agency, Airhost for you are very efficient in their communication but delivery is too clinical/generic and lacks the personal touch that caused a couple of errors.

Pequeño pero bien cómodo, todo nuevo y en buen estado. Nada que objetar y tanto Thomas como la agencia se preocupan están pendientes de que todo esté en orden, y responden muy bien y rápido a cualquier cosa. Por ejemplo el mismo día q dijimos , al par d horas trajo un caldero que pedimos. No hay queja

I’d like to say a massive thank you for our stay in Brighton. It was a great ending to my birthday week, and we had everything we needed and more. The place is so welcoming and everything thought out! We loved the portable stove, and all of the little extras. The neighbours were lovely and helpful if we needed it. Everything was clean and tidy, and the way it is set out makes a great use of the space. It all makes a difference and we’ll definitely be looking to stay again in the future!

Its a nice flat, your next to someone's back garden so can be uncomfortable having the window open, drive is narrow and on a main road, it was very comfortable inside the flat, few cleanliness issues but nothing too big

Everything was ok, however it was not clean enough especially under the bed too much dust, I think it was never cleaned there

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this converted garage with its own separate entrance. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Brighton city centre but we found the local taxis really cheap. The best part about it is that not even a 5 minute walk from the property there’s a massive nature reserve where we had beautiful walks and morning runs. There’s even a path to a grazing farm on the hills where you can see sheep really up close. On the whole the actual accommodation was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

This place is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photographs displayed, very cute and cozy. Decor is modern and light. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Location is a quick drive from centre of Brighton. The host is lovely and checks in through out your stay. Highly recommend

Stayed there for a week with a friend and it was perfect! Just enough room and the kitchen equipment was very good for a week of self catering! Bus stop towards the city is very close. The apartment itself was very clean and cute.

The apartment is comfortable, beautiful and extremely clean. Otherwise, is well communicate because of the bus lines. I recommend this studio if you are two people and want to enjoy some days in Brighton!

Really nice, modern space. The bed is sooooo comfy. The space is a little bit cramped, very cosy, but if you are going to spend most of your day out exploring, it’s perfect :) Communication with the host is a little complicated as a 3rd party “AirHost” is used, we couldn’t contact the host directly, it took longer than it should have. It was very quiet, as it’s back from the main road. Nice place if you’re exploring all day :)
