The Space
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom maisonette with a private terrace is ideally situated just a two-minute walk from Brighton train station. The central location is unbeatable, with easy access to the lively Seven Dials area, the North Laine and South Lanes, the beach, and a wide selection of cafes, shops, and cultural attractions.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom also has a double bed and additional storage. Fresh linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

The bright living room includes cosy sofas and a Smart TV, with a dining area that seats up to six guests—an ideal space to relax after a day exploring. The sofa can also be converted to a bed if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for ease, offering cookware, crockery, glassware, and essentials, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Neighborhood
In the heart of central Brighton, just minutes from Brighton train station, my flat couldn't be in a better position for enjoying all that Brighton has to offer.

Surrounded by numerous excellent cafes, restaurants, takeaways, bars and shops, on the edge of the trendy North Laine area with it's quirky independent spirit. It is an easy downhill stroll to the seafront and the beach - just step out of the front door and you'll see the sea at the end of Queen's Road.

There are also plenty of conveniences nearby such as an excellent local greengrocer (The Grocer and Grain), M&S Simply Food at the station, and larger supermarkets not far away. If you prefer to dine out, Brighton has an amazing restaurant scene and it's on the doorstep.

The Cultural Quarter with the Royal Pavilion & Gardens, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, the Dome and the Theatre Royal are all within minutes from my place. There is also an excellent Picturehouse cinema (the Dukes at Komedia) with a comedy venue below, and plenty of other events going on around the city all the time.
