My family and I have just completed a weekend stay at this property, location was lovely, 5 minute drive from Filey and with a lovely little pub right next door. Parking for two cars, all the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes etc. We would definitely stay again. Just a few little niggles that would make the stay more enjoyable if improved upon. Although the majority of the property was clean it was not spotless. We found a lump of hair stuck to the shower wall in one of the bathrooms, the ovens hadn’t been cleaned as they both had trays with used foil on them still in them, some of the cutlery and glasses were not clean at all so we felt we had to wash everything before use. There were no spare bin bags to change the bin with, no kitchen spray for cleaning down the kitchen and no spare toilet rolls. The boiler is tiny and only one person can have a warm shower without having to put it on for an extra hour which was a bit inconvenient as there were 6 adults and 2 children staying. Like I said above however, we did enjoy our stay and would book again but hopefully the comments we’ve left will be taken on board for next time.
