Kingsmere is in a great location, right on the Broads and close to a pub with riverside seating and great food. The portions were enormous! Also a marina where we hired a cruiser for the day is very near. The house was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white linen. The nearest shop is a short drive away but the milk and tea bags provided were very welcome on our arrival. We recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for a weekend to be close to my parents boat which is in Ferry Marina. It's an ideal place, close to the Marina, and a couple of pubs are close by for food and restaurants. Everything is clearly labelled inside, so operating the appliances is easy. We liked how clean and tidy the place was and a few nice touches similarly to what you would get in a typical welcome pack. The rooms are tidy, and bedrooms fit for purpose. There is no downstairs toilet, just something to be mindful of, it's 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. I would definately use this place again, and it was really easy to gain access. There as also 1 parking space, although the marina also has adequate parking, and that is really close by. I was constantly getting updates and comms regards any help I might need. I will be back. Thanks again.

The location was good with several local pubs and water either side of the property was great. Very quiet. Property very light, clean and spacious The packet of cookies and pint of milk were much appreciated. Toilet rolls and tea towels were also very helpful. Designated parking also helpful. Lamps in the lounge or dimmer lights would have been nice as it was quite bright to have main light on when relaxing in the evening. Blackout Curtains at the bedroom windows would be great as although the blinds were nice and in keeping with the style of the property, it was very light in the morning meaning I woke earlier than intended.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Place was very well equipped and throughout. Beds were very comfy. There was a lot provided in the accommodation. There is a local pub 5 mins walk away but I didn’t think much to their food. It was hard to sit outside in the garden as it wasn’t very private when the neighbours were next door.

The property was exceptionally well decorated and furnished. Everything was clean and looked new. It was in the heart of the Broads and I would recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to the area. The short, unadapted road to the property was in bad repair with some deep potholes. Take care and pick your route carefully to avoid damage to your car.

Good location, there was everything you needed and everything was done to a good standard. Can’t say there was anything.
