The Space
Princes Place Hideaway I is a newly refurbished, two-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area, just off the famous Georgian Quarter. Featuring a white interior accentuated by high-quality furniture in a yellow and blue motif, it is ideal for family getaways, holidays with friends, and even corporate stays.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is situated on the ground floor level of the apartment, providing a refreshing view of the neighbourhood through the large windows. The dining table is accompanied by two dining benches, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. Adding to the charm, a sofa that effortlessly transforms into a snug double bed is complemented by two vibrant yellow accent chairs, a sleek wall-mounted Smart TV, and the brick stone feature wall, creating a beautiful ensemble!

Head down to the basement for the bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The bathroom is ideally located between the bedrooms and is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, a WC, and a washbasin - sparkling clean with its white and grey interior. The bedroom to its left is a huge space boasting two double beds, a wardrobe, and a desk for vanity or work. The second bedroom fits a double bed and also comes with a desk that can be utilised for work.

Furnished to a high standard of accommodation, Princes Place Hideaway I has blinds for all the windows, carpet flooring for the bedrooms, and a wood vinyl laminated floor for the living area.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located on Princes Road, Princes Place Hideaway I is surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20-minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Princes Place Hideaway I is spread across two floors and the basement is only accessible by stairs.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy.<br/><br/>Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries.<br/><br/>Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location.<br/><br/>The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire.<br/><br/>The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut.<br/><br/>There is a shortage of plug sockets.<br/><br/>Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Es war alles sauber und gut. Die Zimmer liegen im Keller. Die Gegend war in Ordnung, es gibt einen netten, kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. In die Stadt läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.

Great place to stay. We had my daughter’s graduation at the cathedral, so was perfect walkable distance to that and probably took us 25 minutes to walk home after a night out celebrating. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs are quite cool, which was nice as we had a rare hot couple. <br/>I was slightly surprised to have to pay an extra £25 to cover damages or pay a £500 refundable deposit. It does mention this in the small print when I looked closely but personally I’d rather have that incorporated in the costs when I originally booked it as we had a set budget. I don’t recall having had to pay this in an air bnb and I’ve stayed in a lot! I’m only mentioning it, so people are aware when booking.<br/>Overall a great flat, perfect for visiting the uni’s, modern, big and clean.

This property is one of the rare gems where the pictures don't really do the place justice. Great living space as you walk in and two bedrooms and a bathroom down stairs below ground level. <br/>Handy location for getting around.

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding.<br/><br/>Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

The apartment is in a good quiet area a 20 minute walk from the city centre with good public transport access. Property very easily accessible. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, well furnished, clean and modern. Good sized outdoor area. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool.
