Suitable for up to 6 guests our apartment offers two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge! Featuring a contemporary fitted kitchen, dining and breakfast bar in the open plan living area and two sparking bathrooms.

The Space

A contemporary two-bedroom apartment, with plenty of of space for up to 6 guests. Newly refurbished, with two hotel standard double beds and a double sofa bed with a full deep sprung mattress in the lounge. The cosy interiors offer everything you could need for that home away from home feel. The apartment sleeps 6: Open-plan living/kitchen room: • Fitted with a double sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably. • Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with an integrated microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, basic cookingware, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay. • Share a hearty meal with the group at the breakfast bar in the open-plan living/kitchen area. • Has a wall-mounted 50" Smart TV allowing you to stream your favourite online shows! Bedroom 1: • The master bedroom is fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests. • Has a wooden wardrobe for managing your clothes. • Comes with an ensuite bathroom that has toilet, sink, and a shower. Bedroom 2: • Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests. • Has a hanging rail for managing your clothes! Main Bathroom: • Modern design fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is right in the heart of the popular Ropewalks area with Liverpool ONE - a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, independent shops, and galleries. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it. You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront. For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a short stroll away. Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance. Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs! Mathew Street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 13 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 15 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudy's pizza! The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Getting Around

Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance, although transport links such as Liverpool Central Street and Liverpool ONE bus stops are less than 10 minute walk away! Other things to note

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home! There is also a communal garden space. We kindly ask the group to remain respectful of the neighbours when using the shared space - I am sure that wouldn't be an issue for you!

La ubicación y la disposición de los dueños para cualquier cosa. La limpieza en general muy bien, pero el horno de la cocina daba pena. La cama de la habitación con baño privado incomoda para dormir, el colchón está para renovar. El sillón cama del salón horrible para dormir.

Location Modern and spacious Picking up and dropping off of the key was inconvenient, a key box outside the apartment door would be much better.
