


























Welcome to our second floor apartment nestled in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter! Our lovely apartment is the ideal base for Couples looking to explore the city, visit Families and Friends or those on business trips! This cosy space includes a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped Kitchen and a double sofa bed in a comfortable Living Area to relax and unwind.
Apartment Sleeps 4: Main space: • Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • The luxurious Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total) Sleeping area: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests. • Decorated with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table. Kitchen: • Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more! Bathroom: • Fitted with a Standard Shower, Toilet and Basin. This apartment is a comfortable place to unwind and relax with the accompaniment of Liverpool's famous Seagulls & the captivating Georgian neighbourhood view! **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
This apartment is within one of Liverpool's most iconic neighbourhoods - celebrated for its charming architecture, elegant terraced houses, and historic cobbled streets. The Georgian Quarter is just a stone's throw away from majestic buildings such as The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall. The location is perfect for those desiring to take in a piece of history whilst also being able to go on a short stroll into central Liverpool! The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, perfect for those with an artistic flair. The apt. is near many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space. Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Good location In the lead up to our stay, we received multiple messages a day with repetitive and unnecessary information which was really annoying and something we’ve never experienced before. All the information could have easily been sent at one time or just not sent at all Shower took ages to heat up.
