(up to 4 Guests in total) • Features a modern marble-style dining table, seating up to 4 guests Bedroom: • Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests. • Decorates with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table • Also comes with a large Smart TV Kitchen: • Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more! Bathroom: • Fitted with Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin. The views from this apartment are incredible, overlooking Liverpool's historical Anglican Cathedral and a glance of the city centre. Although it comes with some flights of steps to the apartment, the scenery and the sunset view from the living room is well worth it! **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

Situated in the Georgian Quarter, a prestigious neighbourhood known for its remarkable architecture, scenic buildings, and original cobbled streets, this apartment serves as the perfect base for everyone! Step out the front door and you’ll find yourself amidst some of Liverpool’s most stunning architecture, with the neighbourhood showcasing its timeless beauty. Just a short stroll away are Hope Street and the city centre, where you can explore a variety of delightful restaurants, cosy cafes, theatres, and concert venues. This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall! The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair.

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
