Very friendly shopkeepers where we had to pick up/drop of keys.  If travelling by train with/without luggage quite a distance to pick keys up then go to appt Short ride in taxi for both journeys but time consuming. Not sure why keys couldn't be left in lock box in the main building considering there is 24hr security within. However, this dies not put us off returning! 

All in all excellent.  Few issues with hot water for shower but nothing major!

Enjoyable

Nice flat right in the middle of the city centre. Easy to get to and from with easy check in and check out.

We stayed last weekend for two nights me and my 3 friends. Decent living area, everything was clean and easy to use. The double bed in the living room wasn’t particularly the most comfortable, but for a couple nights sleep it wasn’t too bad. Thanks again to the owners 👍

Good location, close to all main bar and restaurants + shopping district. overall a fine stay. Ideal of a group of lads to sleep. Good communication from host via app. Price was very reasonable  Plumbing issues while we were there,  Instructions on how to collect keys could be made clearer than they currently are 

Average but clean

The location and the property were perfect for what we needed. The instructions were very detailed which was great but I wasn’t aware that I needed to collect the keys from a different location (around 5-10 minutes walk). This wasn’t a big deal but good to know ahead of time as we had luggage to carry and hadn’t planned.  The communications and the property were nice and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit the arena/conference area.

Perfectly located flat in Liverpool, walking distance to the docks, shopping center, bars and restaurants. Please note that you have to retrieve the keys and give them back in another location, about 10 minutes walk from the flat. No elevator so not accessible for disabled persons.  Communication regarding retrieving and giving back the keys was confusing as we received conflicting information. In the end, the process is seamless if you don't mind going to the store located 10 minutes away by foot.  The flat is not suitable for 4 people. There is one room with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, but the sofa-bed mattress is actually not a real one, but 2 separate pieces of foam put into a duvet cover. Therefore, 4 people can't sleep comfortably.  There was dust behind the sofas and bed.

Great place to stay close to all amenities. Everything we needed for our short stay. Only downside would say barstools are a bit tired and worn with large cracks in the upholstery and the corner sofa although comfortable did have a few large stains which were a bit off putting. French doors were also dirty on the inside and out. Maybe just a bit more attention to detail for the price. Overall though as there for only 2 nights wasn't worth complaining about as we weren't there long enough for it to be sorted. Would recommend for the location as very central to everything you needed and host was always responsive. and pleasant.

Location was great close to everything you need to be , was very cosy inside heating was good and offered lots of facilities like cutlery, balcony, etc. Was modern and spacious  Key situation is a joke , there should be a lockbox or a closer pick up point  Shower was even worse the reviews did not lie, water pressure is terrible and hot water only lasts about 5 mins. Fridge did smell  No hairdryer was given  Certain cutlery was dirty but not all  Chairs in kitchen are very very worn and torn 

Overall a great stay but key and shower situation is a must fix.

Loved the location , very clean ,very homely.

Great location close to Liverpool One and Duke Street. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom with most things that you may need.  The key collection and delivery point is little car ride away. Would be a faff on foot or on public transport.  Apartment is lovely but either the air con or drains were occasionally kicking out strange smells- but our visit was during a storm so the drains could've been playing up?

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, the location and the comfort of the place were great. It really felt like a home away from home.  However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hairdryer, which is something I expected given the variety of other amenities available. It was a bit of a letdown. 

At a little under 5 days before stay was told I had to complete a check-in form (on a website outside of Airbnb) that required me to pay either £25 for damage insurance or a £250 damage deposit with a non-refundable £10 administration fee. was told it was in the listing but was not and is currently not, felt like I was being extorted as it was so close to check-in date and would not release check-in information until I complied!  despite being told kitchen was fully equipped, several basic items not there: Baking tray, casserole dish, scales, measuring jug, grill pan, oven glove. informed them on day one (except oven glove) no attempt was made to provide me of anything for the remainder of my stay TV screen had scratch with small area of white pixels and was on demand programming via apps only irritating sound from air vent located near sofa bed No dedicated workspace No offer of partial refund for issues raised  linen &towels were clean, bed and sofa were comfy  1000 char limit

This airbnb was perfect for our week and a half stay in Liverpool. Perfect location. Super cozy and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Would stay again!

El alojamiento es bonito, agradable y muy bien ubicado.  Tuvimos muchos  problemas con la regadera para bañarnos ya que no salía agua, fue muy desagradable. Y el tener que recoger las llaves en una tienda lejos del departamento.

Struttura accogliente ed in posizione molto comoda, ben collegata con il centro. Charlie è stato gentile e disponibile.  Il divano letto è inutilizzabile. Materasso rotto e sporco. Consiglio vivamente sostituzione del divano, altrimenti è un appartamento da considerare per non più di due persone. Prezzo forse un po’ troppo elevato nel complesso. 

Big and modern apartment in the Heart of Liverpool. Very comfortable and well equipped, quiet side street.  

Great value for money, modern & big apt in central location

Location is central to attractions, bars, cafes, shopping. Liverpool is a very walkable city and you are well placed to explore from the Ropewalks area.  Our family of four stayed five nights and loved the spacious living area. The kitchen was well equipped for food prep with several supermarkets close by. Despite being central to everything, the building and surrounding areas were very private and quiet. Pre arrival communication was detailed and helpful.  Only that key collection and drop off was a bit of a hike in the opposite direction to Lime Street train station and wonder if there might be a more convenient alternative.

Do read all the reviews! Great location for seeing the city, lots of space.  The issues raised in the reviews re shower had not been fixed - ridiculously low water pressure so just dribbling. Uncomfortable and creaky bed, felt every spring, slept on the sofa after the first night. Key collection and drop off is a 15min walk away, really inconvenient when arriving by train! Sulphuric smell on entry, hallway was always wiffy, and so was the fridge.

I only liked the bathroom, that there is a bathtub, but the hot water was very slow, we waited for 3 hours before the hot water started  I didn't like the location, the apartment was also dirty, the carpets and everything around were dirty, it was not of the same standard as it was presented the beds and mattresses were not comfortable at all, you couldn't sleep on those beds.  the kitchen was dirty, the toaster was completely burnt, the chair was torn, the carpets were dirty, the sofa was dirty, the apartment where we were was a mess, and their conditions are exaggerated and do not correspond at all to what the apartment actually has

Very central to centre and the waterfront  Hot water pressure appears to be an issue as pressure really bad. Couldn’t shower as temperature dial didn’t regulate the heat . ( They did offer to try and get someone to have a look but we wanted to wait till check out ) And bath took 30 mins just to get 3 inches on water including cols as hot water pressure so bad .

Nice spot! Within walking distance to all the sites and sounds and has most of everything you need for a few days in town. Pull out couch isn’t overly reliable but the L shaped couch is comfy, also be prepared to pay a damage deposit (2 different options) after the booking is made. Check in process was easy but you’ll need to pickup/drop off keys at a separate location (there is no lockbox on premises). Would recommend :)

Spacious flat in great location. We are light sleepers but the bedroom was really quiet and we slept well :) The heaters worked nice and kept us warm during our stay  1. The bathtub was dirty so I had to wash it myself - really disappointing  2. The shower: water pressure is weak and it’s really difficult to set the right temperature  3. We also tried to take a bath but failed to fill the tub because hot water had run out 4. WiFi connection was pretty weak - not enough to watch a video on YouTube

Great location. Good facilities.  Shower temperature control stuck on hot. There were dirty plates and utensils in cupboard, apartment not as clean as would have liked.

The place was immaculate, comfortable and well located. The team that looked after the place was responsive and all the instructions were very clear. I had two issues with check in. First, I was required to fill in a separate form outside of AirBnB website and pay a damage waiver of 25 GBP (or alternatively provide a deposit with an admin charge of 10 GBP). I queried this but the team (politely) said they wouldn't release the check in details and instructions unless completed. Then secondly, when I paid that, the instructions - which on AirBnB said a lock box - were in fact to get the key from a shop, which was a full 10 minute walk from the property (obviously this also meant walking with bags). I also had to return the key to the shop by 10 am on check out or "incur a charge". Basically check in was sub-optimal.

My husband and I stayed 45 days on the apartment, in general it was a great stay. Listed below main highlights: - best parts: fast wifi; kitchen amenities; sofa super comfortable; spacious; washer and dryer saved us; large double bed and wardrobe; communication with the host was easy and smooth; great location close to city center. - could’ve been better: we had a hard time to understand how to work the boiler in order to get the right amount of hot water!! The boiler is really old and manual, different from the house guide shared, but with time we could manage it. The key nest was a bit far from the house, it was a 10 mins walk but got really difficult to do with huge luggage. As already advertised there is no dedicated workspace, so consider it if you plan to work remotely from a laptop, is not very comfortable for that on a long-term.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was so lovely and relaxing. everything was just as it was described. we knew we would be close to the main high street but didn't realise how close we actually were which was great for us. despite being right in the centre the surroundings were very quiet. Liverpool has been one of my favourite places to stay, i would definitely stay here again!

Great location! We went for a birthday weekend and walked home every night. Only a 10 min walk to the dock as well. Very spacious apartment with loads of mirrors girls!! Only thing is the water pressure wasn’t great I ended up having a bath.  All in all would definitely come back and the team were very responsive very easy to find the location as well

Overall we had a lovely stay, excellent communication with the hosts and it was a very spacious apartment in a great location. Only negative was that the AC in the living room was not able to be turned off which was a shame, but that problem wasn't in the bedroom. Despite this one negative I would still visit again.

It’s a great location to walk around the city and do shopping. Place is very comfortable. There are birds singing out ☺️ Cooking might be tricky though. There were not many cooking pans and the ones were dirty and mostly damaged. The other obstacle is to walk about 10 min to drop off the keys. It’s an easy walk but side-walk is not very smooth and makes it diffecult with luggages. That should be kept in mind while booking this place. Taking a back-pack might be the best choice.

Small problem getting the keys at checkin but in the end everything went well. I loved the place.

Lovely stay. Perfect location for me, with easy walk able access to everything the city center has to offer. Apartment was just as described with some nice touches which made for an enjoyable visit. Key collection and drop off was no hassle. I think the shop where you collect the keys was described as 9-10 mins away from the accommodation, but with my long legs it was more like 5-6 mins and really easy to find. Would certainly consider staying here again if needing to stop in Liverpool.

Very convenient to bus station and Liverpool One  Had to walk over 1/2 mile to shop to collect keys and on checkout had to leave keys back at the shop.

The apartment is cozy and relly well equiped. 10 minute walk from Albert Dock and basically any centric landmark is within walking distance. But the best part is the team behind it, who was always available and welcoming for any of our questions. Sometimes a 10 is something that must be given, and this is one of those times!

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped.  Very easy to walk to most attractions.  Having to collect and return keys to different location , although it wasn't a far walk it was just a bit of an inconvenience.  We were aware of this beforehand though.

Absolutely fantastic location right by the centre and docks. But without the nighttime noise associated with many city locations.  Plenty of paid parking within a few minutes walk  The sofa bed was a bit hard,  ok for a weekend but couldn't use long term

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was rather noisy one night but very good location for the city centre.

Very nice place to stay! The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, was clean and is very spacious for two people. Location is super quiet despite being only a 5 minute walk to the edge of the city centre and super close to the waterfront, too. Host responds quickly and is very helpful. The key needs to be picked up/dropped off a ten minute walk away.

Está ubicado en pleno centro, en 15/20min llegas prácticamente a todos los sitios turísticos .La calle es muy tranquila y te dejan muy bien indicado donde recoger las llaves y cualquier duda te contestan al momento. La casa es amplia, con cocina totalmente equipada y calefacción en todas las estancias.

Location was perfect, Apartment was warm, cosy Shower was good Wifi was good.  The second bed was a pull out sofa bed but it was a good one. 

Muy comodo y en el centro de Liverpool, pudimos hacer todas las visitas desde el piso sin tener que utilizar ningún transporte. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre atentos a nuestras consultas. Seguro que volveremos.

Lovely apartment. Perfect location for everything really. Bed was very comfy. Nice and clean. Excellent shower.  Only 3 forks when there were 4 of us but as soon as told them, more were delivered. No grill pan so had to fry everything for breakfast and no tin opener. Parking a bit of a pain as couldn't find the cheapest one recommended so ended up in an expensive one! But all in all, great apartment.

The flat looks just as shown in the listing, and it is in a very convenient spot in Liverpool! It is in a quiet area right in front of a small park, so it was very comfortable. Also, Charlie was very responsive, and we ran into a small plumbing issue that they immediately responded to to resolve.

I stayed in this apartment for a total of 2 weeks, the location is great and it’s a nice tidy apartment. Unfortunately the shower was broken and I was without a shower for most of my time. There was a temporary fix put in place after 3 days but this meant there was no cold water. Not ideal. Also worth noting is that you have will need to walk quite a distance (up hill) to collect the keys from a local store. I was travelling by myself so check in was not an easy process for me as I had to drag my suitcases through town. Hopefully this process can be changed in future, perhaps a lock box at the property to make things easier?

The apartment has everything you’ll need! Really comfortable and even in a populated area it’s quiet. Great location to get to all the important spots!

What a great apartment! Ideally located within a two minute walk from Liverpool One, so close to shops, restaurants and the docks. Situated in a quiet side street away from the noisy bars and clubs. The apartment was spacious, clean and kitchen had everything needed. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and nice flat - I especially liked the choice of art! I was however disappointed by the peeling wallpaper in the lounge area; this visit was a treat for a loved one so I was embarrassed the place didn't live up to the pictures.

The location here was great, and property was clean. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable as a bed, ok for crashing for a night. The living room was great during the day but did get warm at night and was quite light.  communication was great and it was very easy to check in and out.

Lovely stay in a well located apartment close to shops, nightlife and exploring! Apartment was spacious and inviting, and the sofa bed was the comfiest one i have stayed on so no complaints. Charlie was prompt with responding to any queries and overall made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Had an amazing stay - the flat is so spacious, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for nipping into the shops, visiting the docks and seeing the sights. Checking in and out was so easy too. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment in an excellent location.

If you’re looking for something basic, it’s fine.  - Poor cleanliness - the bathroom had large amounts of hair in the corners. - The flat was not as expected - actually larger than expected but quality was poor - breakfast bar felt like it would break very easily and was wobbly, bed sheets weren’t fitted and constantly had to be readjusted, and the blinds kept falling down.  - Safety risk - the front door to the apartments doesn’t lock and anyone could get in - we pointed this out and after 5 days still nothing had been done. Further to this, the handle on the door to the apartment was starting to wobble, so if this isn’t tightened then the risk of staying here will become greater.  - The two plus points were the fantastic location (!) and great comms before and throughout our stay - we found response times very quick. However, check in was confusing as the Change over between Covid rules and relaxing was unclear - we received instructions and then were told to ignore some of them. - Overall, not much care and attention was taken and we didn’t find it to be good value for money - some attention to cleanliness, safety and quality in the apartment would have made our stay much better.
