The Space
The Landmark Apartment features a balcony, a bathroom, and an open plan living, dining, and kitchen space. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the apartment has a double bedroom and double sofa bed in the lounge.

The lounge, dining, and kitchen areas share an open-plan layout. The space is beautifully designed with white interiors, wooden flooring, and wood and black furniture. The olive green, velvet sofa adds character, complemented by the sleek Smart TV in the lounge.

Host and stay are without a doubt the worst company I have had to deal with. Complaint made at the beginning of stay requesting a manger call back after finding mould on dishes in a dishwasher. Full load of dishes uncleaned and been in there for who knows how long. The main issue is how they still have not contacted me regarding a complaint such as mould on dishes which was reported on day 1 of the stay, not even mentioned the problems with check in and their system in general. Without a doubt the worst stay I’ve had and this is someone who works away very often. Absolutely taking it further but advise people to avoid using host and stay, if you have an issue they don’t care.

Upon arrival, the flat had clearly not been cleaned. All of the sheets, towels and dishes were from the previous guests, as well as rubbish left in the bins and food scraps in the sink. There weren't any spare sets of sheets or towels for us to use either. <br/>When we contacted the host regarding these issues, they informed us that the house keepers were unable to gain access into the apartment, which was never communicated to us. Over the next two days of our stay we spoke to a number of different staff members who all told us different things, none of which actually happened. We were staying there for three days and the apartment never got cleaned. Sleeping in a strangers sheets is not an experience I would like to do again. <br/>Overall this was a very disappointing stay. Having to spend our holiday time following up on these issues, on the phone speaking to people who were telling us different information, and waiting around for house keeping/maintenance was a major inconvenience.
