The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a small table for casual meals. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room.

The Hideaway has two spacious bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or extra guests.

The main bathroom includes a shower cubicle, bath, toilet, and basin. There’s also an additional WC off the kitchen for convenience.

The property offers a private rear garden with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ.

You can walk along the beach to Holkham Beach, another stunning location, featured in the closing scene of Shakespeare in Love.

Getting Around
Walking is one of the best ways to explore Wells-next-the-Sea. The town is compact, and most of the main attractions, such as the harbour, shops, and restaurants, are within easy walking distance.

The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk from the town center along the Beach Road or along the scenic path that runs parallel to the Wells Harbour Railway. The beach is vast and lined with colorful beach huts, making it perfect for long walks.
Wells is part of the Norfolk Coast Path, a long-distance trail that runs along the coastline. You can enjoy walks to nearby villages like Holkham (approx. 2 miles west) or further along the coast to Blakeney or Cley-next-the-Sea.

Wells-next-the-Sea is about 45 minutes by car from Norwich via the A1067, or around 2.5 to 3 hours from London.

The nearest train station is in Sheringham or King's Lynn, from which you can catch a bus or taxi to Wells. The Coasthopper bus service runs along the North Norfolk coast, connecting Wells-next-the-Sea with other coastal towns such as Sheringham, Cromer, and Hunstanton.
