The house was smart and well-presented with good storage spaces. The towels and bedlinen were very clean. Driveway parking was useful. Be aware that the basics you'd usually expect from an AirBnB are not provided e.g. hand soap, kitchen cloth/sponge, bin liners. Mattresses in two of the bedrooms were very poor quality, you could feel the springs digging into you. The house itself was quite clean, however the bathroom bin had not been emptied and was absolutely full of slightly offensive smelling waste from the previous guest. There is a major security issue. The back patio doors are broken and can't be locked, and can simply be pulled open from the outside. Fortunately we had a bike cable and padlock with us which we used every night. This is not the safest part of Worcester and we were concerned about our family's security. The management agency showed no sense of urgency to address this. I note that a reviewer in January also mentioned a door issue that was not repaired.

A well situated house. 5mins away from Worcester city centre. House was great for 6 adults. I did notice only 4 chairs at the dining table but having contacted the host, there were 6 on arrival. Thank you. House is nicely decorated and light & airy. Would use again. One small issue was the lack of seating in the lounge area. Just the one sofa. We managed though for the short time we were there.
