Harrow Croft Dwelling

Unfortunately despite numerous (automatic) messages prior to check in, when I arrived (late at night in the rain) the instructions proved to be seriously poor- had to call them to understand where to park and where to find the key box- both far away from the front door. And then the key box was empty!! Turns out this property was being refurbished but no one had cancelled the booking! To his credit, Luke was amazing and found another location nearby.

It's light and airy. The dwelling is clean and tidy. The lighting was good. It was lovely a quiet. The accommodation easy reach into the city No clear direction where to find the Key lock to access the accommodation. The neighbours were not helpful about locationing these. Lack of direction to find our entrance door it's a small door down steps at the rear of the property. Lack of any information about the central heating which was on a booster button. We spent the second evening getting very cold before we found out, how the set the heating on. The dwelling is located in the middle of a housing estate. I do not think it is a former barn. The wifi code on the information paper is incorrect, I check with the router to get connected. I think we needed to know we were up two flight of stairs We could not get the main oven to work. The shower kept going cold after a short while then eventually ran warm again whether its the pressure of water I am not sure. We should have been told about the lack of good space for parking our cars. Parking in such a small space with brick pillars either side is not a good idea.

Our party of four was comfortable for three nights in the place, the location and amenities suited our needs well. The only downsides were the walls were a little thin and could hear from kitchen into twin room. The shower went cold when the heating went on, and the sugar pot was empty with a residue in it. Other than that will consider again for next time.

Lovely flat in an old house- unfortunately there was a leak under the floor in the kitchen which we kept having to mop but this did not hamper our stay. Beds were comfy and lounge was spacious

Clean. Good size lounge and main bedroom Convenient location with parking Arrival information for self check in was straightforward Heating non existent/not clear instructions. We had to get in touch (through booking.com as nobody answered the landline providee) about how to remedy the situation. Was sorted on the second day (of a 2  day trip) as we were out during the day Water seepage under kitchen tiles needed avoiding to avoid wet feet/socks at the sink - company have been informed. Flat is missing a few amenities which would be nice/finishing touches Microwave not working - company informed Damp smell when walking into the building. Not really a typical barn conversion as advertised but a divided up house with apartments Convenient but probably unlikely to stay again. It would be okay for a short visit if the above issues are addressed.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Location is great for Worcester and Malverns. Quiet private road. Free parking in allocate space. Easy to find. Nothing.

The smell of damp as you enter through the back door! The hall stairs carpets smell really bad damp! Inside the apartment was lovely no complaints there just the hall damp smell! Kind regards Paul

This was the second of three stays here, however I reported the smell in the bathroom, but have received no communication on this & it hasn't been rectified either. It's a lovely, quiet place, maybe a little expensive; but for this money I don't expect to have to use a bathroom which has a bad, drain-like oudor.

It's a nice apartment in the building pictured with plenty of room & good facilities. Bathroom is quite compact & while being spotless like the rest of the apartment, had a slight drain smell on my first visit & will hopefully be addressed for my follow-up visits.

Such a calm and peaceful place - very relaxing here. I was able to finish several chapters of my book here, and had a little stroll in the garden when I needed a break. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything I needed. I really enjoyed a quick trip to the Malvern hills, which were amazing. Thank you!
