The Space
The Green is perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike. This brilliant property will make you feel right at home!

When staying at The Green, you can take advantage of the spacious living area to sit back on the Duresta sofas in front of the TV equipped with Virgin. The living area also offers a large bay window which lets plenty of natural light flood into the space, along with tall lamps and a quirky colour scheme.

The ultra-modern kitchen including a Fisher & Paykel American style range cooker and fridge-freezer will help you to cook up a storm and you will be able to enjoy it all together around the large dining table in the dining room next door.

Both bedrooms at The Green boast king-size beds, storage space in abundance, and soft carpets. You’ll be guaranteed a brilliant night’s sleep as the beds are made up with fresh white linen, along with plush pillows and bedding.

A clean and modern family bathroom completes the property with a bathtub, an overhead shower, wash basin and WC. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor. Towels for each guest are provided.

Accessible from the first-floor study is the enclosed roof terrace with lounge furniture and views across the Eaglescliffe rooftops. There is also a paved courtyard to the rear of The Green, along with lawn and shrubs to the front.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
