Property Details

The Space
Upon entering the property you are welcomed into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Featuring a flat screen Smart TV, this is the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring North Yorkshire. You will also have complimentary access to Netflix thanks to the generosity of the property owner who allows guest access to their account.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your short break. Featuring a gas hob, electrical oven, microwave, fridge freezer and ample storage, you can enjoy a home cooked meal then get comfy in front of the TV.

There is a small bathroom on the ground floor which includes a WC and basin.

Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find a king-size room with fresh white linen, double wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Alongside the bedroom is an ensuite shower room.

Outside the property there is a patio seating area for two, and a fully enclosed driveway for your canine friends.

The Limes is the ideal location to rest if you are looking to enjoy the Victorian spa town and the delightful market towns, such as Ripon, Boroughbridge, Knaresborough, Masham and Pateley Bridge.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is just 13 miles away, home to some truly breath-taking landscapes. With two protected areas, wild heather covering the moorland, towns and villages full of unique charm and a wonderful peaceful atmosphere, it is a place not to be missed.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Located a 15 minute walk from the centre of Harrogate, enjoy a day of visiting the huge selection of shops, stop for a spot of lunch and a cocktail in one of the many bistros or wander round the selection of galleries or museums the town has to offer. If you are looking for a day in the outdoors, head to the Stray, just around the corner from The Limes, where you can enjoy the 200 acres of open land linking the spa town's curative springs and wells.

With access to main rail and bus routes the property is perfect for a business or leisure trip.
