The Space
This homely 2-bedroom apartment boasts a modern open plan kitchen/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows - ideal for taking in the views of the baltic triangle, a large flat-screen TV and a cosy kitchen/dining area that has all of the essentials you'll need to cook up some delicious meals!

The blue bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two large clothes rails, a spacious chest of drawers and a full-length mirror. The green room offers a small double bed, a full-length mirror and a roomy chest of drawers. Both rooms are perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Liverpool!

The modern bathroom has a full bath tub and overhead shower. We will provide x1 bath towel for each guest and a hand towel in the bathroom, along with complimentary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The living area of the apt features several unique and quirky lamps, adding to the trendy feel of the apartment!

Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

This apartment is just a 3 minute's walk away from Liverpool's renowned Cains Brewery Village, home to Cains Brewery, Red Brick Vintage and many more independent traders.

Getting Around
Although this apartment does not include a designated parking spot, there is free street parking on Sefton Street that does not require a permit. However, we cannot guarantee there will be a space available.

There are also regular buses heading all over the city, whether you're going to Sefton Park, Liverpool One Shopping Centre or the Albert Docks, busses run frequently and are very convenient!

Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.
