A great AirBnB in a perfect location. The place itself was spotless and spacious with tons of great amenities. It was cozy and our family of four was very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything and a short (2-15 min) walk from many of the main attractions within the city. Plenty of great restaurants and pubs in the immediate area, an underground station right around the corner, and Lime Street Station not much further. You couldn't ask for a better location in the city. Also, Charlie from the managing company was always responsive and helpful, immediately answering any clarifying questions we had. I highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Liverpool.

Loved Liverpool as a city-break destination and loved this apartment. It's location couldn't be better. Step out of the door and within minutes you can be in the Cavern Club, the shopping area, museums, cafes and waterfront. Step back inside and you are in the most stylish, comfortable, well equiped and spacious apartment that has a real heritage feel. Secure garage parking was a bonus. Big thanks to Charlie and team for making this a great stay!!

What a clean, comfortable, spacious, beautiful historic building that’s been restored so well and has all the modern cons. 5 min walk to Mathew street and similar to Lime street station. Lovely restaurants and Tesco express right next door We were visiting my daughter in University and will certainly use again for future visits. Nothing to dislike !

Location is excellent. You are in the centre of town and in reach of everything. Beds were all comfortable including the sofa bed. Large fridge to use too. Some fixtures and utilities were faulty or broken with unsafe temporary fixes.

Excellent apartment , very clean and well presented . Great location , less than 10 minutes walk from Lyme Street . Would definitely book again . Communal area could be improved .

Great size, comfy beds. All the family had a comfortable space to rest. Fridge coffee machine hob dishwasher all good. Things were a bit tired, I think many are staying for stag and hen dos. Location is very noisy at the weekend, karaoke went on until 1-2 in the morning.

Ideal location only a short walk to the bars and restaurants.Clean apartment with everything you needed.

Fantastic AirBnB. Great location, could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and tidy and very modern. It had everything we needed. The hosts responded quickly when I messaged them and were always very helpful. We will hopefully be back in the near future. Thanks again!

Clean and close to where I want it Exaggerated amount, only in this place they ask for an insurance that is not necessary, repeated threats to leave early or there will be a fine, friendly talk is better and once it is enough to inform us that the exit is at 10 am once is enough, the tissues for the bathroom were only put one roll for a 3-day reservation and for a family of 5 people, strange stinginess and when we asked he refused to provide us with more, the treatment was not good

Location was really central. Easy to get around without taxis etc. apartment was very modern, clean and had everything you would need to stay there. Can’t really fault the place. Very good value for money. When we first arrived the keys that we picked up did not open the main front door to which we were stood outside the building for a while before another booking in a different apartment came along with the same problem. Luckily we were able to fix this by going back to the shop we collected our keys and picked up another key for that door. Spare bedding was not clean.

Fue muy fácil encontrar donde se entregaban las llaves. El departamento está muy lindo, limpio, tiene muy linda decoración , muy buena iluminación. El anfitrión te explica todo a detalle en una guía. La puerta de la entrada del edificio está un poco vieja y para abrirla a veces se dificulta.

Lots of space and a quiet place

Beautiful apartment as per photos and description, even sofa bed was comfy, everything you need on doorstep. great location. Not much to fault, but for feedback the bathroom floor especially felt a bit grubby and the drain on the bath didn’t work great so shower water built up.

Liverpool is a great city,plenty of places to eat drink and be merry. Something for everyone. One downside was the homeless people sleeping rough. Not their fault I know.

Flat is local to all amenities. Walking distance to the Albert Docks, Liverpool one, and much more Well, the flat had no hot water. We followed all instructions, but still we had no hot water for two days. WiFi was going off and on. The floors were really dirty. Our feet and socks were black. We struggled to get our car out of the car park. Fob didn't work, and the staff didn't help at all. We are stuck for 20 minutes. The flat could do with a guidebook, not just information online Also they were 5 of us, and they were not enough seats for us all. Three of us had to sit on the uncomfortable dining chairs. Sofa bed matress could do with a matress protector. There were a lot of stains

A spacious clean apartment in the heart of Liverpool. Easy walking distance from most attractions. The keys were not at the nominated shop which led to confusion when arriving.

Warm and clean and lovely styling The common area up the stairs was unclean and unwelcoming

Apartment was warm, comfortable, clean with all you need for a visit. Decor was loft style. Bedding was immaculate 5 min walk to City Centre. Excellent communication pre, during and post visit. Visitors in neighbouring apartments but really excellent sound proofing Nothing

Great stay in Liverpool! Apartment is exactly as described, stylish, clean, and in a safe building. Hosts were very responsive and helpful in checking in and out. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is spacious and the furnishings are modern. Its location is somewhat ideal, it took us 10-12 mins to walk from Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool One. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby too it was quite noisy because of the nearby pub and there was loud shouting because of the pub crawlers over the weekend. Not suitable for long stays and probably better to stay during weekdays. The heater radiators were challenging to use and the guide provided by the host, didn’t help.

Easy to let self into apartment, collecting key from nearby business. Found an abandoned pizza in the cupboard on arrival. Some issues with communication. Usual response was standard email saying they were busy and would get back to me shortly even when I responded to a question. It was a shame that after 6 weeks dishwasher was still not working. Still waiting for promised refund for 4 nights without hot water. This is a lovely property in a very central location.

Didnt want to leave! We needed a base for work in the center of Liverpool, but we still madevtime for fun and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is STUNNING and we will be looking to return. Thanks to our hosts!

beautiful flat in a fantastic location. quite tricky to organise the checking in/ parking situation. had to find an alternative parking place quite a walk from the flat so that we could check in and collect the permit. same for checking out. couldn’t permit stay with check in shop?

Really enjoyed staying at Katy and Joe's place in Liverpool. Was in town for a couple days to see the liverpool game and it was the perfect spot for it. Check in was very easy and the communication was great. Location was right downtown in liverpool, able to walk everywhere and grab a quick lift into the stadium for the game. Would highly recommend.

I travelled from North America for 3 nights. The apartment was located well, close to attractions, shopping and food. It is on the second floor, so up and down with suitcases was hard. The shared entrance area and stairs are very. Key pickup was close, but would be easier to have a code to enter. I had 2 suitcases so taking them to shop for pick up was not easy. I also thought there was zero flexibility for key pick up and key pick up and drop off time. So after landing in Liverpool, I stored my luggage 15 minutes away. Then waited around, then picked keys, then went back for luggage then finally on Airbnb, so not convenient at all. The apartment looked nice but was not clean to my standards. For 6 people for 3 nights we were provided 4 towels and 1 bath mat (soaked). I felt gross. I was told there would be laundry detergent but there was not. The bathroom had no hook or rail, so my clothes, towel and mat were all wet. Any questions or requests to owners were zero help. 5/10.

The apartment was in a great location for our two night stay as we visited Liverpool One Shopping Centre, The Albert Docks and Anfield. There were great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed for your stay and the beds were comfy even the sofa bed. We would stay here again if we visited Liverpool.

Beautifully furnished and spacious apartment in the heart of Liverpool. A great stay for a night or two, very comfortable beds and bedding, great atmosphere and nicely decorated. Prompt replies from the team which helped immensely. Checking in was a bit of a hassle. Lock box is a 10min drive from apartment, not knowing our unit number before we arrived, and the surprise of several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The kitchen has all the basics but missing a few essentials to cook a proper meal. Recommend adding a few small necessities in the kitchen - like a peeler, and a decent pan. Unfortunately this airbnb does not provide the basic pantry items like salt, pepper, mixed herbs and olive oil. We were travelling for work and struggled with a very slow internet speed in the apartment. Other than a few small things we really enjoyed our stay and would book with them again.

Nice flat in a great location near lots of good restaurants and bars. Everything we wanted to do in the city was within a 15-20 minute walk or a short subway ride.

Apartment was for my team who were working an event in Liverpool - Perfectly placed, and gorgeous, the girls were so happy when they arrived to such a wonderful place. Katy/Joe&Team were very communicative, helpful, and answered all emails / questions promptly. Would stay here again, or any of their other properties in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay, it was a beautiful spacious apartment nicely decorated and comfortable. We had the items we needed while there. The apartment was very close to the shopping district, Cavern Quarter, King Albert docks and the Wheel of Liverpool. Many great restaurants nearby as well.

I spent 2 nights at Vernon St and it was the perfect location for a Liverpool City Centre stay. We walked absolutely everywhere, clocking up 40,000 steps in 3 days - it was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything is on your doorstep. The apartment itself is super stylish, incorporating the character of the warehouse building beautifully. Very well equipped kitchen, and lovely hot shower! Beds were comfy. My only complaint is that the apartment was very very hot and stuffy. It reached 24 degrees whilst we stayed and was 26 degrees at midnight. You can’t sleep with the windows open due to the noise (even with ear plugs) and it was extremely warm in the apartment all night. We did ask whether it was possible to provide a fan for our second night but were told no. It did make for two rather uncomfortable nights sleep which was a shame. A plus point is that the secondary glazing is very effective in blocking noise.

Beautiful apartment close to the main areas of Liverpool city centre. Equiped kitchen and even Nespresso machine with some pods. Everything was as described and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
