Property Details

The Space
Originally a fully operational warehouse, this 3 bedroom apartment offers one of the most unique and comfortable stays available in Liverpool.

A wonderful space with plenty of room to relax, the apartment oozes quality. Whirlpool bath, 4K TV's and an integrated coffee machine await.

We also have a Tesco on our doorstep as well as two large multi storey car parks literally seconds away. Liverpool One shopping centre as well as the bustling Castle Street and its famous restaurants are just a short stroll away.

The apartment was converted in 2018, and is fitted with a fully furnished kitchen, offering fantastic cooking space and perfect for socialising.

Please note the TVs in this apartment have Smart TV features only such as iPlayers. We do not have terrestrial channels currently.

This building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind, additionally we do only manage the apartment and not the communal areas.

Note: The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, hence we expect our guests to be respectful of our noise policy, however, please note that there is a bar close to the building and noise may be expected from there.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.
Things to note about check in/out times. Our check in time is 3pm. Check out is 11am, our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for next guests. Please note if a late check out is available until 1pm this will be a charge of £20.

Getting Around
All of Liverpool's wonderful city centre attractions are within walking distance, however, if you plan on venturing further afield the transport links from the city centre are second to none. Lime Street Station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station are only a few minutes walk away.

There is not free parking available at this apartment. However, there are two multi-story car parks across the road to the property. These are NCP and Q-Park car parks.
