Communication was very clear and well thought through, the appartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great to have fans in there as it was super hot! Had a few issues with noise from others around slamming doors late at night when we were in bed and neighbours playing music very late at night. Something that cannot be helped just annoying

Bright modern, clean apartment had all the amenities we needed for a three day stay, and a relaxing evening in after busy days, great location for getting out and about. The apartment was very clean and wouldn't want to detract from that, but there was mould around the sign in the shower, probably due to condensation. There was also quite a bit of water marks in the bedrooms perhaps from a historic leak and did wonder if rain would get in. But none did. The apartment is on the fourth floor ( very high narrow staircase with no lift) I would not have booked if this had been highlighted as I was traveling with my elderly mum so was a bit difficult.

Everything as expected and described!

We had a lovely weekend in Liverpool and the apartment is in a great location just a short, easy walk to the city centre. Parking with the permit in the next street worked well. The flat was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days out exploring. However, there were a few downsides. The listing didn’t mention that the apartment is a basement flat, so we initially climbed to the top floor with all our luggage, to discover it was actually below street level. The living area was also much darker than expected because of the basement setting. There was quite a bit of noise at night, likely from a water pump, which disturbed the sleep of the girls in that room. The Hall PIR sensor light going on and off during the night didn’t help either. On a positive note, there was a hair dryer in the property, even though the listing said there wasn’t. Check-out was easy, and overall we had a great time in an interesting city—thank you!

Absolute great place to stay we had lots of room with our family of 4 and our 2, 1.5 year old twins had fun with the toys left for them by the owner! Will stay here again if/when we come back to Liverpool.

Lovely apartment - good size. Nice images around apartment of Liverpool / Beatles. Two good size bedrooms. Sofa bed also easy to set up following instructions. Host made remote contact before and during visit to make sure all ok. Very nice area (Georgian Quarter) of Liverpool. Close to bus stop (cheap travel - £12 all day family pass use on any bus around Liverpool). Basement apartment meant leaving lights on mostly when in apartment. Some noise from heating system but not sure if from our apartment or not.

Lovely flat , very handy for walking into town centre ( docks , Liverpool 1 , all about 20 mins walk ) . We were a party of 2 adults , 1 teenager , plenty of room in flat . Had a great time in Liverpool overall, fab city to visit . Toxeth ( as it has always been ) is a very mixed location , beautiful Georgian houses mixed with the not so beautiful areas , but that’s what we were expecting .

The location of the property was ideal. The property also came with all facilities that were needed I heard noise coming from both upstairs and downstairs.

Lovely apartment and great location. It was quite noisy in the evening with other flats returning after a night out etc. There is also a lot of noise from what I think is the water pump that goes on and off throughout the night. We found it a little difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, good location and parking wasn’t an issue. Check in easy - had no issues at all. I did find communication slightly overbearing at points, especially in comparison to other air bnb’s I’ve stayed in. However host did not take long to reply.

Good facilities. A nice quiet location It was not disability friendly. My friend a disability and we were put in the very top floor apartment so she struggled climbing all the steps. Very loud noises all night from the apartment below. Strong smell of weed in the hallway.

We had a great 2-night stay. The flat was cosy, comfortable, homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Liverpool. The description & photos were totally accurate & I would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice space - apartment itself good other than poor items noted in what did not like. Parking good on local streets. The apartment is VERY noisy. It seems to be a combination of bad sound insulation (with rest of the property) and sounds the apartment itself generates - I'm guessing this had something to do with the heating as it would be extremely loud for a while and then stop. The ear plugs in the bed side drawer are a nice touch given the noise but you would rather not have the noise. External noise was fine/ quiet. The Communal hallways etc were very poor/ front door paint was peeling off. The apartment decoration was fine but the doors could do with some TLC (chipped paint/ wood at bottom on many). Otherwise the general standard of the apartment was good. I had a problem with the front door on the last day (having been in and out 20+ times over 3 days). The keypad was not working. I rang the help number explained it was not the code as I had been using the same code for the last 3 days. They then put me on hold for 10+ minutes and returned saying the code had not changed and there was nothing wrong with the door - whilst I was stood in front of it unable to get in... Fortunately someone came out and I could just move on with the day - I had wasted 20 minutes and I hate to think what would have happened if another guest was not coming out - fortunately this was all when I was checking out. I note the door was often left unshut - unclear if this was due to others having problems or the fact it did not fit correct and needed a good pull to shut it.

It was not clean, very run down and hot water did not work properly the first night. Some of the furniture was falling apart and kitchen was freezing cold. We felt the photos did not reflect the Property in reality at all unfortunately.

Excellent location, apartments well maintained and has everything you could need!

Nice cosey apartment. Stayed up for the football. Easy to get to anfield, whilst the girls could easily get into town for shopping. Easy for us to get to restaurants, bars etc. Uber very cheap and readily available. Kitchen good spec, comfy beds and great lighting. Only thing that that doesn’t make it a 5 is noisey next to first bedroom due to water heater in stairs cupboard (I believe), aswell as being below main corridor to property.

Nice and well furnished apartment on the ground/-1 floor, not too far away from most of the attractions. The building itself is quite old, the apartment is opposite a not very airtight door to the backyard. It was cold inside the apartment on arrival (in January), but it warmed up pretty quickly, except for the hallway - it was always cool there regardless of the thermostat level, however the rooms were quite warm. As for the apartment itself - it matches the photo, although not so perfect in reality (as always with rental / hotel bookings, etc) - something is shabby, something is leaking (shower). But it was quite comfortable to live there comparing to other houses / flats in different cities during our trip - London, Liverpool, Manchester.

Fantastically clean and well specced apartment in a great part of Liverpool. The flat has all the amenities you would need and is very comfortable for 2 couples. It’s also very well located for walking to the city centre. We would definitely book again for our next trip to Liverpool.

In the middle of a kitchen renovation we booked the apartment for the Christmas break. It was just as described- very comfortable with everything you need for your stay . We had some confusion over keys and that was resolved quickly with the host sorting a new additional key on Christmas Eve- thank you! We had a great stay, cooked a full Christmas dinner in the well equipped kitchen :) The location is perfect, close to Hope street which is the best part of Liverpool- great bars restaurants and things to do on your doorstep. 10/10 thank you. Ps some info on how to get rid of your rubbish / recycling would be helpful.

Had a fantastic few days! I ALWAYS stay at the properties owned by these guys as they are super well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. We loved staying here, great location and the lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen was perfect for my little pre-Christmas get together with my two sons. A few little issues were dealt with swiftly and the response time from the team was excellent. Thank you so much, would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely apartment, very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and lots of things (tea bags, milk, butter, sauces etc) in a great location for the University, the Cathedrals and the top end of Bold St. Unfortunately, despite “quiet hours” being emphasised on the listing and through the booking process, we were woken several times on our first two nights with people coming in and out of the house. The door and entrance hall are directly above the pillows in the main bedroom and the people coming in and out between 11:30 and 4am made very little effort to be quiet. We did contact the host who (after the initial AI response) assured us they would try to contact the other residents. The the next two nights were quiet but it was Sunday and Monday night and the flat directly above doesn’t look like it’s a Host & Stay flat (patched up door and scruffy blinds in the windows) so we can’t be certain that it was the intervention that made the difference. Such a shame

Gute Lage in angenehmen Viertel, Pubs und Restaurants fußweit. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Küchenausstattung. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken unterzustellen.

Location was very good to get into the city centre. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Well equipped with mugs, glasses etc. The paint work looked tired and grubby, it needs a good paint refresh. There were water mark runs coming down from the velux windows in both of the bedrooms. The living area window looks out on a huge amount of rubbish in the back yard. There were some cobwebs in the lounge and dirt under the soda bed. There were also a few flies that seemed to keep appearing.

We enjoyed the property during our Liverpool visit and would consider booking again. The property was of good quality with spacious rooms and impressive decor. However, we’re giving a 3-star rating due to areas needing improvement: Only 1 toilet roll provided for 6 guests. Only 4 towels were supplied, despite there being 6 of us. Lack of responsiveness on Airbnb; generic replies and no resolution for toilet roll/towel issues. No hand towels in the kitchen. Lack of flexibility for late checkout, even for a reasonable request (11:30 AM). While the stay was pleasant, more attention to detail and prompt responses would’ve made it 5 stars. I hope the company takes this feedback on board.

Nice apartment in the Georgian Quarter within easy walking distance of amenities. The building is a little tired inside and out, but the apartment is clean and tidy and has most of the things you need for a comfortable self-catered stay.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. The apartment is comfy and cozy. The beds were particularly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs.

Location, decorated nicely. I didn't like the constant messaging from host and stay. The fact they still are holding £250 of my money as a damage protection waiver is madness! I expected the apartment to be immaculate, but it really wasn't. Finally, being reminded to leave by 10 am time and time again was just verging on harassment. I won't be using them again.

It was spacious, modern, provided parking and comfortable

Good location for getting to M and S Arena, spacious flat with comfy beds. Fans available to help keep apartment cool. We weren't able to get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks (although the shower was nice and hot) It was quite a trek as there was no parking on the street and the flat was up 4 flights of stairs. Windows weren't doubled glazed so it was quite noisy at night.

Nicely furnished basement flat in a good quiet area of the city with easy parking within a 20 minute walk to the city and docks. The only issue was an Intermittent fan/blower noise coming from above. Thought it was the ventilation or extractor fan but turned both off and noise was still there into late night and early morning so sleep was slightly disturbed. I did email about and they said they’d ask the property manager but unfortunately it went unresolved. Other than that we had a good stay on our first visit to the City. One tip bring some nespresso pods they have a machine but no pods provided.

The location was not terrible, probably would be quiet, but some road work was being done so it was noisy. The location is not a far walk from the tourist zones but it is mostly uphill. I didn't like the fact that I was required to buy insurance (25) or paying and administration fee (10) in order for them to take my credit card as security. Secret added fee. No hotels do that. I didn't like that it was a little challenging to figure out how to get in, and that the flat was up two flights of stairs with no lift. I didn't like that the room was uncleaned and unready for us upon arrival and we had to book a late room elsewhere for the night. The cleaner did not come until the next afternoon. Utterly inconvenient and expensive. I didn't like the complaint/refund process as it has been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything about my first night being refunded. So whilst the place itself is not bad, the customer service is terrible. The free parking is in an alley around the corner. Overall left a bad feeling with me.

Location was great The flat was a disappointment On arrival we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes. The photos of this place must have been taken a while ago as it doesn’t look as clean now. The walls were all marked & the kitchen was dirty. The bin in the kitchen was very mouldy & smelly. Glasses and cutlery in cupboards were dirty. At the rear of the property in the garden there was a lot of rubbish , not a nice outlook at all. Such a shame about these issues as the flat itself was a nice size & has once been great.

The property is lovely stylish modern and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for anymore Box (keys) was at the bottom of the stairs walked straight past it to the top of the building to have to go back down ? maybe leave the car pass also in the key box as it’s a hike upto get the parking pass quickly

Fresh and clean apartment with comfortable beds.

De ligging is ideaal. Centraal, maar toch rustig genoeg, een 20 minuten wandelen vanaf het station. Het interieur is verzorgd en nieuw. De inkleding past bij de buurt: Georgian. Er zijn duidelijke instructies ivm faciliteiten in het appartement, ivm de buurt en ivm check-out. Het appartement is gelegen in een semi-souterrain. Er zijn wel ramen naar de tuin en straatkant, maar je hebt alleen licht van bovenaf. Dit heeft ons niet gestoord, maar is wel belangrijk om op voorhand te weten.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It felt scruffy. Needed re-painting and quality of kitchen and furniture was poor. Two seater sofa bed in lounge was fine for us but not enough if more than two people staying.

Location The stairs to the apartments are very narrow, if you have luggage it will be very difficult to bring it to the apartment.

Very nice appartment, clean, nice furnitures and well equipped! As we were visiting LIPA for our son's excam concert the location was perfect. Also within walking distance to the city center :)

The location and everything about the apartment. The decor was so stylish and everything in it was of high quality. There was plenty of space, the hosts had thought of everything (maybe a pot holder or oven gloves would be a good idea) - we loved the under floor heating and the pressure/hot water in the shower was fantastic. Nothing at all. However, I think the basement apartment wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues as the stairs down to the apartment were quite steep, plus the shower was over the bath, which would make getting in and out difficult for some.

The location was good. Although the kitchen area and shared areas were spotless, some other areas could do with more attention. The bathroom door needed a good clean from mucky hands and there was a fair bit of dust/fluff underneath the bed when we pulled the spare bedding out. The walls were a little dirty in places but that’s possibly quite picky. On the whole it was lovely comfortable apartment just these few things were quite obvious which has prevented a full mark score!

The location was good and the flat was comfy. I was given the wrong door code so couldn’t get in, and was stood on the step for quite some time looking like I was trying to break in when I’d just been using the code I’d been given. The flat wasn’t super clean, and the beds in particular were covered in hairs when we stripped the sheets before we left. There also wasn’t enough warning before I booked about the 4 storey climb to the flat and the fact the stairs are very steep and narrow. I’m 5 months pregnant so it was a struggle with a suitcase that I could have done without if I had known.

Good location in a convenient but quiet area, great for the two cathedrals (which are a must). Spotlessly clean and well equipped, although a teapot and/or a cafetiere would have been nice! Very good communication with host.

A little confusion as there was a key safe which I was putting the code into for the main door. Above was an intercom with numbers which is what you put the code in and not the key safe. Would of been helpful to point this out

Lovely apartment, with everything you would need! Would deffo stay again

Lovely apartment, in a great location with a very responsive hosting team. The only thing to note is that we were required to pay a deposit that we were not aware of to get the checkin information. This should be communicated, as we only knew this after we had paid and reserved the booking and the £25 fee was not refundable. Other than that, it was a great stay and loved staying at this apartment, this was great for a small group. We were a group of 5 people and it had lots of amenities to accomadate our party.

We had a lovely few days in Liverpool, and rhe accommodation was lovely. Everything was as we expected it to be. It was a good 20 minute walk down to Albert Dock, and maybe slightly longer coming back as you're heading up hill. There were restaurants close by including China Town. The only negative for me was the lack of a hand rail on the internal stairs leading into the apartment.

Would definitely book again. Clean and comfortable and well presented. Short walk from local attractions and easy parking. Quiet surroundings.

Very accessible, clean, tidy Nothing

Lovely, spacious and clean flat in the Georgian Quarter. The flat is a basement flat so the amount of natural light that comes in is limited but we were out most of the time so this was not a big issue for us. You can hear noise from the flat upstairs and we heard people coming in in the early hours one of the mornings. The Airbnb is run by a management company and this comes through in the communications (prompt but perhaps lacking the personal touch you usually get with owner managed listings). We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The apartment was lovely decorated and was very clean. Beds were comfy. I think it was very good bc value for money. I didn’t realise how many flights of stairs they were to get to our apartment so on that note I would make sure next time we were on a lower floor. Also I had asked from the moment I had booked the apartment to check in earlier / check out later, I was told to keep asking and I wouldn’t be told until the day before. I arrived earlier than check in and asked to collect parking permit which i was then allowed to check into the apartment early which was great. However on departure I was told to keep asking to then be told this wasn’t able. I even asked for just an hour later check out due to going to celebrate my birthday.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay it was a lovely walking distance to and from the town apartment was fresh clean and warm the children loved the cosy comrfortable enviroment .We also had support and guidance from the owners and they were so helpful always responding very quickly to any of our questions

This place was well located just up from the Cathedral in the Georgian quarter. It was 20 mins walk from lime street and Liverpool One. It was a lovely location and yet quiet in the evening/night. The place was as described. Modern, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hallway is not that appealing but behind the front door of the apartment it is lovely! We are a family of 5. So the 2 double beds and pull out sofa worked well. The comms with the hosts (the company) was swift and courteous. There was everything we needed. kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, etc. Also a hairdryer. The heating is "fancy"! and takes a little while to reach the new temp after you change it. I would recommend finding you preferred temp and leaving it there. The spare linen, if required for the sofa bed should be requested for in advance and is under the main bedroom bed in 2 storage bags. The bathroom is lovely. I suspect this is a newly renovated apartment. The Christmas tree was a nice touch!

great stay

The property was good However I had a nightmare with the people who manage it. They failed to tell me that their systems had been compromised, resulting in me having to cancel my credit card, thankfully my bank was diligent and saved me from being subject to financial fraud. They also gave me incorrect information about their deposit waver insurance, resulting in me having to pay it twice. To cap it all the day before I was due to arrive at the accommodation, they insisted I produced evidence I had paid, despite the payment being taken from my bank days earlier. Whilst I was trying to sort this all out, the company wouldn’t answer their phones, wouldn’t follow things up as they promised, and failed to respond to messages and emails. So if you are looking for a stress free stay don’t book this accommodation.

Absolutely terrible for the price paid. Student accommodation at best. The hall way on entry is dusty and dirty with a boarded up door downstairs that looks like it's been broken into. The view from the living room window looks out to the yard which is filled with debris and rubbish. The banging from upstairs from people just walking about was really noisy and it took forever for my 3 year old daughter to get to sleep. There was also lots of noise from neighbours coming in and shouting in the stairwell. The noise from the road outside is also loud. The shower was appalling and ran either scalding hot or absolutely freezing. The water pressure was terrible too. The toaster in the kitchen was broken as was the radiator in the main bedroom. Host only provided 3 coffee pods for 3 days for what was meant to be 4 people and one of those was split so didn't work. Considering it's meant to host up to 6 people, it is tiny and the living room can fit 3 on the couch. We were meant to be staying here with my parents but they ended up booking a hotel instead as they refused to stay. Upon booking I was not made aware that there would be a compulsory damage waiver fee payable of AU$50 to confirm the booking which is absolutely misleading as it is a hidden charge. I will never stay with Host and Stay again and will also be looking into the legality of the $50 fee.

Good location in a peaceful area. Amount of steep stairs to the apartment could be a major issue for anyone with walking or breathing difficulties.

The location was perfect and the apartment good for 5/6 person. It is well furnished and very clean. It is also easy to get it from the Airport and it is near the city centre. Everything was good. Nothing went wrong. We like it very much.

Flat B. Flat was pleasantly decorated and well equipped however the shower was very slow and bed in main bedroom was wobbly and squeaky. Sofa wasn't very comfy. Noise from busy road until about 2am.

Great place for exploring Liverpool

Great location, well looked after apartment Shower was a bit tempromental. Living room was a bit cozy for 5.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, looked like it had been recently refurbished No safety rail going down the stairs, especially if you are in need of one to assist you.

This beautiful apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, cosy (but not cramped) and well appointed. Pleasant location and close enough to town to walk, too. Oh, and the parking permit was invaluable! Would definitely recommend.

Location great. We were not given correct codes for entry door or for the lock box but when contacted Host and Stay someone answered immediately and gave us the correct codes. Beds comfy but noisy and creaked when you turned over.

Very modern and had everything we needed.

It was located 15-20 outside of the centre of Liverpool. It was decorated really well and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The code for the main door and code to retrieve the keys was very easy to understand and a great way to access the flat without having to pick them up from the owner. The manual provided was great also as it provided some ideas on where to eat and drink which we did end up using. The radiators in the living room and bedroom were a little hard to operate and could do with p proper instructions on how to turn these on properly.

A really nice place to stay. Rooms spacious well laid out and clean. Kitchen area nicely laid out. Communication with the team was excellent. Large TV with all main streaming channels. Really nice shower. Main downside is it is a basement apartment with a communally accessed front door. Probably a one off but when I stayed there recently we could hear some blokes directly above us arguing in the hallway for a long period in the early hours of Sunday. Unfortunately I had to ring the police for assistance. This would make me wary of staying in a similar place i.e. a large communally accessed front door of a house. This is especially in a basement apartment and even more if I have my family with me. I don't think this is any reflection on the team that are letting this place out as they were excellent. I just hope this was an unfortunate isolated one off incident.

Clean, lovely decor, great location, quiet, good facilities, very comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Highly recommend:) The hot water didn’t seem to last long for 6 of us, although that wasn’t much of an issue.

Has a nice homely feel, plenty of space, comfy beds and living room. Lots of free street parking nearby with the permit. We would happily stay again. Electric shower was a bit temperamental.

Fantastic apartment that has been newly renovated. The decor is great, kitchen is well equipped and both rooms are of a good size. It was good to find that coffee pods, tea bags and milk had been left for us too! Perfect quiet location near the cathedral. Communication from the agency was timely, friendly and informative. Bathroom feedback - the glass shower curtain doesn't meet the bath and the plastic seal doesn't cover the gap. Lots of shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor. This isn't a negative, I just wanted to let you know so it can be improved!

Absolutely nothing To be honest it was the worst property we stayed at. The pictures on booking absolutely misleading. Rooms are tiny. Hardly anything in the kitchen. Fridge that freezes everything. State of the walls trough out the flat are disgraceful. The person that my husband spoke on the phone was so rude. Instead of staying 3 nights, we only stayed 2 as the flat is so depressing.

The style (historic) and location. Lots of stairs. It would be better to have some freestanding fans in the bedrooms to prevent it being stuffy. Opening the windows made it noisy.

New and tastefully decorated apartment with well placed lighting that makes the place feel bright and open. The rain shower in the bathroom has perfect water pressure. It is very relaxing.

This apartment is absolutely brilliant, really well presented with great décor, everywhere was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 young boys. The instructions for the heating and the apartment amenities' were all laid out and well presented for ease of use. Location is perfect for heading into Liverpool city Centre, as exiles from the city we chose this place knowing it was in a great location for the city Centre but were blown away by how nice the apartment was. We would definitely stay here again Katy, Joe and the team were great hosts and very responsive to messages in the build up to our stay, thank you

Good location It was just about passable cleanliness wise, a lot of dust on the stairs, under the beds and furniture. It was obvious that the apartment gets a very quick clean between customers . The table mats for example had stains on them that came out with a quick rub of a cloth. The tops of lockers etc…. Weren’t very clean, again they got a very quick rub. I went over everything with dettol wipes. It’s a pity because with a small apartment it shouldn’t be that much trouble to pull back beds , lockers etc…. Instead of letting dust just build up ! Under the mats were the same, some dirt and dust . I think people do notice under furniture and beds and expect everywhere to be clean not just the parts of the floor that can be seen. There was a strange smell on the stairs and hallway and overall the stairs and hallway area wasn’t very inviting .

Very nice and spacious apartment, perfect for friends and family alike. Close enough to the bars and cafés in town, yet far enough to have a quiet sleep after a night out. Has all amenities one would require. The host/manager is very responsive. So a place to be recommended.

Location good, perfectly adequate ,permit parking supplied. A nice place to stay for Liverpool sight seeing or in our case watching the golf at Hoylake. Good communication from the Flat management. No negatives.

Very clean and presentable and comfortable

The apartment was amazing and was great for our time away, had everything we needed and was a lot bigger than we were expecting. It was very clean and the beds were so comfy. They had very good costumer service and answered the phone every time straight away and helped uswith anything we needed When we arrived it said there was two keys in the lock box and there was only one, we didn’t think anything of it and went to the room to see people already in it, this was Because someone had given them the wrong key (our key). They were as confused as we were so we sorted it between us, and In the end we took their room. Overall they were very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Location is good, only a short walk into the main city centre. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed as a family of four and had plenty of space. Everything you need for cooking etc. Easy to check in and out.

Super easy to follow the instructions. Didn't have to worry what time we arrived (we got in very late) or that we might disturb anybody. Nothing really to report!

In a excellent location with free parking for 1 car. Had all the bits you needed for a weekend apart from a dish washer but had a washing machine. Very good communication with the owner and smart simple check in There were areas in the property that needed to be touched up with a lick of paint, looked a bit old in some places.

Lovely clean apartment everything you need for a short stay shower wasn’t great a lot of stairs no lift but it is in the itinerary I miss it so that was my fault about 20 mins into the town Didn’t get to see the host self check in which went fine a lot of stairs

all great. just some inconsistency with the 2 Apartments. no dish towel to dry up with in 41b. and no back up toilet role in 41 b. other than that perfect. and disposable ear buds in one bedroom but not in other. nothing.

An ideal location, within walkable distance to the centre. Key collection instructions were clear and easy. The apartment for ideal for 6 of us, with a comfy sofa bed. Great value for money!

It was very spacious and clean. The host was fab and very quick to respond and helpful. It had a great location and the complimentary bottle of fizz was a lovely touch! The noise from the lower apartments was quite loud and it disturbed us both mornings .. early!

good facilities, clean, comfortable, nice location, good quality furniture more hand towels would have been better also there was no plug in the bath. I reported a faulty light bulb but was requested to send a photo, by which time I wasn’t in the property. having gone out for the day. I had described exactly which one I was referring to so don’t think a photo was necessary.

nice 2 bedroom apartment in a lovely area in Liverpool. basic provisions could have been better, i.e. loo rolls, toiletries and hot beverage selection should have been more of each of these.

Nice and spacious, big tv. Heating needs addressing it can get a little cold. Heating wasn't that good.

Good location, easy check-in and check- out etc The beds could have been comfier, the radiators made some weird sound throughout the night.

Fine og elegante møbler. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt. Stille og rolig beliggenhet. Ovnen i stuen var defekt, og der var det satt inn en ny løs ovn. Den varmet ikke så godt som den opprinnelige vil jeg tro, men så var det også veldig kalde dager i UK når vi var der.

It was a good apartment The second bedroom had a bed that was pushed tight to 3 walls and didn't lend itself to 2 60 something adults having to climb over each other to get in/out of bed to use the bathroom.

nice appartment and easy check in

The apartment was amazing, a good size, well appointed and in a quiet area of the city. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. The staff were very communicative, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of wardrobe, drawer space and it would be perfect for a longer stay. It is about 20 minutes walk from the centre and docks. We didn't use public transport but there seemed to be plenty of buses around. There were small Tesco, Sainsbury and Co-op about 5 minutes walk away. We didn't come by car but there was a parking permit in the apartment that could be used. We would definitely stay in this property or in another belonging to Host So Simple again. Not a problem for us, but there is no lift so people with mobility issues would struggle if staying on the upper floors. It looked like there was a ground floor flat but I'm not sure about access.

The location was excellent, all tourist attractions within walking distance, if you don't mind the exercise. The house was super clean, great theme throughout, comfortable and everything you need for a city break. A great base for explorers, families and those wanting to venture into new places. The rooms were all of great size, more than big enough to accommodate two adults and a baby. Having Netflix was a bonus and a kitchenette allowed for food freedom. Would visit again! On our arrival there was some building works being completed downstairs, which although was not a problem (didn't start until 9am and finished around 4pm) it would have been nice to have been warned - as if we stayed in, the noise was very loud. Also, unfortunately the shower and hot water supply was less than satisfactory, the shower was of very low pressure and of varying temperature and I was unable to have a bath as, again, the water was not very warm - just enough for our baby to have a little splash. May have been something we did/ didn't do, but maybe something to be looked into.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious lovely decoration and the beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend . this for a stay in Liverpool. there was nothing not to like

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful space, nicely decorated with beautiful high ceilings. It was spotless and if truly felt like home for my short stay, as it was so clean and they even had a a lovely Christmas tree which made us feel so cosy. Great attention to detail in a lovely area. The host was exceptional, particularly with communication. I can’t wait to stay again.

very clean, close to town, best thing we were allowed to check in an hour early when very tired after long journey, thank you very much ? team picked up phone call immediately about issue with sofa bed . sofa bed collapsed when sat on , still fine to sleep on, but panicked that deposit may have been withdrawn,,,,, on further inspection,,we could see it had already been fixed ,,, so thankfully already damaged , would have been appreciated if mentioned in the info booklet in the accommodation.

Very modern and welcoming, a good location and easy to access. The owners had left a little card and treat for our birthdays on arrival which was kind and thoughtful. The beds were also very comfortable. They are only minor things but things that would’ve improved the visit would have been for the coffee machine to be working (although there was instant which was good), there was quite a bit of condensation and damp in our bedrooms from lack of ventilation and it felt like there was a lot of communication pre and during the visit on rules we had to follow. We completely understand that not all groups respect the accommodation but I think it would’ve been better to send a long list of expectations in a one off communication prior to the visit. You don’t usually get so much communication from owners prior to stays.

The apartment was beautiful and very well presented. the contact with the property owners was fantastic, no questions went unanswered with quick and response.

Location is poor, possibly one of the most deprived streets in Liverpool judging by the streets around it. The property is in need of full refurbishment, paint, flooring, bathroom, kitchen. Also property is situated on a main road where traffic at all hours of the morning sounds like it’s passing through your bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment, everything we needed was there. Comfortable and clean, and very attentive hosts. Charlie was very helpful and very prompt answering queries. Lots of stairs leading to the apartment, this was fine for our group but definitely something to consider.

well-equipped, clean, nicely furnished and clear instructions. Could do with better window insulation - noise from outside traffic not ideal for light sleepers. should also indicate clearly which apartments are on the upper floors. climb up and down can be difficult to manage for some. suggest a different method for returning parking label - quite troublesome to have to go all the way back to apartment to return parking label. maybe some sort of locked box downstairs?

we arrived in summer to find the blinds on 10 foot high windows had been left open. the flat was roasting and only one fan. we requested another fan which didn’t arrive until our last evening! meanwhile we slept with windows open but were woken by seagulls crying! then woken several times by the tenants of flat above us coming home, slamming doors, and partying until 5am! this happened on second night too but stopped earlier than previous night after we complained to the hosts. after we booked we’re asked several times who made up our booking, reminded of no parties etc. I wish they’d taken same precautions with flat above!! third night we had the fan but were totally exhausted. next time we will go to a hotel!

clean tidy and great location Small issue 2 x toilet rolls that were very thin and flimsy. when I asked for more was told only 2 for the stay. we had 5 people so probably not enough. Too few towels as well

the apartment is beautifully decorated, cleans and completely functional for our needs. the old single glaze window, although beautiful, provide no sound proofing what so ever. two poor nights sleep and that’s with ear plugs. this is the only thing that would prevent us from returning to this property.

The apartment was so tidy and clean, we have got all kitchen equipments there is nothing we can complain.the staff were helpful. The nose from outside,There is no enough toilet pepper, and in the kitchen need more kitchen towel

Drop box and instructions were clear. Minor problem with the bath sorted quickly. We were a family of 5. Its really only OK for 4.....tight if you want to spend any time there. Interesting we had dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher. It was surface clean but not thoroughly clean, e.g. very dusty under beds and a few other places too.

looked stunning and had everything we needed. fabulous central location within easy walking distance of the cathedrals and city centre noise from road, not good for light sleepers although we all slept well. Netflix wouldn’t work as too many people using the account which was frustrating when we wanted to watch movie whilst kids going to sleep

Exactly what we were looking for, perfect for our needs Location was only drawback, took about 20 minute walk to get into town with a long walk back if over at Mathew street

Attention to detail. Kitchen fully equipped. No lift, was on the top floor, four flights of stairs with children and luggage, not ideal.

We liked the attention to detail. Everything you need. Very comfortable & appealing accommodation which is located in a beautiful part of the city. Nothing.

Location, cleanliness Sofa bed not the most comfortable

I loved that parking was free, a whole book of things to do and now to operate items within the apartment. there was coffee, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and 3 TVs with Netflix. This place was a great stay and would definitely book again. the windows in the two bedrooms were located next to the road and you would hear cars from 9pm-11pm and 7am until you woke up. if you sleep with earplugs or air pods, this would be a 10/10 spot.

The location and the flat set up was lovely - done to a high standard and with style! It was a lovely base for our weekend in liverpool We ran out of toilet roll so needed to buy some more, it would have been good to have had some back ups in the apartment! It would have been nice to have enough coffee pods for the amount of people staying too
