Perfect location for a weekend stay in the city. Kitchen etc fairly basic but plenty of space in the rooms. Waxth out for the sublight in the living room first thing in the morning... the curtains don't stand a chance. BLINDED

What a beautiful spacious apartment. With my regular visits to Liverpool I’d book this apartment without hesitation. Well maintained, clean and stunning.

all 5 of us had a great weekend, no complaints about our appartment. The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Bright, airey, cosy appartment with everything we needed for weekend. Location was perfect...walking distance from restaurants, bars, local landmarks and fantastic walks along seafront.

Great stay, fantastic location in the centre of Liverpool! The place was clean and accommodated 10 people with ease.

Ništa, teška katastrofa. When booking this accommodation, we fought for three days about paying the facility, because the payment is not made through booking, but directly through one of their almost fake pages, which rejects whatever cards you enter. In the end, we barely managed to pay through Revolut. Arriving at the accommodation was a complete disappointment. From the floors, bathrooms, to the rooms and dishes, everything was extremely dirty. Leftover food next to the bed on the carpet. The sofas that are extendable (3 pieces) are just right for one adult or two children, not at all for two adults as we were told by the accommodation. So the accommodation is for 7 people, not 10. There also was’t enough bed linen for all beds. We asked Host to bring more, but they didn’t. From the moment we arrived at the accommodation, we saw that something was wrong with the heating. We had no central heating or hot water until 10 in the evening. We called the host several times and sent messages and e-mails, but in vain because it is an agency that holds several properties for rent. It was only with the help of Booking that we were able to get in touch in the evening, so that the repairman would come and fix the problem. 10 people per winter in Liverpool without heating and hot water, a serious disaster. Entering the building is extremely difficult and complicated. The location is close to the center, but the neighborhood is extremely bad, the constant arrivals of the police at night to the building (probably because of drugs and violence) did not give us peace at night. Avoid this accommodation and other accommodation of this host because this is not normal.

The location of the place was great. easy to get around and close to everything. The host was very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as described on the listing. It was tidy and was very spacious. Well worth the money paid for it. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

O apto acomoda bem 10 pessoas. Amplo e com bons banheiros. A cozinha deixou a desejar, as louças estavam guardadas sujas e não havia esponja para lavar louça disponível. O que precisa melhorar muito é a comunicação e a instrução para o check in. O grupo ficou 10 minutos do lado de fora no frio congelante, sem resposta nenhuma do anfitriao Charlie. Só consegui entrar no apartamento depois de uma ligação para a administradora, pedindo as instruções. Você precisa falar inglês fluente e ter um celular habilitado para fazer ligações internacionais para entender as instruções e conseguir entrar no prédio.

Was very clean and tidy and the place looked amazing. Definitely recommend.

Good experience all in all. Although was missing a set of bedding for the pull out bed in the living room which meant we had to make do with what we had. Also, the couch in the living room and radiator in the en suite bathroom were damaged when we arrived. A lack of some essentials like toilet paper and hot water were also disappointing.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the bars, restaurants and shops and walking distance to all. Unfortunately our stay wasn’t as positive as we’d hoped due to a number of reasons - largely the maintenance of the property. There were shards of glass all over the floor which resulted in two people experiencing cuts in their feet (the second after an additional clean had been arranged) and one in a guest’s finger. Whilst the host was helpful and responsive to arranging an additional clean, unfortunately it appeared ineffective as there was still glass in the property. The curtains on the windows in the main living area and bedroom were also totally unfit for purpose and offered no privacy or shade as they didn’t fit the window size and most were only hung in one small place. Finally, the radiator in the ensuite bathroom has been fixed so poorly to the wall that it fell off (whilst hot) and landed on one of our guests whilst she was on the toilet.

This was a lovely apartment that me and my group of friends stayed in. Great location , right in the center and good for the price. Only issues we came across were that none of the sofa beds were made even though we expected these to already be done. Some of the bedsheets were a little bit dirty , but once we told the host they replied straight away and they provided us with clean ones. Very responsive host , very helpful:)

La grande pièce lumineuse et les chambres C'est trop cher pour le service et les équipements, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, les rideaux du salon sont décrochés sur les côtes, pas de produit vaisselle et vaisselle sale. Pas d'huile, vinaigre...dessous de plat...et matelas du canapé lit taché ! Et surtout difficile d'accéder au logement avec le code porte électronique qui fonctionne mal ! On est resté à la porte 15 minutes en arrivant.

Place was actually very good and in a great location; close to the main places to be. Only downside was that getting into the actual place was like fighting a level 70 Rayquaza on in the Sky Tower with only a level 38 Torkoal that knows smokescreen and body slam only.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We had the best International BeatleWeek thanks to the perfect spot. It’ll be where I’ll stay when I visit Liverpool.

Place was at a very good location, and rooms were great. If You get the hold of the host, then they reacted and managed to work with smaller problems. Washing machine stayed unsolved, but hopefully before next quests it will be fine. One thing I did not like was paying extra fee (insurance) separately from booking. Dear Host, add this to the price! really, this came at the really bad time, where my internet wasn't available and if that would have happened in the middle of the night, then we would be sleeping on the street. Also telephone number thing was not good, and to get touch through that was not easy. messages was little better. If everything works, then it was nice and roomy place to stay and good location

Great place, I’m a great location. The front door was a little confusing to get into to begin with but once we worked it out all was fine. There wasn’t any hot water, however not sure if we missed instructions on how to use this. As we weren’t in the apartment for very long we didn’t make an effort to find information on it. Host was very responsive and helpful though ?
