Good location<br/><br/>Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up.

Location was excellent. Property was ideal for our group.<br/><br/>There was a fault on the fire alarm, causing the panel to beep constantly. I’m sure this will be sorted as the property seems well maintained.

Location was very good<br/><br/>The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment. All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside. We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer. Would not go back even with the great location. We ? overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Apartment cleaning levels need upped <br/>We had no microwave so we're unable to heat up any food. Really needs some sort of hob to cook <br/>1 key fob, so had to wake up friends to get in Apartment <br/>When it says perfect for nightlife it means forget getting any sleep until at least 6am<br/>Living area too small for 16 guests <br/>Provide more toilet rolls

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.<br/><br/>The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep.

Noise during the night couldn’t be helped but windows could be sound proofed! Number to contact owners wasn’t always available and answered.

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.<br/><br/>We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them.

The location was handy<br/><br/>The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived.

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful<br/><br/>We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life.<br/><br/>The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out. <br/>There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty. <br/>There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling! <br/>The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app.

The accommodation was fine. <br/>The beds were quite comfortable. <br/>Location was great, very central (but loud) <br/>Shower pressure is good.<br/><br/>It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy. <br/>Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak.<br/>The accommodation wasn't that clean.<br/>Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels.<br/>The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches.<br/>The laminate floors need re doing<br/>There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open. <br/>The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures. <br/>The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it<br/>The bedrooms are fine but crowded. <br/>The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother.

The location was good<br/><br/>There were 12 girls that stayed in this appointment. Wasn’t easy to get in even with the codes we had to try doors until ours opened.<br/>The sitting are was not great just small kitchen area. Not enough room for us all to sit together to have food and drinks. <br/>Not enough seating space.<br/>Not a great area if you are wanting to chill for a few hours before going out. <br/>Advertised as having a living area and kitchen but definitely was no living area.<br/>I would not recommend this apartment for large group of people.

Perfect for nightlife. Restaurants, pubs and bars just outside the door. We were a friend group of 5 so everyone got one bedroom each. Would definetely stay here if we go back to Liverpool AS a large group to enjoy the nightlife.<br/><br/>As expected a bit noisy if you want to sleep at night. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. Beds slightly hard - but that might be subjective. We all ended up using one shower since the pressure in one of then was low. A few of us had some challenges with the front door now and then.

The location was extremely central. Perfect for a hen/stag do. It was lovely and clean also.<br/><br/>There were a couple of broken beds, quite a lot of the wall sockets weren’t working and the toaster kept tripping all the electrics. The noise was very bad but we were pre warned about that before paying for the stay.

Location only good point<br/><br/>Basement room stunk of damp and mould, no hot water for over 24 hours so we had to spend second day walking round liverpool unwashed. Sofas, beds and bean bags absolutely covered in human stains.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of everything. Really clean. Friendly host - they answered all my questions straight away.<br/><br/>The flat was really loud at night, but this wasn't a problem for us - just take ear plugs and you will be fine!

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host.<br/><br/>It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for.<br/><br/>The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend.

It’s location is absolutely spot on, everything you need in touching distance, bars are fabulous.<br/>Organisation was great

Very close to the main bars and clubs and Liverpool 1, close to a Q park, though a 5 minute walk.<br/><br/>The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is. The living/kitchen area was very small and didn't have enough chairs for 18 people and became cramped very quickly which was a pain as this was for a hen do and we wanted the living area for group activities. On the advert it states property has an oven, but only a microwave oven. Only 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) which is problematic when you have 18 people staying! Flat got absolutely boiling with no fans or Aircon and that was in October! It is very loud around the apartment but that is to be expected with the clubs but the noise goes on until 5/6am

It's definitely a great apartment if you are in Liverpool for the nightlife and up partying at night. Very central to all the clubs and pubs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean. Kitchen well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Good communication with staff.<br/><br/>Rug and carpet in the living room really dirty and beanbags could do with a wash. Both bathroom doors didn't shut properly. We were a group of friends so wasn't too much of a problem but definitely had to knock before entering. Sensor light in the hall kept going on so was waking up people sleeping on the sofa beds. The apartment as people had said before is very noisy through the night with people/ music outside all through the night so bring earplugs. We were in the basement so it was a bit cold/damp.

7 of us stayed at this listing for a 21st birthday getaway to Liverpool. The location was great, very close to the centre and walkable distance to all the sights of Liverpool. However it was very difficult to check-in - no instructions were sent prior to check-in with codes for the main door or lockbox for keys. We had to phone an emergency line to get these at 5pm (when we could have checked in at 3pm) so we should’ve had the codes well beforehand and were told in our check-in manual these would be sent ahead of time. Once we were in, the rooms were as described and the photos were accurate. However there was a horrible smell from a drain in one bathroom. This was eventually resolved but not until day 3 of a 5 day trip. There were also lots of dirty towels/pillowcases. Again these were replaced, but on day 3/4 which wasn’t very helpful. There were 2 hairdryers we used which both smelt like they would go on fire/had melting plugs. We couldn’t use them, but luckily had brought our own.

Very spacious and in the best location! Clean and with plenty of space for all guests. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was lovely and shower was warm and powerful. Kitchen has everything you needed and more! Couldn’t ask for better really.<br/><br/>There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the basement but it didn’t affect our stay.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Central location with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is better than a hotel as all in the same place, with a seating area so have somewhere to congregate while getting ready. The lock box with the key helps if end up coming home separately. Good value for money too<br/><br/>We had the ground floor flat, so get a bit of street noise through the night, but not so much it is a problem

Modern, spacious, perfect location for night life. Showers strong and kitchen had everything we needed. Great value for a group on a stag/hen for sure and like 1min from concert Square which is a fab night out.<br/><br/>The apartment doesn't have curtains on the windows so light was a problem on top of the (already anticipated) noise. Also the lights in the hall come on automatically so those on the sofa beds in the living area had lights coming on and off everytime someone needed the loo. There was also a bit of a drainage issue with the WCs getting a bit smelly.

Very central location with good facilities.<br/><br/>The location was also a bit of a setback, the noise from outside at times made it seem like the windows were left open even though they weren't. Rooms could have been cleaner. What would stop me coming back is the extremely poor service from customer service when we had trouble finding the property. Several phone calls and over an hour of walking around trying to find the place, made it seem like the people we spoke to didn't know where the place was either. Extremely frustrating and for that reason alone we won't be back.

Had to phone a call centre to be directed to the front door. Also no Wi-Fi available which was a problem given the poor 4G network in the area. Had to purchase toilet roll….only 4 rolls provided for 11 people for 2 days!

Perfect location for nightlife. Right in the centre of the bars and clubs - so perfect for a hen do as we were out partying! Not so good if you want to sleep any time before 3am. Beds comfy, bathroom and kitchens clean. Kitchen table area quite spacious for 16 of us. Lockbox for keys handy for check in but also good to keep them safe if anyone wanted to nip back and not risk losing.<br/><br/>Bathroom drains a little smelly when we first got there, we were offered maintenance but it was manageable for what we needed. Had to buy extra toilet roll. Very loud in the bedrooms from the street - loud music from the clubs til 3am and also screaming outside much later. Fine for us but just a warning if anyone wants a good nights sleep!! Not a great amount of cups/plates etc, thankfully we’d taken plastic cups. Quite difficult to find as it’s just a door down an alley - follow the instructions they email you, rather than Google Maps!

10 of us went for a birthday weekend away for a few of the guys. If you’re going for nights out, perfect place to stay. 30 second walk down a well lit street from the main bars/pubs. Hosts super responsive and as soon as they were alerted of no hot water, an engineer was there in the hour to fix. Easy access and perfect for a group stay. Only downside was the wifi wouldn’t connect, but small price to play.

Good location, clean, friendly staff available via messages, entry was fairly simple once door was located. Bathrooms were decent. Beds were comfy enough. It was ideal for a stag do, reasonable price where everyone could be together with no frills. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking to just have a place to lay their head.<br/><br/>Street noise was loud in the apartment due to thin windows. First night was difficult to sleep but second night was a bit easier. It was quite warm all night too which made it more difficult to sleep and opening the windows made it louder. The noise and heat died down after a while. In the check in instructions it was mentioned there was a plaque outside the front door on the street but I couldn't find this. Had to match up the door with the photo so not a massive issue but some signage would have been good.

Location perfect for nightlife<br/><br/>Check in process was an absolute joke. 12 guys stood in the street for over an hour trying to get an address or any info due to delays in their systems updating our info. Also asked for £500 deposit up front aswell. No hot water in the apartment so freezing cold showers all round. Only good thing about this place is location but whole process for getting in was ridiculous. Got bombarded with 10 texts a day aswell in the lead up to the trip. Would avoid

Location was great. We were on a lads weekend away and was able to find parking nearby. Loads of space in the apartment and plenty of beds. The host Charlie was really quick to get back to you on any queries. Would definitely recommend and use again.<br/><br/>N/A

It was clean, spacious and had good basic amenities. Bedding, towels and crockery were provided. There were two fridges which were super cold so great for keeping drinks cool! Checking in and out was really easy and the phone line staff were very helpful in answering any queries. The location was great for daytime.<br/><br/>The windows are single glazed so trying to sleep with the noise of the nearby clubs, bottle bins, drunks in the street, seagulls, was almost impossible. If you are out all night and don’t care about sleeping it’s fine but if you need a decent nights sleep this isn’t the place for you!

location was amazing. we travelled as a hen party from Belfast with 8 of us in total. the location is right in the centre of the nightlife so it is loud but absolutely amazing for what we wanted. the communication from the host was very good.<br/><br/>The actual apartment was tired, dirty and small. The pictures look great but unfortunately our apartment, which was on the ground floor was not good. It wasn’t clean even though you are charged a cleaning fee, we had dirty bed sheets. The communal area (the kitchen) didn’t have a table to eat off, the kitchen wasn’t big enough for our full party to be in at once, nor were any of the bedrooms unfortunately. The shower pressure was terrible, although the bathrooms were a good size, the main bathroom had a shower over the bath but it didn’t work. The hosts were contactable but we didn’t want to sit on and wait for issues to be resolved when the most of them weren’t going to be resolved without an entire property move. Wouldn’t have minded so much had the pictures were more accurate or the price was reflective but we were expecting something quite nice which we didn’t get.

I came up with 10 other friends for night life in Liverpool, we enjoyed our stay a lot, if we had any questions they answered them efficiently - communication was really good! The apartment was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Honestly have no complaints and if I ever return to Liverpool would definitely book again!

Just a warning to others renting through this group - they appear to run a scam with deposits claiming damage to beds etc once you’ve left. Would avoid!<br/><br/>location good but hassle after not worth it

Maybe an information booklet for each apartment would be useful in the future

The location is smack bang in the middle of the city centre, the purpose of our trip being a hen do was perfect for the night life!<br/>Most of my communication was with 1 member of staff named Charlie, they were extremely helpful, responding to all messages and questions extremely fast and was honestly the best part of the stay. <br/>One of the only places we could find that allowed all members of the hen party to stay together, with 5 separate bedrooms which is rare and extremely useful. <br/>A short walk away from a decently priced multi storey car park for a city centre.<br/><br/>Extremely noisy, windows are paper thin as are the blinds so let in all the light from the street lights as well as all the noisy from party goers directly below and some sort of club entrance, beds uncomfortable. Prior to and during our stay we were sent multiple messages stating how important it is we don’t leave any mess or damage or anything of the sort otherwise we will loose our substantial security deposit. It is fair enough if they have had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately we arrived to sticky floors, rubbish behind one of the bedroom doors and confetti on the floors.

we stayed here for a hen weekend 11 of us. location is perfect for bars, shopping and restaurants. <br/>the size of the rooms was perfect although the single bed behind the 3 bed room was a bit of a pain and not comfortable for the person staying in it when other people left the room hitting it. <br/>we found 2 issues whilst there. <br/>location of the keys safe for our apartment was a pain to find although it was outside the door we tried basically every key safe along row until we thought to check outside our apartment door.<br/>2nd being the shower in the bath tube bathroom we was unable to use as we couldn't get the button to move it from Bath to shower obviously then causing issues/delays for the 11 of us to get showered in the one bathroom. <br/>overall it was a fantastic apartment, well worth the money and a great a location. <br/>I also need to say how spotless the apartment was every room and all linen was so clean .

The location was perfect for our stay. walking distance to everything that we needed to do<br/><br/>the heating system wasn’t working, told them but it wasn’t fixed. not enough tissue left in the apartment considering they knew it was for a large group. we had to go shop and buy our own toilet roll. There are smoke alarm on the communal area that are broken and need fixing as this is a fire hazard.

It hadn’t been cleaned in advance floors dirty a lot of cigarette burns to furniture, cracked tiles, damp, poor condition not as advertised at all. No settee. Uncomfortable seating. The host did offer another clean when advised but we declined as all our belongings were inside by then.

Nothing at all.<br/><br/>This apartment ( dormitory) was nothing was I expected for the price £1354 for one nights stay. <br/>The accommodation was dirty, cramped, not enough seating or crockery for 12 people. One dirty shower with brown stains on walls & ceiling. Broken, missing @ stained vertical blinds in all rooms. <br/>Holes in seating in kitchen and metal edging of worktop pulled back , which ripped a friends trousers. I could go on, I am livid a property could be advertised for this price being such a poor standard of accommodation .

Let me start by saying I have never had a bad airbnb experience. Brussels, London, Manchester, Nashville, Chicago, Denver among other cities. This was at the bottom of the the list by far. I’m pretty open minded about most things and easy going, but this airbnb experience deserves its full attention. In no particular order here are the things that were lower than my standards and many other’s I would assume. First, the door to the apartment wouldn’t latch. Had we not noticed it the door would have been basically open the entire weekend. I will commend the speed at which a repair guy came to fix it. Several screws into the frame of the door and an adjustment of the latch part of the lock and it was fixed. Tacky but fixed. Secondly, the floors were a bit on the sticky side. Probably from beer and drinks but definitely wasn’t clean. Third, there was soda or some other substance on multiple doors in a splattered fashion. Fourth, the thermostat was missing the batteries to power it. The place was probably 10 degrees cooler (middle of winter it was a bit chilly) than what would be comfortable. Radiators worked in each room but that was it. Bathrooms and common areas were cold. Batteries were eventually provided but they were the wrong size. Fifth, the place was much smaller than what pictures lead you to believe. It was basically a hallway and rooms/bathrooms. For 8 people the place was tiny. A square footage statement should be made because pictures never tell the full picture. Next, there were stains on several pillows and a few hairs. Everything may have been clean but definitely a few things that would probably make people feel uncomfortable. Seventh, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Shampoo and body wash (tiny little bottles) but no real soap. One bathroom was missing the mirror over the sink. Eighth, (sorry it’s a lot) the first floor apartment was a bit loud considering the foot traffic and bars nearby. I love a good party but when it is 5am and drunk folks are still right outside your window it can be a little annoying. The place was basically a place to crash. So if that is cool then this place is ok for you. Lastly, for some reason (which was has yet to be explained to me) someone on the airbnb team came into our apartment and opened up multiple bedroom doors at 9-9:30am on our last day. Checkout was at 11am. No lo call. No reason. Nothing. Very strange and very inappropriate. This was a serious intrusion of our privacy with no rationale for it. Who’s to say this didn’t happen another time during our stay? Pretty upsetting and I have never experienced this before - hotel or bnb. Overall, Liverpool was fun. Met plenty of good people. More than enough bars. Match day was a lot of fun. Very walkable. Cavern Club is very cool. Some good eats as well. A different airbnb would have been ideal. Airbnb team was very nice and very responsive but place was not what it seemed to be from the pictures and description. Wouldn’t stay there again. But that’s just me.

Great location

Recently stayed at the Host apartments for my friends hen weekend. Initially we booked to fill the whole place (10) but our numbers did drop to 6. Great communication from the team throughout booking and leading up to our stay! Location is fab for nightlife and town however it was quite difficult to initially find. Very noisy at night but that is purely down to location. Kitchen/living area was very small for 10 guests however apartment was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location if you're in town for the nightlife. It's a great place to use as a base to explore the town. Can be noisy at night be if you're in that part of town then that's probably why you've gone there. Good flat, great city.

Very easy location if you want to go out and party <br/>Clean apartment with comfy beds. <br/>Great communication from owners.<br/>I know it was central and expected noise however it is ground floor with no double glazing and in between a number of night clubs which one of them didn’t shut until after 6am.<br/>You could hear everything just as if you were out on the street. The curtains are so thin my room was light all night.<br/>I would only stay if you plan to party all night. We got in at 3 and couldn’t sleep until 6.30 due to noise.

Very helpful host. Place is perfect for stag or hen parties. Not a huge communal area so bear that in mind when booking. Very clean and that shower was a God send when feeling a bit delicate the morning after. Expect noise but that's what you get for such a central location. Highly recommend.

Great if you want to be in the thick of Liverpools nightlife, not so great if you want to get any sleep. Very basic accommodation TIP take your own mirror. We went as a 6 some and were comfortable any groups above 8/9 would find it very close and would struggle to all be in the communal space at the same time.

Fabulous stay here, amazing location right in the middle of concert square. Obviously a bit noisy at night when you’re trying to sleep but this is entirely expected when you’re right in the middle of the action! It was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels/toilet paper. The heating wasn’t working when we arrived but it was sorted out immediately, communication was excellent we could not have asked for a nicer host! Thank you for letting us stay!

I stayed here with a group of friends for my 21st birthday and it was perfect! Ideal location for absolutely everything... not even a minute from concert square! Really clean apartment and spacious. We had everything we needed & would stay again. Great communication between the hosts & myself as well.

Fantastic location, lovely space. Very clean, comfy beds, ample fridge space. Ideal for hen/stag parties. Communal space isn’t enormous, but big enough for those of us who didn’t go straight to bed when we got in. Would definitely book again!

Lovely clean apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Not too far from anything, nightlife, Albert Docks and train station. Hosts were very flexible and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great for groups of friends wanting to party. It is noisy at night but that's to be expected because of how central it is to everything.

A group of 9 girls came down from Newcastle to celebrate a 21st birthday. <br/>- The location was perfect as it was very central to the bars so this was ideal for us. <br/>- All the rooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. <br/>- The kitchen area was smaller than expected. <br/>- Hosts allowed us to check out later <br/>Overall, we had a really good stay and would definitely still here again, mainly because of the location, however I would say that it is rather pricey as the the amenities are pretty basic but for one night that was all we needed.

The accommodation was perfect for my sisters hen do. Location was great, perfect for shopping and a night out. Quite noisy at night but really close to clubs/ bars. Not every room had a mirror. It was clean, tidy and modern. The living/kitchen area was smaller than expected. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Definitely recommend!
