Excellent location and a really beautiful flat. Everything was lovely and modern, our only gripe was that the sofa bed wasn’t very clean, however everything else was lovely and it’s a beautiful apartment with a really good central location.

Lovely apartment and great location

Location was perfect ? breakfast wasn’t included so we made our own . There was plenty of plates , utensils and pots and pans to make what we wanted .

The flat was great, perfect for what we needed. The building it is in is not the prettiest but the flat itself was kitted out very well, looks like the pictures and had everything we needed. <br/>We stayed for business and had a great time.

The couch needs to be changed

A pleasent stay, and you get what you pay for. Host & stay is answering very quickly, so I can definitely recommend them. The apartment it self: a smelly entrance to the apartment, and people living there walking by the windows often in the yard (moreover a red paint was exploded outside the apartment next to this one with white sheets laying over it, so looked like something from a horror movie) . But otherwise the apartment was great and quite clean, and a central location. Bathrooms, beds and rooms very clean, floors not that clean. All in all a good apartment.

Very good location and space, but unfortunately there was no dishwasher as it said in the description.

Nothing too much trouble but there was quite fair amount of dust around the place, lounge windows looked so dirty like haven't been cleaned for years. Was bit cold inside, specially in the bathroom, it took hours to warm up. The controls on heaters weren't very easy to operate. There weren't any coffee pods in the kitchen but was assured it will be replaced (never happened) so had to run to the coffee shop every morning. On the checkout day felt rushed by getting messages about 8am if everything was OK as haven't dropped the keys yet. It was residential block but unfortunately heighbours were partying all night. The keys pickup/dropoff place was at supermarket 8 minutes walk from apartment which wasn't very convenient.

Convenient for a weekend in Liverpool

The flat was in a convenient location. That’s about all I can say. Everything else was terrible.<br/><br/>Fridge didn’t work. Central heating didn’t work, no spare keys, washing machine didn’t work, lift didn’t work. It was an awful experience

Fantastic place, close to everything in Liverpool. Very clean and modern, quiet. Will definitely make this our regular place to stay when visiting Liverpool.

Everything is as pictured. The place is very clean and finished to a high standard. Bathrooms are both lovely and fresh. Beds including sofa beds are really comfortable. The outdoor space is a great bonus and would be good in the nicer weather. Fab stay in the city! Walking distance to every where went<br/><br/>The only issue we had was with not being able to get the fridge to work but after contacting staff this was sorted with a maintenance man came out to sort this for us right away so we have no issues.

Would highly recommend a stay at this property. Run by a property company, communication was really good and straightforward. Keys are collected from a location specified once booked, was not too far from the apartment. <br/>Apartment was very clean, easy to find and a great location to explore Liverpool.<br/>One thing to be aware of is the need for a booking deposit, we opted for the €30 insurance option which was absolutely fine but something to keep in mind when booking and cost. <br/>Thankyou for our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Was asked to take out tenants insurance by host and stay, and then they wanted a 250£ damage deposit or a one off 25£ non refundable fee to cover up to 500£ damage. All on top of what I had already paid. After arriving I had to spend over 2 hours in a dirty uncomfortable corridor waiting for someone to come and give me the correct keys to get in. Barely audible call with American lady from host and stay after automated call line (press 1 to... etc). Had to email her a video of me trying the keys in the lock not working before she would send someone out with correct keys. (at least 3 emails and 4 photos as she kept saying she couldn't find them!) Very rude and offensive man in the mini mart shop where I collected the keys from! After finding out the keys I had been given didn't work i returned to the shop to ask for the correct keys. The man in the shop said it was my fault the keys didn't work and that "there is enough sh*t in the world without having to deal with you!" Not Impressed!
