• A convenient desk which can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table
• Bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows - enjoy the breath of fresh air, the sun's touch in the day or the lights view at night!

• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.

We are only a stone's throw away to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and a new development in the area. We are happy to host business travellers and long-term stays.

This apartment is located in the heart of the city which means plenty of tourist spots, cafes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Please expect noise from the bustling street surrounding the building.**

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible and we do not manage the communal areas of the property. If this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

There is so much to do in this vibrant & multi-cultural city, you will really enjoy discovering what Liverpool has to offer. From an array of new bars and restaurants, Liverpool is an exciting hustle and bustle throughout the day and evening, catering to all ages and tastes. You have Queen Square on your doorstep with St Johns Shopping Centre and the Met Quarter just moments away.

There is a 24 hour shop just opposite the building and supermarkets such as Lidl and Tesco Express are less than 5 mins walk away. St. George's Hall is within 10 minutes walk away.

Royal Liverpool University Hospital is only 3-minutes away!

Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 6 minutes away. Castle Street is also only 7 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver Building and bars & restaurants such as Rudy's pizza!

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town - you can easily catch one outside Lime Street Station.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
