Nestled in the northern outskirts of Liverpool, Richmond Place 204 is a lovely studio apartment which has been newly furnished to the highest standard. A combination of earthy boho hues adds to the relaxing vibe of the apartment's modern design. It sleeps up to 4 guests with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a sparkling clean bathroom, and a fully-kitted kitchen. Richmond Place 204 is conveniently located near Everton and is just a short drive away from Anfield and the city centre!

Property Details

The Space
Richmond Place 204 offers the perfect retreat for couples and small groups of friends. This studio unit features two large windows in both the lounge and bedroom areas, creating a bright, airy, and spacious atmosphere throughout.

The bed area features a comfortable double bed complemented by a desk and chair, suitable for either work or as a vanity table.

Not far away is the living area boasting a double sofa bed facing a large wall-mounted TV, complete with access to Smart apps and terrestrial channels, providing entertainment options for guests who choose to stay in.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal - fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more! A washer/dryer is also available for you to use - perfect for long corporate stays and short getaways.

The family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower and a WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
If you love nature, then Richmond Place 204 is the accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

Getting Around
Richmond Place 204 is within walking distance or a short drive to many of Everton Park's attractions.

If you plan to explore the Liverpool City Centre, or the well-known Anfield Stadium, then there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street both within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than 15-minutes walk away or just a 5-minute drive.

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place 204 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building - whilst we are open to accepting stays for events, we ask guests to remain respectful of the other guests and residents in the building.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
