Property Details

The Space
Situated in the centre of Liverpool, Ropewalks Quarters IV is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment sleeping up to six guests. Packed with character and style, the building has a brick façade, contemporary fixtures and a wooden balcony design.

From the hallway, you’ll enter the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Featuring a sofa and a Smart TV with access to your favourite online streaming apps, the living area is a comfortable and welcoming space. The sofa converts to a bed with a comfortable, deep-sprung mattress sleeping up to two guests.

You won't feel far from home as our kitchen is fully kitted with a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Boasting a wooden dining table and matching benches, there is enough space for 6 guests to enjoy meals together.

A washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area so you can make the most of your self-catering stay.

Ropewalks Quarters IV has two double bedrooms with carpet flooring and a grey/white interior, each complemented by a blue divan base and a touch of colour from the cushions and chairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom giving you private access to a WC and shower.

The main bathroom is just opposite the second bedroom and has a modern design fitted with a WC, a basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Enjoy access to your own balcony space with views of the city - perfect for morning coffee or an evening tipple.

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood known locally as the Ropewalks and is a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.

You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.

For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a minute walk away.

Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance.

Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs!

Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 8 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 10 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Getting Around
You won't be needing any taxis or public transport if you intend to stay in the city centre. However, if you do plan to leave the centre, to perhaps visit the football stadiums or parks, we are just a 7 minute walk from the main central bus station.

Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.

If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.
