Location near conference centre, clean and spacious rooms.<br/><br/>Key collection was a bit of a drag, but otherwise everything was super.

Location was fantastic for the docks and easy access to the city.<br/><br/>Key collection and drop off is a pain. Would put me off booking here again. <br/>The shower screen in the main bathroom doesn't fit properly and leaks over the bathroom when you shower.

The location, right next to the docks, is fantastic. The apartment is functional and clean. The process of getting in the property can seem convoluted at first (go to shop 200m away, give code...) but overall quite simple.<br/><br/>The bedding is for 6 people, but the apartment is only for 4 people. There are 4 chairs, 4 sets of glasses, etc... additional cutlery, glasses and chairs would have been appreciated. The bathroom does not have any fan, and that leads to the room being extremely humid, especially considering the shower seems to be slightly leaking on the side. <br/>Those are still minor, and should be considered improvement opportunities rather than full-on grievances.

the apartment itself was very nice<br/><br/>the staff were terrible. i give them a ring the day before check out to see if we could have a late check out and the woman on the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered to speak to me as all she said was call back in the morning, i then said are you sure as it will be late notice and need to stay longer than 10 as all the riots was going on and we was 5 girls staying as we didn't feel safe, she proceeded to tell me to call back tomorrow and we will get a late check out. therefore called them the day of check out like i was told to and was just completely shut down and was told that maintenance had a tight schedule and she also proceeded to tell me i "should've called yesterday" which i then explained to her i did call yesterday however no one wanted to speak to me. absolutely fuming

Clean and silent

Good location. Clean apartment.<br/><br/>Having to pick the keys up from another location. The stairwells were grotty - mould on the walls and an old mattress outside one of the apartments.

Just home from a fab weekend stay at Shaw's Place Liverpool. Beautiful place and just as photos show it. Central for shopping, food & drinks. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again.

Apartment was spacious and beds were clean and comfortable.<br/><br/>The apartment block was located right beside a building site. As soon as you walked in through them main door you could smell weed. We had to collect our keys from a corner shop but when we arrived at 3pm as instructed by email the keys were not there. The shop keeper told us this always happens. He called the office and they said the cleaner had the keys and I was to continue to wait at the shop. After waiting an hour I called the office and was left holding for 20 mins to be told once again that the cleaner had the keys and I was to now go to the apartment to get the keys from her. When we arrived at the apartment we knocked on the door about 5 times before a cleaner answered as she had headphones on. The customer service of this company is shocking. I never received a follow up call after I had complained about our wait for the keys. I don’t think I’d ever book through them again.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Größe und ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist super und alles fußläufig erreichbar.<br/><br/>Zum Appartement: Die Doppelbetten sind relativ klein. Die Schlüsselabholung ist etwas kompliziert und auch die Rückgabe.<br/><br/>Zu Host&Stay:<br/>Wir haben ursprünglich ein anderes Appartement zu einem günstigeren Preis gebucht. Dieses wurde uns dann kurzfristig storniert. Angeblich wegen Wartungsarbeiten im Appartement. Das Appartement war aber keine 5 Minuten später wieder online buchbar und zwar zum doppelten Preis. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und eine Frechheit. Ich habe Host & Stay darauf hingewiesen und es war ihnen egal, sie haben uns nicht weitergeholfen und uns auch keine Alternative angeboten. Diese musste ich mir selbst suchen und die neue Unterkunft war dann natürlich auch teurer als die ursprünglich gebuchte.<br/><br/>Es ist außerdem eine Frechheit, dass sie einen Deposit von 250£ verlangen, abbuchen und diesen dann nicht rücküberweisen (zumindest habe ich bis jetzt nichts erhalten obwohl wir das Appartement in einwandfreiem Zustand hinterlassen haben). 10£ zusätzliche Servicegebühr sind auch absolut unverschämt.

Great location, really nice and clean apartment. Really practical layout, great size. Can't fault it! Comfortable beds. Nice, clean, simple decor, perfect size rooms. Fantastic communication with owners.<br/><br/>Check in process was a little inconvenient as we had to walk to town centre to drop the keys off. Walking around trying to find right letter box to drop them in. I dont understand why not just to leave them in letter box in the building? <br/>Also sink in one of the bathrooms was blocked.

2 night stay with my elderly mother. <br/>Negatives - Property agents, quick to say "how can we help make your stay more comfortable", but with a"no" attitude throughout. £25 non-refundable damage waiver fee not added to rental bill, and obviously not used to correct issues. Check in/out was off-site taking 20 minutes off the 3pm/10am deadlines, as shop was 0.5km (0.3m) away. Small living area with a 30cm space to enter kitchen. Food stains on soft furnishings. Windows thick with construction dirt. Sticky surfaces. Chip in cup. Cheap metal utensils/cutlery. Saucepans shedding non-stick. No Nespresso pods as listed. Leaky shower screens. Black mould in washing machine. You will be asked to launder the towels. Thick dust in vent above bed, on shelves & lamps. Dusty non-non-allergy pillows. You can't open windows due to construction. No Netflix account. <br/>Positives - Central location. Good wifi - code is on box. Dishwasher. Big bedrooms, clean linen. Clean towels. Lift.

Very spacious with everything you need for business or pleasure.

Roomy apartment with comfy beds at a reasonable price good communication with host before stay<br/><br/>When booking wasn't expecting to have to fetch a key from a shop then a further 5 minute walk to apartment the area is being redeveloped so the area around it is not the best took Ubers to get into the centre at night

Location<br/><br/>The temperature in the main bathroom was difficult to adjust so did not use that shower. Fortunately the shower in the en-suite was fine.

location and size<br/><br/>the instructions for access were not sent over in time for our arrival, we had to call host twice on arrival but had requested these instructions several times prior to our arrival. we then had to walk to collect keys for access, this wasn’t expected. another access solution would be better for future guests I’d say. it was a nice stay though once we finally got in.

it is an excellent location. There were a lot of major building works on the adjoining building which we were alerted to. However, this didn't impact on our stay in any way at all. We would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation and would happily stay again.<br/><br/>The access street to the appartment block is quite dark and may cause some concerns for anyone staying on their own.

Location very hard to find (Maps will take you to the wrong place if you search the address, you have to type “Baltic Square Apartments”). The apartment itself is OK and clean. However, it got very noisy in the morning as there were building works right outside the living room (they started working around 6 or 7am).

Central, clean warm and modern, v close to the old Docks great for any visiting for the Arena for events or the Exhibition Centre for business xpo's etc.

Was smaller than expected and a bit run down

Appartement très très bien situé, très propre. <br/>Par contre c’est dans une zone en travaux et l’immeuble est également en travaux au rdc. Mais dans l’ensemble je vous conseille. Toutes mes questions ont trouvé une réponse dans les minutes qui ont suivies. <br/>Pour récupérer les clefs on nous avait mal renseigné mais tout est proche de l’appartement. <br/>Je reviendrai séjourner dans cet appartement sans problème.

Lovely apartment in a really good location for a visit to Liverpool

everything was fine however the area looked weird and off around the night however everything else even the people were nice and friendly

When we booked the stay we were not told we also had to pay 250 deposit for damages. This was not in our budget and can take 10 days to be refunded. Also there was no working heating in the front room/kitchen and the portable heater supplied were broken. The balcony is a right mess and building site next door. Not the weekend were we’re hoping for

lovely place, location is perfect for visiting city centre and sight seeing. I really enjoyed my stay here; host was warm, friendly and super responsive.

Really nice place, great host. However really quite difficult to locate, map on pdf sent not accurate and lots of building works. I think would be best to update check in document.<br/>Otherwise can’t fault it.

Good location, well equipped apartment and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Liverpool.<br/><br/>Not easy to find, check in procedure/address/key collection was ridiculous and not given to us until we actually arrived at property vicinity. Once in the building some facilities were worn/tired, towels and duvet covers ripped/worn, carpet edges out and loose giving an untidy look, blinds broken in the lounge, worn/tatty bed side tables, and no mirror in en suite bathroom yet had a shave point….. , which is disappointing considering the company takes a £250 deposit which could leave customers vulnerable to false claims by company that rents the property. Nice apartment but not being looked after by whoever is responsible for upkeep, Host and stay/Booking.com

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Instruktionen für die Wohnung waren sehr hilfreich. Kaffee stand zur Verfügung.<br/><br/>Wenn man ortsfremd ist, musste man erstmal genau schauen, wo man den Schlüssel abholen muss. Danach war alles einfach.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Liverpool. Very clean and in a great location. Around a 10 minute walk to Concert Square and the city centre. <br/>Would stay again and good communication from the hosts.

As instruções de localização do apartamento estavam erradas. A orientação dada leva a outro prédio próximo, e como existe um prédio em construção ao lado, dificultou ainda mais encontrar o prédio do apartamento. Nas instruções fornecidas pela Host And Stay haviam várias informações de outro apartamento, por isso alguns aparelhos (ex.: aquecedor) eram diferentes dos que constavam no apartamento. A cozinha possui apenas itens básicos.

We have had a great time during our stay in Liverpool. The host were super helpful and all the instructions regarding the check in/out were very clear. The location is what stood out the most for us. We walked almost everywhere and most of the time it took us less than 10 minutes. Would strongly recommend!

It is a very immaculate place, great space , great location, great price. 2 bedrooms with one being an ensuite is just fabulous. It was a 5 minute walk into the central town. The kitchen had all the appliances needed to cook. Windows were soundproof especially with construction nearby. Heating and hot water was always readily available. WiFi was strong, everything needed for a lovely stay was catered to. Thank you!<br/><br/>Nothing to complain, was an exceptional stay!

The location was excellent in terms of being walking distance to many major attractions in Liverpool. The host was extremely responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised there were 2 bathrooms (this was not clear in the description). The kitchen was adequately stocked to prepare meals in the flat.<br/><br/>There were several minor maintenance issues (inoperable windows and window coverings, "untucked" carpet edges, leaky shower door) and the flat was quite dusty. We had to walk more than 1/2 mile (.3 mile each way) from the apartment to pick up and return the key...which is a bit far if you're carrying luggage and/or it is raining. The biggest issue, however, is a MAJOR construction project that is happening right outside of the balcony causing loud noise all day long.

This place suited our needs.

A great apartment for a longer stay in Liverpool. The flat is centrally located and the team is very friendly and helpful. The flat is located in a a very quiet area and is well suited if you want to be working in the flat.

Great location, spacious, and nicely decorated. Had issues with check in and the apartment was not clean on arrival.. was able to communicate with host (Charlie) easily and they sent a cleaner over the next day. Great Wi-Fi, shower pressure, and they provide space heaters for the cold, and a tesco store is 2 min walk away. For long stays, kitchen does not have basics like salt, pepper, or olive oil. Had plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Overall great place for long stays. Would stay again!

We stayed for two months. Great location, in walking distance to liverpool one and the pier. There’s also a great coffee shop across where you can play board games. Quiet apartment. Would stay again!

Amazing location- 10 minute walk to city center, Chinatown/Bold Street and Albert Dock. Tesco express 3 min walk away, Asian supermarket 10 min walk away. Super clean apartment and fairly quiet neighbours.

Frankly, the flat was just not clean: floors unswept and not vacuumed, balcony absolutely filthy with cigarette stubs and sweet wrappers, kitchen wasn’t cleaned either- found a badly shattered glass in the cabinet.<br/>Find it hard to recommend it though location is great

the flat was very clean, it had and iron & board which came in handy, location is 7 minutes walk from the centre. there is a carpark 4 minutes walk which charges £6 per day.<br/>communication was very good with the owners of the flat.

Great flat perfect for a weekend break with friends. Super clean and spacious including all necessary amenities. Limited flexibility though as I asked either to check in a few hours early or leave our bags for a couple of hours before the 3pm check in so we didn't have to carry them around the city, however this wasn't possible without incurring costs. Otherwise all good!

Me and my two best friends came for a 2 night stay in Katy and Joe’s apartment. We had a wonderful time! The beds are so comfy and there is a main bathroom and an en suite. The apartment is clean, spacious and in a prime location. It is a 5 minute walk to the city centre and has a tesco right round the corner. <br/>Check in was so easy. A corner shop a 10 minute walk round the corner holds the key for you until you arrive - this was perfect as it meant check in time was flexible!<br/>The rooms and the kitchen were lovely and perfect for 3 girls on a weekend away.<br/>The wifi didn’t work which meant we had to use our data, this wasn’t a problem on this occasion but I guess if you only had a small amount of data it may be. The only other thing was that there was no cleaning products to wipe the kitchen down with. This would’ve been helpful so we could clean up after ourselves, especially during covid.<br/>Katy was so friendly and helpful every time I messaged her. We didn’t get to say hi but this meant you felt like you were left alone to enjoy your stay which was lovely.<br/>Thank you so much for a great stay, we will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Great location, excellent service but disappointing stay as the wifi wasn’t working on the rainy weekend we stayed. The kitchen didn’t match up to the price paid but the rest of the flat was nice. The host were very understandable and helpful.

Great location and very clean. Check in and check out was an unnecessary faff, although the locations for picking up and dropping off the keys were within a 10/15 min walking distance this was a bit of a nuisance with our bags ect and could have been made so much easier with a lockbox. Otherwise great stay thank you.

Spacious apartment with decent sized bedrooms which were cosy and beds were comfortable! Nicely decorated and good location, Albert dock literally on doorstep, very close to L1 and shops and a Tesco express was practically on door step was was very handy! The dining table was also very big and great for both of us working from home! The only downside was when we arrived the balcony door had been left open and the heating was faulty in the living room so we were very cold upon arrival. The balcony could also use some attention as the glass barrier was dirty. There wasn’t a good selection lot of pots and pans either and the non stick had worn off, the the maiden was also broken so we couldn’t do any washing. A mirror in the en suite bathroom also would of been a nice touch and maybe some little bins in there too! There was also no guide for the oven and we were unfamiliar with the type of oven so couldn’t use it. Overall it was a decent stay there’s just a few things that could use some attention which are easily fixable x

The apartment was lovely, modern and stylish and in a really good location close to the centre and shops. Parking is quite expensive and for residents only, but we were advised by the host on a couple of local car parks with 24 hour stays that were within walking distance. If you are driving and leaving early in the morning, we found a road that was free 6pm-8am which reduced the cost. <br/>The only down side was there were quite a few things in the apartment that were broken: Bin lid, door handle in the kitchen and 2 broken lamps, also the some of the glasses, mats and cutlery weren't clean - so we put everything in the dishwasher on arrival, as 2 dishwasher tabs were provided. <br/>Overall the apartment was lovely and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We stayed here for just over 2 weeks & cannot fault it. The location will not be beaten, no more than a 5 minute walk to all that liverpool has to offer (Baltic triangle, Albert dock, City centre)<br/>The hosts were second to none. Extremely responsive & helpful for both check in & check out. We left our amazon firestick there & they made sure we got it back which was great.<br/>The place was spotless, spacious & we will definitely be staying again.

Great Airbnb experience. The apartment is in a very central location, walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Place is very clean, good sized and had everything we needed for a weekend in Liverpool. Charlie was very quick to respond to any queries I had and all in all a great experience. Definitely recommend as a base for anyone wanting to explore central Liverpool
