• Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, a Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.

Bathroom:

• The Bathroom has a separate Standing Shower, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

Please be aware that this apartment is within a Georgian townhouse located on a main road, with easy and direct access into the city centre, and has the original single glazed sash windows. These are a listed feature within the property, and certainly add to the charm.

We, as hosts, are extremely proud of these features and are thrilled to be able to share these with our guests. However, we do kindly ask you to note that as the windows are only single glazed, you can expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic.

Neighborhood
This apartment is situated in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool near the famous St Luke's Church.

St Luke's Church, known locally as 'The Bombed Out Church' plays host to frequent events such as open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more!

This beautiful base is a short walk from to City Centre, and even closer to some truly exciting places to visit such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Make sure to take a small walk to the lively Baltic Market which offers a range of tasty cuisines from a variety of local businesses!

Getting Around
The nearest bus stop is at the junction of Back Canning Street and Catharine Street just a 3 minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

For those travelling in/out of Liverpool via train the apartment is approximately an 18 minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and will usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can even take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get around town!
