The Space
Our family-friendly semi-detached house boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area and six bedrooms, each with its own TV and en-suite bathroom - just the definition of a comfortable trip away!

The semi-detached house sleeps 12. Please see the sleeping arrangements and property layout below.

Open-plan Living/Kitchen Area:
• Located on the main floor of the house.
• Fitted with two sofas in the sitting area and a flat TV with access to Freeview channels.
• Has a small breakfast bar for your dining.
• The kitchen is fully kitted with an integrated microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and much more.
• A washer/dryer is also provided.

Bedrooms: Each has a TV with access to Freeview channels, its own wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Bedroom 1:
• Located on the basement floor, one flight of stairs down the house.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk facing the window, that can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table.

Bedroom 2:
• Located on the main floor on your right as you enter the front door.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table.

Bedroom 3:
• Located on the first floor, one flight of stairs up.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.

Bedroom 4:
• Located on the first floor, one flight of stairs up.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work, studies, or as a dressing table.

Bedroom 5:
• Located on the first floor, one flight of stairs up.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.

Bedroom 6:
• Located on the top floor with an attic ceiling, two flights of stairs up.
• Fitted with a double bed sleeping 2 guests.

Parking:
There is no allocated parking space, however, there is plenty of on-street parking available on the surrounding roads.

Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located in Fairfield, Kensington, Liverpool, this house is easy walking distance to the Grade II, historic, and Victorian public park with a beautiful view of the lakes and gardens.

Anfield Stadium is only an 8-minute drive away. The beautiful Liverpool City Centre where you can find the famous tourist spots such as Mathew Street, Castle Street, Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock and Waterfront, along with many others is easily accesible with public transportaton or taxis.

There are plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops surrounding the area. Lidl is only 11 min walk away. Liverpool Shopping Park at Edge Lane is less than 15-mins drive away.

The neighbourhood is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back

Getting Around
The nearest train station is Edge Hill, a 7-minute walk or 30-minute away. From here you can get into the city centre!

There is a bus stop in Lilley Road, Lomond Road, and Kelso Road, all just within 6-10 minutes walk from the property.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.
