I had a really nice stay at this apartment in Liverpool!  The location was perfect for me, close to everything but I was still able to switch off when I entered the apartment. The place was spotless and very well organized, which made me feel right at home. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were friendly and quick to respond. All in all they were really helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Simple, modern accommodation in a brilliant location - exactly as it appears on the listing.  The key pickup and dropoff is very clear and the location means your literally seconds walk away from places to eat and drink.  Only downside which other people have mentioned is the slightly excessive amount of message you receive from the management company/host, but it's not a big deal.

The apartment looked like the pictures, and the hosts were very helpful when I needed something repaired.

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación,  la vista de las habitaciones posteriores dan a un basurero, es un hotel impersonal, nadie te atiende.  Apenas llegamos nos dimos cuenta que el sofá cama estaba roto, una persona tuvo que dormir en el suelo las dos noches, la ropa de cama sucia, sillones sucios, la vajilla sucia. Hicimos el reclamo para que nos pongan un sofá que funcione y nunca tuvimos respuesta, reclamamos una compensación tampoco, hasta la fecha, y ya pasaron 8 días. y no tenemos ninguna respuesta, enviamos un email con fotos video y no les importa, solo les interesa cobrar. Booking debería exigir soluciones  para los clientes y no dejarnos en el limbo con los problemas que surgen en los hoteles. 

No pienso volver a este sitio y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Location is amazing with everything within walkable distance.  Liverpool was spectacular and this place was a perfect choice for us.   Although instructions were given in advance of where to pick up keys we found that the distance to the pick up point was inconvenient as it was more than 3 blocks away in an unfamiliar city that had to be maneuvered when arriving tired and disoriented.  Finding somewhere closer would definitely improve the check in experience. The unit was extremely clean and modern.  Sofa a bit worn but bed and bedding were great.

The flat is exactly as it appears in the photographs. Neighbours in the building were very friendly, and there is a small lift. The location is a side street close to a Co-op, cafés, takeaways, etc., with an uphill walk to fetch the keys from the shopkeeper (the process itself was easy). With regard to admin, there are more terms and conditions to agree to after the Airbnb payment is taken before they will accept your booking. Also, we were only there for the weekend and felt like there were too many automatic messages from “Charlie” - there is already a manual for the flat on a third-party website, so probably only need prompts for arrival and departure.  The flat is simply furnished but it is all new and comfortable. The shower pressure is good and the mattress was very comfortable with nice quality linens. I visit Liverpool often and would be happy to stay here again. Renshaw Street Food Market and Café Tabac are great places to eat, so it was good to be near them this time.

La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento cómodo y agradable  Mi hija de 16 años durmió en el sofá cama y era terriblemente incómodo. No es apto para dormir. Tuvimos que dormir en la cama de matrimonio los 3. No es apto para una tercera persona. Para una pareja es perfecto.

Location was good and the property was clean  Very clearly student accommodation and very expensive for that - around a month's rent for two nights. The bed was small and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The duvet was thin and there was a constant humming sound in the building. We were told that the bedding was in the wardrobe but it was actually well under the bed and it took as a while to find it.

Quiet but very close to cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Within easy walking distance of several interesting visitor attractions.  We could not get the TV remote to work properly (perhaps new batteries needed). Could not get BBC channels. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the cooker/microwave. There was no spare key at the property . 

The location was very central apart from the trek to pick up the key and take it back again, (really!). The car parking is some distance away, difficult when you have heavy bags.  Double Sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Not really suited for an adult.  Spare key was missing though it was supposed to be hanging up. Difficult when son wanted to go out later in the evening . 

Pleasant, central location. Would suit 2 much better then our group of 3.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, gute Aufteilung und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen, dazu tolle Pubs und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.  Einziger Kritikpunkt: der umständliche Check-in bzw. Check-out-Prozess. Kostet unnötig Zeit - hier besteht definitiv Luft nach oben.  Ansonsten war das gesamte Team sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer fix geantwortet. Sofern die Situation rund um die Schlüsselübergabe vereinfacht wird, komme ich gerne wieder!

Property was clean and in a good location. Building was quiet and not too noisy.  The keys had to be collected from a shop 10 minutes away. We were sent two different addresses so we ended up having to walk to both to collect the keys which took a large amount of time.  Once we received the keys, they had the number 104 on them even though there was no room with that number. We were sent a text with “4.40” and had to figure out that somehow meant room 40 when the keys had 104 written on them. We were never sent a message saying the room number was 40 so wasted more time when int he building trying to figure out the room number.  When returning the keys we had to walk 10 minutes again to a different location and put them in a letterbox. We did this and received multiple phone calls and messages asking us why the keys weren’t returned when they had been returned and they just hadn’t checked. 

Great location, check in and out incredibly tedious.

Excellent service by the host team. Strategic location with nearby grocery shops and dining options available.  None.

Perfect for me and what I needed

Accommodation comfortable and well appointed  Before we would be given property address we had to pay non refundable “breakage fee” of £20. The keys to the accommodation had to be collected and returned from a store 9 minutes away . Very inconvenient .

The Appartment was excellent clean and bright and comfy everything was spotless don’t know what the heating was like as it was warm when we were there plenty of plates cups bowls and cutlery tea coffee sugar no decaf would have been nice and maybe some milk biscuits to have a wee cuppa on arrival plenty of towels and an iron and board we enjoyed our stay .  There was a portable fan in Appartment but it didn’t work the Appartment was very warm at night this would have been nice to switch on I did contact the owner but they said it wasn’t part of the facilities but these wee touches mean a lot also the sofa bed could be a more comfy . 

Would stay again and would recommend to friends also very central but also away from the noise .

The property was in a great location. Close to city center. It had everything needed to make it feel like home. Quite spacious for our toddler who was very happy. The staff was lovely and easy to communicate with.  The dishes in the kitchen were not very clean especially the mugs but the apartment had all the cleaning products necessary so it's not an issue if you don't mind cleaning yourself.

Era spazioso e luminoso  Il divano letto non era stato già preparato come letto e lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Il copripiumino era sporco. L'affaccio era terribile sopra un piazzale con rifiuti. Per ricevere le chiavi dell'appartamento bisogna recarsi a un negozio a 10 minuti dal soggiorno dove ritirarle. 

Great apartment located in the centre of the city. Walkable commute to local restaurants, bars, and shops. Apartment had all the necessary amenities and the host is very responsive.

Great location (walking distance to Concert Square and Lime Street train station), lovely apartment, everything you need. Easy to pick up keys on arrival and drop off on departure. Not a bad word to say.  

Collecting key no issue  But returning keys was not acceptable. Very rude shop keeper to a disabled customer was not nice and wouldn’t help and told not his problem. Couldn’t get hold of host so bought keys home then posted next day delivery tracked which cost me money  Place smelled badly of  1 of weed  2. Dead flowers left in living room

We stayed in Katy & Joe’s lovely apartment for city  break, We found the apartment as described, very comfortable and within walking distance of all the amenities, We had a couple of issues with the electrics and the shower screen, but this was all taken care of very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this apartment again.

Had lovely time in a nice area of city,which was close to shopping as well! Only complaint was that electricity kept tripping after using kettle,sorted on board in wardrobe eventually!Aparg from that had great time over the weekend

Location was ideal, quiet area but very close to main area.  Instructions prior to arrival were very detailed making the collection of keys, directions to apartment and entry very easy. The property manual had all of the information needed and more. Great facilities available with supermarket nearby. Apartment very comfortable.   I would highly recommend staying here.  NA 

Highly Recommend Superb Apartment Great Location

Good location, responsive, and everything around you in the city center.

The home was cosy and so lovely. We were in Liverpool for two days and it suited all of our needs - very close to the city centre and everything was walkable. Their communication was top notch and instructions were super clear - thanks a bunch for hosting us!

The apartment was nice. It was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The floor could have been slightly more clean. The neighbourhood and view from the apartment are maybe not the nicest but it only takes a few steps to get to the city centre with nice restaurants and sights like the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. The communication was really good and professional. Charlie was extraordinarily reactive and friendly. There are several documents that contain very clear and helpful instructions for the check-in / check-out and the apartment itself, etc.

Had a great time in Liverpool and this apartment was excellent, clean, safe and great location for travelling around Liverpool would highly recommend it

This flat is in a great location - close to shops, restaurants, the train station and within walking distance of several attractions. It is tidy and comfortable, and is ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. Our only advice is to ensure the boiler is on - if not, turn it on upon arrival. It took a day before we got hot water (we assume it had been off for a long time). Other than that, it's a great place to stay, and we'd happily stay there again as it enhanced our experience of Liverpool.

This place was very nice to stay in, walking distance of the city centre and close to shops etc. The only fault I would say is that it was stated the sofa turned into a bed, which it did not.

The apartment was lovely and just what we needed. It was lovely, clean and the location was amazing for everything with just 10 min walk or less to everything you need. Would reccomend and would stay here again!

Highly recommended location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loads of good food and drink options nearby but the apartment was quiet for a good night's sleep. Walkable to Royal Albert docks too. We parked 5 minutes away at Park Bee multistorey which felt like a safe secure and affordable place to leave the car during our stay.

Everything was great, we loved the place and the location. The department was a little bit cold but a part of that, we can say that is a great place to stay.  Thank you guys.

Everything was amazing the only issue we had was after hours of travelling to see the check in details with picking up a key at a supermarket 10 mins away from the apartment after arriving and we just wanted to get settled in.

Thanks for hosting, I had a great time, enjoyed the apartment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Liverpool!
