The Space
Sanderson Road is a family-friendly accommodation boasting a living room, kitchen diner, two bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

Upon entering the apartment, you'll find the family bathroom in the first door on your right. Fitted with a free standing bathtub, a separate shower cubicle, and a WC, the bathroom is sparkling clean with white interiors.

The next room is the open-plan kitchen diner. It includes a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The minimalist style exudes a refreshing vibe - just perfect for enjoying a good cup of tea or a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine.

You will also have access to a shared backyard from the kitchen back door.

If you walk along the hallway on your right from the main entrance, you will be headed to the master bedroom with a king-size bed. Beautifully designed with white interiors and an added touch of rust-coloured feature walls, bed throw, and art decor.

The living room is right beside the master bedroom. Fitted with a sofa and a white accent chair along with a Smart TV with access to Freeview and terrestrial channels. The green feature wall adds to the elegant look of the room, along with the stunning views of houses and trees from the neighbourhood.

The second bedroom is accessible from here. It features a double bed and a desk that can be utilised for work or studies or simply as a vanity table.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Sanderson Road is nestled in a lovely neighbourhood of beautiful townhouses. Perfectly located and just a stone's throw away from Acorn Road and Osborne Road, you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, bars and pubs, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

Newcastle City Centre is just 15 minutes drive away. Here you'll find top cocktail bars, clubs and entertainment venues all within easy walk from each other. Enjoy laidback cocktails, live music, local pubs and energetic clubs. If you’re looking to dine out, you’ll be in your element. With high-end restaurants, trendy bars and street food, there is plenty for you to try.

Those looking for some retail therapy have lots to choose from. Explore Eldon Square – this giant indoor shopping centre is home to huge department stores, high street favourites and an impressive food court. You don’t want to miss Fenwick Newcastle too!
