The Space
Mollymac, Ground Floor benefits from a spacious living room. Perfect for relaxing and socialising with your loved ones, this space is both comfortable and homely. The living area features two sofas and soft cushions. The perfect place to retreat to after a busy day at the beach, you can turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows.

Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen boasts high quality appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. Ultra sleek, the kitchen has smooth grey, wooden cabinets.

Towards the rear of the space, you’ll find the dining area which includes a round table and a cushioned bench to create a relaxing place to enjoy home-cooked meals.

Mollymac, Ground Floor benefits from two beautifully styled bedrooms. Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a super-king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a king and offers a comfortable place to rest your head. Every care has been taken to ensure you have a good night’s sleep at Mollymac, Ground Floor as both bedrooms boast plush bedding and premium bed linens.

Head to the second bedroom ensuite bathroom and you’ll find a modern space. A bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin complete the room.

Neighborhood
Mollymac, Ground Floor is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.

Located in the heart of the town, the apartment is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Mollymac, Ground Floor is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.

Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!

Getting Around
Mollymac, Ground Floor is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, , Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.

The nearest airport is Teesside International, 25 miles away from Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
