A fabulous location with private parking included. Although on the third floor, the lift was an added bonus and easy to access. The apartment is spacious and light with modern furniture and features. Two bathrooms including a powerful shower in the en-suite and a bath with constant hot water were appreciated after long walks. The kitchen appliances were great but could do with more saucepans if you are planning on eating in. (We could only find one small one). It is a quiet apartment and the owners were very friendly and communicative throughout our stay.

It was a great flat with a great location, directly opposite St Martin's church decorated by famous pre Raphaelite artists. Very quiet. Very easy to walk to town and 2 minutes to the best view of the South bay beach and spa. There are many steps or flat slopes down to the beach and spa but you are also very close to the cliff side tram/cable car if mobility is an issue.

Couldn’t get the heating to work but not too cold anyway but heading for autumn so needs to be sorted.

The accommodation is in a quiet location and is in walking distance of the seafront. Car parking on site is very convenient. Comfortable but disappointing Whilst the apartment was in a generally good condition we have the following observations: 1. There are several key boxes in located behind the bin store - not one as shown in the guide - this is a bit confusing upon arrival, and a bit of a lottery, especially when access arrangements to the property are incorrect as set out in the guide. - The key box has a combination style lock, not buttons. - There is no ‘…dial at the top to the right to open the box..’ it is a pull down button. - Access to the main door and apartment is by key not by pass code as set out. 2. The apartment was not cleaned very well, when we arrived there were ‘ crumbs’ over the sofas, the bedside lamp was full of dust, the bed has clearly not been cleaned underneath for some while and a couple of ‘items’ were still visible. 3. The duvet cover was flimsy and had a hole in it. 4. The en-suite shower is old and difficult to turn on and off and needs attention. 5. The extract fans in both toilets do not work. They are operated by external switches but turning them on made no difference. 6. The en-suite toilet broke on the first day, this was reported and fixed during our stay.

The Apartment was great the location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and town centre. I didn't realise you had to pay damage fee before you was allowed to process your holiday, it does say on the advertisement if you read everything so that was probably my mistake but we should be allowed to have a refund if nothing was damaged but unfortunately that's not the case.

The property is spacious with high ceilings, loved the bedroom and the property is situated in a nice location couple of minute’s walk from the Italian gardens Nothing

Fantastic stay at Easby Hall. Ideal location just a few minutes walk from the beach. The Apartment was spotless and just as decribed. Plenty of space, great natural light and every amenity you could want. Great value for money

Great apartment about 10 - 15 minute walk from the town. Parking space was very useful and there is a lift in the building.

15 easby hall was spacious, clean and very welcoming. Host and stay staff were extremely helpful. There was nothing negative about our stay.

I was made to feel very comfortable considering I had a major operation, I wanted for nothing, it’s the Welcome Pack I’ve ever had, full of quality products the only downside was the lift was broken and left me feeling very vulnerable, however the caretaker said he would in the event of fire, make sure I was able to get downstairs from the top floor, the flat had everything I needed thank you

Location just a 10 to 15 walk from town centre and beach. Ramshill just a 5mins walk away with a sainsbury's fish and chip shop and other takeaways .parking was an added bonus .apartments very quiet and clean More space to hang clothes and more drawers to put clothes in.

Excellent location

Free wifi, cleanliness, facilities, location was ideal with plenty of shops nearby. Modern vibes with the decoration of the place, easy access to the place and free parking.

Location near every thing Nothing

The apartment was really spacious for the 2 of us home from home clean throughout Nothing everything was spot on

Really loved the location and the check-in process was really easy. However, the booking for this company is overzealous and requires an extra £250 deposit (+£10 non refundable fee) which was frustrating considering airbnb covers all this. Additionally and considering this is a business and not someone's place the flat wasn't clean enough (quite a lot of dust and loads of mess under the sofas). Besides this, we had a pleasant stay.

It is conveniently located with car parking space. The lift is a bonus for us too.

Free private parking was great, the area was good, the apartment was clean. The staff were not very friendly Lack of towels, 1 per person on a 4 night stay, 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is well equipped, well furnished in a quite location not far from the South Beach with plenty of restaurants, pubs & cafes in walking distance. We were primary there to see Pulp at the Open Air Theatre but spent time walking around the South & North Beaches (our preferred) & also spent an enjoyable morning at the Castle. We would recommend the apartment. The noisy seagulls.

Size of apartment was superb Location from Centre Bloody Seagulls - everywhere Seagull mess everywhere for that reason i would not revisit Scarborough

A spacious and clean apartment. Great having the bedroom upstairs and great it has 2 bathrooms. Having a parking space on site is a big bonus. We loved this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment for the 2 of us and in such a great location.

The location was excellent and had everything you needed in the flat. The company host and stay bombard you with numerous emails and texts from the moment of booking right through to after you leave. They send you repeated info which makes it hard to pick out the important info like how to get your keys! The wifi info they sent me and on the notice in the flat was incorrect so I had to find my own info to get into the wifi wasting a lot of time.

Good position, 2 minutes walking to seaside. Nice room and view. Don't bath there, you can run out of hot warer easily. Then you need to wait for long time for a shower.

Very nice and spacious apartment the only thing we found was the mattress was hard compared to our own but that is a personal choice

This is a delightful apartment,beautifully presented. It is even better than the photographs. It was quiet (except for the seagulls!) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good value for money. I would stay there again. Roger Kirkwood

De locatie ligt gunstig, dichtbij het strand en het stadje. Gezellige inrichting. Te weinig borden, bestek en wat keukenaccessoires misten. Na te hebben geboekt, niet annuleerbaar, kwamen ze pas met óf een verzekering nemen voor eventuele schade óf 500 pond borg storten (die pas 2 weken na vertrek zou worden teruggestort) plus sowieso 25 pond administratiekosten zodat je verplicht wordt de verzekering te nemen. Schandalig! Ook kregen we iedere dag mail vóór en tijdens het verblijf… We zijn op vakantie, niet op kantoor!

The accommodation is amazing it’s like home from home the attention to detail is great it’s cosy, comfortable and has everything you need. Check in is very late in comparison to other places and had I had known this I probably wouldn’t have booked as we were going out to a wedding reception and had no where to get ready we had to go then come back at which point my battery had run out on my phone couldn’t access the details had to sit in car waiting for some charge it was dark couldn’t find the key safe and it was quite stressful.

The apartment is on the top 3rd floor so it was great that there was a lift. Bit tricky and cumbersome carrying heavy suitcases into the building as there are steps up to the entrance and 2 doors to get through that are close to each other but this is nothing really. The apartment was very clean and spacious but having the light switches on the hinged side of the doors took some getting used to! The wifi worked well and so did the appliances in the kitchen.

Have stayed I’m multiple Host & Stay properties, one of which was another apartment in this building, and they have always been clean and well represented. This place was well kept and the host was responsive and happy to help. Would recommend!
