The Space
36 Waterside Place has been furnished to the highest standard. With premium furnishings and beautiful finishes, you can expect a truly luxurious stay.

Head to the living area and you’ll find a comfortable space with a grey fabric sofa and coffee table. Turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows on Freeview or streaming apps or spend quality time with your loved one.

This space is also great for eating together during your stay as there is a table for two, while the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, and it has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. The grey cabinets are super stylish and in keeping with the rest of the decor in the property. You can also make use of the Nespresso coffee machine as complimentary capsules are provided for both guests.

36 Waterside Place boasts one spacious bedroom. With a comfy double bed, premium bed linens and plush bedding; the perfect recipe for a restful night's sleep.

Love the modern finishes in the property and the view of the river at the back. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi , stopped working and I could not find the designated parking for our unit ( but I didn’t need it because there was ample visitors parking space provided at the property)

Overall a good stay. Not really anything to moan about but a few things to suggest to improve on/I was a little disappointed about. Everything was clean and well presented. Easy to access the flat. Parking was a struggle, we drove round 3 times looking for parking space 36, wasn’t till we were in the building we realised there was a completely different lay out with numbers and it was actually space 177!Would be great for this to be clearer! There was no soap in the bathroom - the dispenser was empty. We were given half a toilet roll for a 3 night stay which I thought was a bit strange. Would have been nice for the sheets to be ironed - they were really crumpled. Teeny tiny towels. Need some non slip stickers or a bath mat as I slipped getting out. Mop bucket in the corner of the bathroom was odd. We couldn’t get the heating to work and it was FREEZING. Need more instructions on how to work it! A good stay but these things defo could improve someone else’s stay.

Great location, easy walk into the town centre and steps from the supermarket (Tesco). Plenty of parking onsite (designated spot for our unit), and the pleasant sound of the weir in the background. It was a great home base for us.

The property was conveniently close to Musgrove Hospital. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. It felt very new. The property had no signage to say it was Waterside Apartments on arrival, therefore we weren’t sure we were in the right place until we spoke to the security guard in the opposite building. Maybe a few extra dishes and utensils would be an idea as we were unable to prepare anything other than takeaway. Parking also seems to be a free for all.

The place was ok, it was off to a bad start which the place was hard to find. Which I would say it’s more like offices than flats in looks. The place was clean but thought it would be cleaner due to the high cleaning fee and surprised when we got asked to tidy up before we go. Having to pay a minimum £10 before you enter for any damages is slightly ridiculous. Also they can’t accommodate for an hour earlier check in or hour later check out which if you are there 1 night I would say not worth it. I’m used to other bnb’s hosted by owners that welcome you and make you feel comfortable instead of a straight up business.

Building had signage referring to Tangier Central. Need for something to indicate that it is also referred to as Waterside. Plenty of car parking spaces but space for apartment 36 no longer labelled as such. Outside area at car park untidy unlike the apartment which is immaculate. Bathroom would benefit from mirror over sink and a grab rail for stepping out of bath which is used as a shower. A plug for the bath would also be helpful. Elsewhere a dustpan and brush would be handy.

Free parking. Quiet and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Good automatic night light in the hallway. No bath plug. Insufficient and poor quality towels. Difficult to find with the instructions provided. No mirror above the bathroom washbasin. Smelly mop in the bathroom.

Lovely and clean, high standard accommodation with everything and more you’d need for a relaxing stay. Very quiet and peaceful, only hearing the water in the river nearby.

The apartment is very nice and clean, recently renovated with everything new inside, very comfortable bed with a wonderful view of the river and the park behind the apartment, the Host & stay company are very nice and helpful letting me check in early, the apartment is next to a very large Tesco supermarket where you can find everything and to go to the center you just need to walk for 10 minutes, I recommend it to everyone with your eyes closed, I will be back soon. Nothing.
