The apartment is located on the most iconic and historic street in Whitby so you'll find a flurry of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

The Space
Located on the third of Hudsons Yard House, The View has a mixed colour palette of greys, navy and pale rose. This space creates a peaceful retreat away from the bustling streets of Whitby.

The L-shape kitchen and dining area is the main communal space in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen frames the room and includes everything you would need for your staycation. All the basics are in place; gas hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. You will then find those little extras such as a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The dining area sits proudly in the corner of the kitchen and dining space. Featuring four grey suede style bucket chairs and a solid marble top dining table. Ahead of you are the bi-fold doors with amazing views of the harbour and the south east side of the town. Push them all the way back to enjoy the fresh sea air and dine while the sunshine floods in.

In the middle of the hallway you will find the bathroom which includes a WC, basin and large walk in shower. The walls are tiled floor to ceiling with large grey tiles and the room is finished off with a wood effect floor.

Just along the hallway you will find the first of the two bedrooms. This bedroom features dark furnishings and a kingsize bed. The deep blue, upholstered Chelsea style bed adds elegance to this room and is dressed with finely pleated deep teal cushions. The bedside glass top table and double headed table lamp sit neatly alongside the bed.
With a wall hung clothes rail and shelf and a narrow console unit there is plenty space to store your personal belongings.
At the end of the bed you will find a two seater deep blue seat which faces a 33” flat screen tv, giving you a space to sit back and relax in the comfort of your own bedroom.

The second bedroom is located at the far end of the hallway. This is the master room of the apartment featuring a luxurious collection of fabrics and furnishings, created with lazy days in mind. With a beige upholstered super king bed this is a luxury to enjoy at any time of the day. Sitting alongside a three seater sofa in a soft pink suede fabric you have plenty of space to get cosy and watch the latest drama series on the wall mounted, flat screen tv or get everyone together for movie night. The bedside tables feature deep mango wood drawers standing tall on metal legs and the clothes rail is tucked away in the corner alcove of the room.

If you are looking for a break away where you want to enjoy the inside as much as the outside, The View should be on your list.
