Modern decor. Bright. Good facilities. Staff very responsive to issues. Good location.
There were issues with the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival but we were compensated by the management who were very responsive. Also the skylight blinds are hard to close so very bright early morning.

The location was excellent. The milk in the fridge in arrival was also a nice touch. It’s a nice looking flat and is tastefully decorated
The property was advertised as having satellite or cable tv which it didn’t have. It was also listed as having sea views which were only visible by hanging half out the window. The mattress in on bedroom was very soft and felt like it would benefit from being replaced. There were just other really small bits of maintenance needed like loose taps and toilet roll holders in the bathroom

56 steps to the apartment were a little too exhausting after the walks and steps beforehand.

Corners cut with accommodation - not a fully equipped kitchen, bits and bobs broken.

The flat's in a great location with lovely airy rooms and it had a nice big, comfortable bed and good chill out area in the sitting rom and a lot of cooking space. Easy to find from the great directions and info email
Top floor so a long way up to carry luggage (fine for us) and there were a few (easily resolvable) cleaning issues

Great little place in Saltburn, just spent the week here. Great location, right near the seafront. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There are some great walks in and around Saltburn, some like the Valley gardens you wouldn't know are there.
Ideal base for discovering the attractions in the surrounding area.

Cleaning team had forgotten to vacuum and mop. But everything else was exceptional and this was fed back to the team and they responded.

Great flat! Very modern and well appointed with a perfect location to explore the lovely beach and town of Saltburn. We had such a great stay with our two small children!! Would highly recommend this property!

Liked the lighting throughout the apartment and how central it was.
The plug in the bath didn't work and the water kept draining away. Needed a part that unfortunately didn't arrive whilst we were there.

Stairs to 4th floor, our fault though we should have realised 'loft would be the top floor. Also the bath drained even when the plug was in so no chance of a relaxing soak.

Clean, tidy, staff were helpful when I had a question.
It had everything I needed ie pots, pans, towels, tea coffee and milk.
It is hard work getting to the forth floor.
The cost of accommodation is very high.

You need to be quite fit to stay here as apartment on the top floor of the building. Lots of steps. Good exercise.

There were lots of utilities included, and the apartment was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The bath was incredible!

Quick to reply with queries etc but we had no problems, if you don’t mind the flight of stairs then it’s brilliant. Right on the sea front and a minute walk from bars and restaurants, we provided our own food for breakfast and drinks but there we’re plenty of storage for it.
We will definitely be returning to this apartment and to Saltburn! ??

Close to the beach and centre for eating out. Place was clean, and beds comfy enough.

The locks. The combination given did not work, so wasted half a day getting that sorted. Staff were pretty good at trying to fix the issue promptly. The initial lock to access the building could be opened with my own key.

No decent knife for coming vegetables etc.
The blackout blinds looked broken and were difficult to use.
More suited to a couple not a family of 4 as living area felt a bit cramped.

Smack bang in the centre with plenty around and the beach just down the steps, perfect. Great little bars and restaurants all a very short walk away.
The bed/mattress sloped to the edge of the bed slightly, and it was very top floor so great that they accepted dogs, but a long way to pop out for a wee for them

Great location just 2 mins from the sea. Lovely light and airy apartment which is simply but stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. Really pleasant and helpful Stay Yorkshire staff. Free on street parking spaces were plentiful.
A little surprised there was no complimentary hand wash / soap on arrival given the Covid-19 situation. Only half a toilet roll left and none spare to be found. No hoover or dust pan and brush to clear up any spillages but these things could be put down to re-starting after lockdown and really didn’t spoil our stay. The WiFi was problematic throughout our stay - despite (Stay Yorkshire’s) Ben’s best efforts to get us connected. Again not a big problem for us - we were there for the sea and the beach and were very lucky with the weather. All in all had a fab time :-). Thank you!

The location of this flat is absolutely perfect for a weekend coastal beach stay. Literally a 5 minute walk down to the beach but a 1 minute walk to the cliffside view of the ocean. It is a loft so it had sky lights which were so nice for lighting and looking up at the sky. The place is very up to date with appliances so it was easy to cook in and stay in for the night. For people who aren't good with stairs it is a good walk up flights of stairs just be aware. Communication and check in were good. They were not as prepared with amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) as they could have been but once communicated with them they accommodated us since it was 4 of us staying here. But overall good stay and would recommend. Enough space for 4 people!

Very stylish little apartment, easy access to the beach and short drive from the towns nearby. Manual left for guests was a nice touch with some local restaurant menus and instruction manuals. Little carton of milk left for us in the fridge which was a nice touch.
We didn’t know the bathroom radiator was scalding hot (metal) and my 5 year old had touched it burning herself a little. It took us a while to figure out which way to turn the knobs for it to cool down. Little bit of dust on the table and lamp in one of the bedrooms but nothing to be concerned over.

The Apartment was light and airy . We were impressed with the modern finish and technology .
Although we obviously knew the Apartment was in the Loft unless you are quite fit it was abit tiring going up and down (especially with our bags). Bath not that easy to get into if you have mobility issues .

There was tea, coffee pods and milk in the apartment for us - which was a nice touch.
The bed in the main bedroom was next to the window and it was really draughty and made the room quite cold.
The plug didn’t quite fit the bath, which was a shame because the bath was lovely!

This was a lovely loft apartment in a great location, the flat is modern and very well equipped and we had a lovely two days here. The facilities are excellent there is everything you could want, even tea and coffee and dishwashing stuff which sometimes you dont get at all, and is so nice when you are only in somewhere for a few days and to not have to go and buy all the little necessaries is quite a relief and most welcome.
The only negative for this flat is there are 6 flights of stairs - BUT it is a LOFT apartment so you should know that when you book, it was fine for us as we dont mind the exercise but not sure about familes with young children and prams etc or older people with mobility issues. But for everyone else getting walking up the stairs and keep fit, its well worth it at the top when you get there.

Lovely and clean ... coffee machine ? beds comfy ... no scrimping on decor or furniture ... modern and lovely. Smoke alarms fitted. Really lovely would recommend. Owners have tried very hard and you can tell.

It was extremely well decorated clean and had everything you would need and more. I was very impressed and it was quite spacious for an attic apartment.

Nice light and bright apartment. Well equipped for our stay. Walking up the stairs kept us fit. Saltburn is a great little seaside town and we would definitely stay in the Loft again. Great position for the beach and local restaurants
As it’s in the loft it was really hot. A clothes airer would be a great addition to hang beach towels and clothes etc

Everything, close to the beach, pub outside, seafront was great,flat was gorgeous,food festival was great and the people round Saltburn were very friendly.

Great location and stylish place. The decor is very cool with a beach vibe, perfect for the location. It’s very close to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops in the town. The place is very well equipped and was nice and tidy upon arrival. We would be happy to stay there again - thanks for another fabulous property Stay NY!

Beautifully present and very comfortable apartment. Although the 4 flights of stairs were a challenge,getting our luggage up and down.
Comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Just need to be aware it’s over a bath and a large step out, so need to be very careful.
Fabulous to also have an easy to use washing machine, although no detergent provided, I always worry about type to use in machines that aren’t mine.
Was able to cook a couple meals fairly easily, peeler, small sharp knife and colander could be added.
Very close to beach and shops.
Nice relaxing place to stay whilst visiting surrounding area.
Other than suggestions above can’t say there was anything wrong with property at all we really enjoyed our stay.
