Amazing property and great value considering the number of bedroom. Facilities, decor and service were all top notch. It was a 5 minute walk to town or the beach in a lovely location. Will definitely be back.
This is a relatively new Airbnb. The owner has spent a huge amount of time and effort in the decor and set up to ensure a lovely stay. Location is perfect, great to have so many rooms with ensuites and the communication with host & stay that are managing the property on behalf of the owner is really fast. We had an amazing family holiday & I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this place to anyone looking to stay in Whitby
We abated a weekend at Sunnyvale the place has been recently renovated to very high standards. The rooms were very spacious and new beds and bedding everywhere! The kitchen is fantastic large and everything you would need. Even sharp knives (the set is brand new). ? We are already looking forward to staying again. Maybe for longer next time. Would definitely recommend!
Sunnyvale house was a beautiful house , it is clean and comfortable.
the door to the bedroom on the first floor wouldn’t open from the inside
We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely house. Everything is perfect, good location and have got all facilities for our staying. House is very clean and spacious. Definitely will come back again for our next holiday here.
We visited Whitby for 3 nights and 4 days as a family holiday. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. 5 minute walk from the seaside. Lots of lovely walks in and around Whitby. The host and stay team were fantastic. Great communication and they really have thought of everything you could need. The house has been furnished and decorated beautifully. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Couldn’t have asked for more! We would love to stay here again.
PS: If you have more than one car and are taking many day trips / need your car easily I would recommend asking the host for another permit which was not expensive! Otherwise I left mine on a nearby street <10min walk away and it was fine ?
We spent a long weekend in this house and it was amazing. The beds and linen are of a very high standard so expect a good night’s sleep!! I found very little noise on the street especially at night which was good. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of and more! Very clean and the hosts have done a fabulous job with the decor. The location is spot on only a few minutes walk into town and the beach. Perfect ?
Excellent location with easy access to Whitby's new side and only a short walk to the old town, steps and Abbey. The house has a great layout for larger groups with nicely sized communal areas and spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds and nicely decorated, spotless rooms. 5 stars all round.
If you are looking for a large spacious house this has it all. Well appointed throughout with large bedrooms and plenty of seating in the dining room and lounge. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Excellent location, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
