Lovely stay. Thank you!

Very good

It was spacious, comfortable and was at a good location.

Didn’t get the correct key code until I phoned for help
Didn’t know the password for the WiFi was under the router until I searched
The House was lovely and convenient for Durham Day but we only slept in it and for that, it was very expensive.

Very good

Nice and warm when we arrived, easy to collect keys. Very comfortable stay.
We only tried to use the dishwasher on the last night of our stay and in the morning realised it hadn't worked and we couldn't get it too, so end up having to wash up everything in a hurry which wasn't ideal. There were no instructions for the dishwasher, boiler etc and these might have been helpful in the circumstances. Also no soap in the bathroom, but we found some liquid soap in the kitchen we could use. But overall good accommodation.

Brilliant location, lovely house. Highly recommend!

The location is very closed to the city centre (a 15 minutes walk only, half of it along the river side), which makes sightseeing very convenient. The house itself is very comfy, with very soft beds and a very practical kitchen. Contacts with the renting agency was only through email (the stay was during the holiday season) but all the details were send in due time and were very clear. The key system is extremely simple, yet super safe, which made the arrival and departure very smooth.

A clean pleasant place 20-minute walking distance to the town center. Our hosts were professional, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Nicely located - only a short (15-20 mins) walk to the city centre. Comfy, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. A very good alternative to a hotel room with plenty of space. Hosts very communicative and informative, which is appreciative.
Not much really. The conservatory was quite cold so we didn't use it, but our visit was in November on a cold weekend and we had plenty of room elsewhere in the cottage.

Great stay. Looks newly renovated (Oct '21). 10 min walk into Durham. We'll be back.

Ideal location for exploring Durham, town centre easy walk.

We stayed at this lovely house for 17 nights! Our family of four found every aspect of this charming house perfect for us. The ‘warm’ fully equipped kitchen, the separate cosy lounge as well as the conservatory and the outdoor area made this house feel like a home away from home. Walking distance to Durham University via a shortcut over the river also made it easily accessible to the city center. We will certainly be back!!

Excellent - we loved our stay at the Pink House. It’s all as per the pictures and even better once you’re there. We enjoyed the cosiness and the location and the conservatory was a wonderful spot to relax with a cuppa. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Lovely cottage! Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The conservatory and garden give an added sense of space.

Looked beautiful from the outside and so was the inside.
Great location - 10 minutes walk downhill into Durham.
Comfortable and immaculately clean
Well equipped kitchen with everything we jeeded
