We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for three categories at the British Travel Awards. The awards recognise the services provided by travel and holiday companies, both nationally and internationally. 

After the last two years of challenges and disruptions to travel and holiday destinations as a result of the pandemic, we are so pleased to have been recognised for the work we do – providing our customers and owners with the best possible holiday experience. 

We are on a mission to make the UK one of the most popular, guest-centric holiday destinations in the world, and we’ve always aimed to raise the standard that both homeowners and holiday-goers can expect from a holiday rental management company. 

When we launched in 2018, and with the popularity of staycations growing, we knew there was a need for a holiday lettings company that would revolutionise the holiday letting market.

With the industry getting increasingly competitive, we knew it was time for a more innovative approach. That’s why, at Host & Stay, we are proud to do things differently for guests. Unlike other holiday lettings agencies, Host & Stay guests can choose how long they stay for, and when. By throwing out the industry standards of set changeover days and minimum night stays, we aim to give customers an experience unlike any other. 

Host & Stay is the only true full-service holiday home management company that focuses on delivering a complete end-to-end service via an in-house team, but not at the expense of holiday home owners paying high management fees and seeing very little, if any, return on their investments.

Through our end-to-end approach, we help holiday home owners to maximise their income and returns, while reducing their fees and the drain on their time. All while giving our guests a fantastic experience staying with us. 

We also provide flexibility for both owners and guests in an industry that is very dated and set in its ways, with the majority of our competitors only offering classic weekend or week-long breaks. In another example of our innovative approach, we allow guests to book from one night to 28 days and check-in (and out) on any day of the week. This is in contrast to the majority of our competitors, which still implement set changeover days.

We are passionate about our local area and are committed to improving North East-based job prospects and employment. While doing this, we are also driving tourism in the North East region, bringing in visitors from across the UK and beyond to stay in local villages, visit local attractions and spend in local shops. 

Ultimately, by winning these awards we can continue to provide amazing places to stay through our high-quality accommodation offering, as well as better communities for people to live in, through the economic benefits that Host & Stay can bring; and better places, environments and businesses for people to work in.
