What is a Host & Stay license?
The Host & Stay license structure allows entrepreneurs to utilise the intellectual property of the brand and its trademark to enhance their business in an exclusive territory as a full-service short stay lettings company whilst retaining the freedom of operating their business independently.
No upfront fees, the Licensees pay a monthly fee to be part of the Host & Stay brand. And then a monthly management fee, this will vary and is calculated on the volume booking transaction numbers of your holiday letting business.
The Host & Stay License Partnership is a unique relationship between our team and your independent property business, which allows you to deliver clear points of differentiation to both holidaymakers and your property management clients, our license allows you the freedom to grow your operation. At the same time working with property owners and investors allows you to focus on building a successful rental portfolio, with recurring rental income that is effortlessly managed by both you and us.
You know the value of diversification and adding revenue streams, but not everyone has the time or expertise to build a short stay lettings property portfolio. Our solution gives you access to the knowledge, support and infrastructure needed to build a multiple income stream portfolio without having to do all of the work yourself.
