Our in-house team offer a holiday home housekeeping and cleaning service of the highest quality, where we take care of all housekeeping duties. We provide everything needed to help your holiday home or short let property stand out, including all bed linen, towels, toiletries, and consumables. All for one fixed cost.

 Linen & Laundry Service

Here at Host & Stay, we offer a 5 Star linen and laundry service. All linen is provided fully laundered with a standardised, exceptional level of quality, and all-white linen and towels deliver consistency in both look and feel. This helps maintain a high standard for your property which leads to better reviews and more guests.

Maintenance & Safety Checks

Our in-house maintenance experts provide reactive maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your guests. We also deliver proactive maintenance for property owners, where we address issues that we spot during property changeovers. This can include items or areas that need repainting and broken appliances that need fixing.

As standard, we offer property compliance checks to all of our owners. Within these checks, we’ll identify what is needed in your property to make sure it is fit for purpose as a holiday home in relation to guest health and safety. We’ll even help you carry out any necessary certifications or assessments.
