If you are looking to join Host & Stay as a homeowner, or are currently a Host & Stay homeowner, we will likely collect and hold your name, date of birth, contact details, bank account details, and information on your property to optimise your properties’ marketing through our sites.
If you are a supplier to Host & Stay, we will likely collect the minimum information required to fulfil our business agreement. This may include, name, business role, business contact details, and any other relevant information to ensure we deliver our contracted services.

Host & Stay Guests:

Host & Stay act as an agent between the guest and the property owner. We will therefore share only relevant personal data with the homeowner to book your holiday or answer any queries that you may have. In the event of a cancellation, we may also need to share this data to process a refund.
Should you provide supplementary requests or information as part of your enquiry or booking, Host & Stay may hold this data and/or share it with the property owner as part of your record. This includes any feedback that you may have regarding your booking.
If you have completed a booking or enquiry on behalf of other people, this privacy policy applies to all personal data provided. It is your responsibility to share this policy with other party members to ensure they are aware of how we use and process their personal data.
Host & Stay Homeowners:
As outlined in the policy above, we collect and store your personal data to deliver the agreed service, including marketing and letting your property.
This collection of your personal data allows Host & Stay to contact you about potential or confirmed bookings at your property as well as marketing communications. Marketing communications will include any new offers or opportunities which could be of benefit to you. We do not believe that this storage and use will unduly prejudice your rights and freedoms.
Mailing List Subscribers:
As stated in the policy above, if you opt in to our mailing list, you will receive marketing communications from us. You may also receive marketing communications from us if you have entered a competition or registered for a promotion and provided us with the relevant details with your consent. An exception to this would be where there is an ongoing dispute which requires us to retain data to reach a resolution.

All transfers conducted through Stripe are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. RESICENTRAL
We use Resicentral smart property management platform to review, monitor and automate environmental control within our properties.
Using Resicentral’s platform, we will process your personal information as follows: identity data including your name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, contact data including your home address, and technical data collected using sensors in your property. This will include information about your occupancy of a room including temperature, noise and light levels. Resicentral® Air Quality Monitoring also identifies if you are being exposed to a variety of airborne pollutants such as CO2, gases and other particulates within the property that have the potential to cause serious health effects or exacerbate existing conditions. We rely on legitimate interest to carry out this processing.
