The holiday accommodation is set in open countryside, just two miles from the unspoilt coastal village of Fraisthorpe and its quiet sandy beach, near Bridlington on the East Yorkshire Coast in beautiful rural England. The holiday cottages have been carefully converted to a high standard from an old medieval barn, with great care taken to retain original features. Each cottage provides exceptionally comfortable accommodation, with en-suite bedrooms and antique pine furnishings throughout. Arranged around a large courtyard, every cottage has its own outdoor seating area, along with shared access to five acres of grounds including woodland and a large duck pond.

The Space

Mill House is a beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat that blends characterful charm with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a relaxed, self-catered stay, while the open living and dining area is set within a stunning stone-built room, creating a warm and atmospheric space. At its heart sits a gorgeous fireplace with a log burner, perfect for cosy nights in after a day of exploring. Step outside to the private terrace and yard, where outdoor furniture offers an inviting spot to enjoy the surrounding scenery and soak up the sunshine during the warmer months. With its mix of rustic features, thoughtful design and comfortable living spaces, Mill House is an ideal countryside escape at any time of year.

Neighbourhood

North Kingsfield Farm is perfectly placed for exploring the best of the Bridlington area. Just a short drive away, you can enjoy long walks and sandy days at Bridlington South and North Beaches, or take in the dramatic scenery and wildlife along the Flamborough Head and clifftop paths. For a relaxed day out, Sewerby Hall and Gardens offers beautiful grounds, coastal views and a café, while Bridlington Harbour is great for boat trips, seaside strolls and classic fish and chips. Getting Around

Public transport around North Kingsfield Farm is convenient for getting into Bridlington and exploring the surrounding area. Regular local bus services run between Bridlington town centre, nearby villages and the coastline, making it easy to reach the beaches, harbour and attractions without a car, while the popular coastal “Coaster” buses connect Bridlington with destinations such as Flamborough and Scarborough. Bridlington railway station is a short journey away and offers direct train services to Scarborough, Hull, Beverley and York, ideal for day trips further afield. While buses and trains are reliable for main routes, services can be less frequent in rural areas, so checking timetables in advance is recommended.
