





























The holiday accommodation is set in open countryside, just two miles from the unspoilt coastal village of Fraisthorpe and its quiet sandy beach, near Bridlington on the East Yorkshire Coast in beautiful rural England. The holiday cottages have been carefully converted to a high standard from an old medieval barn, with great care taken to retain original features. Each cottage provides exceptionally comfortable accommodation, with en-suite bedrooms and antique pine furnishings throughout. Arranged around a large courtyard, every cottage has its own outdoor seating area, along with shared access to five acres of grounds including woodland and a large duck pond.
The Grainary is perfect for couples and is a charming first-floor apartment accessed via the original external granary steps. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area featuring an electric wood-burning stove, dining space, and a beautifully hand-crafted farmhouse-style kitchen. The bedroom offers a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower over a spa bath - complete with whirlpool jets. Characterful beamed, sloping ceilings run throughout the property. At the foot of the steps, guests can enjoy a paved, enclosed seating area just outside The Grainary.
North Kingsfield Farm is perfectly placed for exploring the best of the Bridlington area. Just a short drive away, you can enjoy long walks and sandy days at Bridlington South and North Beaches, or take in the dramatic scenery and wildlife along the Flamborough Head and clifftop paths. For a relaxed day out, Sewerby Hall and Gardens offers beautiful grounds, coastal views and a café, while Bridlington Harbour is great for boat trips, seaside strolls and classic fish and chips. With a mix of coastline, countryside and traditional seaside attractions nearby, there’s something for everyone to enjoy during your stay.
Public transport around North Kingsfield Farm is convenient for getting into Bridlington and exploring the surrounding area. Regular local bus services run between Bridlington town centre, nearby villages and the coastline, making it easy to reach the beaches, harbour and attractions without a car, while the popular coastal “Coaster” buses connect Bridlington with destinations such as Flamborough and Scarborough. Bridlington railway station is a short journey away and offers direct train services to Scarborough, Hull, Beverley and York, ideal for day trips further afield. While buses and trains are reliable for main routes, services can be less frequent in rural areas, so checking timetables in advance is recommended.
