Absolute fantastic house, the open plan is amazing going with a group of us. Couldn’t fault the bedroom sizes either and were all very modern. Couldn’t fault the host as instructions were very clear. Would definitely return!!!! The only complaint was In the 3rd story bedroom, from the bottom of the bed -the right hand side springs had gone in the mattress.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Iburn house but the property really needs a deep clean. Carpets, and sofas badly stained, skirtings and walls badly marked. Shower heads need descaling. These things will definitely enhance the stay of future guests but it is a great space for a family in a quiet safe area and only a short drive to the coast.
