Brighton Laines House

We were there with 5 kids. There were plenty of space, we spent most of our time in the living area downstairs. Bedrooms were good size. kitchen well equipped and there were also washing machine and drier. Brighton station is veri close but downtownand seacoast was also in walking distance. For familelies like ours I can recommend the place to stay.

Such a brilliant house, perfect location (park at the train station not the closest car park it’s sooo much cheaper!). We kept thinking there must be a catch coming somewhere as the property was such excellent value for money but it was perfect ?

Great accommodation in Brighton for a group. Lovely living space with plenty of sofas for everyone and well equipped kitchen. Location is on a quiet street off the Lanes and short walk to the train station. We had a lovely weekend thank you.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at as a family! Everything about the place was as described and even better. Cleanliness was impeccable and location was perfect; a walkable distance to anywhere in the city really. The house is very well furnished and decorated and the heating was great as well. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they were quite friendly and accommodated our requests to their best ability. We’d definitely come back again. Thank you so much :)

Good location only minute from the stationand fairly quiet given minutes from lots of pubs restaurants etc. lots to do within walking distance house is clean and recently decorated. Outdoor patio looks good for summer. Nice to have kitchen , a dining table and lounge settees TV all in one area. Heating was on and it was nice and warm. But disappointed that coffee machine is a Nespresso Virtuo and only takes capsules and not pods which we bought and there were also pods in cupboard which couldn't use .

The house exceeded expectations. Beautifully maintained, everything felt very new and pristine. The rooms were all very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to settle in straight away. in the heart of the North Laines and 5 mins from the station the location was perfect. would highly recommend

Great location and had everything that we needed. There were a couple of things that needed attention in the property but the team were really quick to respond and sort out.

We had an amazing stay. It is often hard to find a nice place for 9 people and have all their needs met, but we were blown away by this place. Very cosy, amazing location, amazing soft beds and showers. Absolutely loved Brighton and if we ever return, we’ll stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Clean, tidy and well decorated property over three floors. Large lounge/diner had plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There is no parking outside, but we knew that before we booked. We used the station car park which is a short walk away We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house in a great location in the North Lanes of Brighton. Very responsive hosts, had a minor hitch with the room configuration, which was fixed on day 2 without hassle. House well presented, modern with everything needed for a great stay. Area is fabulous, loads to see and do, with cafe's, restaurants and shops all on the doorstep, and a short walk from the trains station.

We had a wonderful stay in Brighton and enjoyed the beautiful appartment very much. It was well equipped and very clean. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Also, the communication was great and we loved that there was baggage storage available after checkout! I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Fantastic Air B&B beautiful place. Very clean and modern and spacious. One slight minor issue very quickly resolved by Air Host by impeccable service. Would definitely recommend as everything was great.

Beautiful newly renovated home. A few little hiccups that were addressed right away, however We never did get the Nespresso machine to work. Walking distance to everything, top of the line kitchen, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Bring earplugs though, the seagulls squawk all night. Overall, a great stay that I would highly recommend

Spent a week in this lovely and spotless property with my family. All 10 of us absolutely loved our stay here. The lounge area is just lovely to hang out in and play games of watch a bit of tv together. We couldn’t be happier with the location, you have such great restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep, yet it’s on a quiet street. The house was so comfortable and everyone slept wonderfully once we got used to the seagulls. We had everything we needed in the house. Couldn’t recommend it higher. The host was swift to respond as well.

Very tidy property, was important for us had local shops and restaurants nearby. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen SkyTV, all good, very modern, would recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough!! This place was great. The host was quick in responding and extremely helpful. Would return in the future 100%.

We stayed over the May BH - there was ten of us, all family together in the house, it was perfect for us to all be together. The house has everything you need as a base but also a high-end stay if you have a set of standards this will meet them and more.

Great house - good large communal area and a great base for exploring Brighton. Everything was clean and tidy - so much so it looks new! No parking nearby, so we did a quick drop at the door and then parked the car up further afield for the weekend. Only two toilet/wash facilities between 10 people, but we were all out most of the time so wasn't an issue. Very responsive maintenance crew - came to fix a wobbly loo seat within a couple of hours - thank you

The house was absolutely perfect - pristine, great kitchen with high quality appliances, super comfortable beds, and lots of space. Jessica at Airhost For You was a brilliant communicator, extremely friendly and responsive. The location is perfect to access all Brighton has to offer. Would highly recommend.
