An amazing long weekend in beautiful Broadstairs. The location is outstanding. I especially loved the big spacious rooms. Finding a property that comfortably fits 10, with 3 bathrooms is rare. The kitchen is well equipped for what we needed (we made out lunched) I especially liked the big Fridge. The garden is also perfect for sitting out with everyone.<br/><br/>Nothing. Parking is annoying but that's what you get for a great location. However the guide sent by the host was so good offering great tips of where to park.

We had a great stay here, a really good sized house for our big group. Communication and check in were very easy and it is in a great location

Lovely spacious accommodation right in the middle of Broadstairs<br/><br/>The only down side was the car access to the house / car parking, but only a short walk to a car park.

Very well presented house, close to the beach with plenty of room for the family to sleep. We were two young families and a Grandma, everyone was very happy with their rooms and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen and eating area were nice, if a little small for the number of bedrooms. The utensils and pots and pans were a little lacking if you wanted to feed 8 people for dinner but luckily there are lots of nice restaurants and takeaway places near by. Heating and hot water was a bit of a pickle and the House Guide didn't give any details. I didn't want to contact the host about this and we worked it out in the end but clearer instructions would be useful. The extra cleaning costs and damages waiver came across as hiden costs which felt a little unfair but all in all we had a lovely stay.

The house is in a great location and the bedrooms are all a really good size. The living space isn’t huge and is probably a bit smaller than I had hoped for the number of bedrooms. The thing we were disappointed about was being asked to pay additional fees once we had booked the house and paid on Airbnb which was non refundable. This meant we had no choice but to pay the additional £25 fee which isn’t a lot but we had to do it on a different website and I like to know the full costs through Airbnb and not be made to pay additional fees before I’m allowed to enter the property.<br/>The house didn’t provide a lot of cleaning things like a sponge for washing up, one tea towel and it only had 3 dishwasher tablets which isn’t enough for a house that sleeps 10. <br/>Overall we had a really good stay and the house was how we expected.

Great location in Broadstairs. Big rooms, warm. No on-road parking but free parking on roads nearby. <br/>Noisy refuse collection x 2 on Thursday am at 0600.

When we booked this house it wasn’t with host and stay, so soon after booking we got given a scary damage waver deposit which wasn’t optional. This made it so that we couldn’t fully relax and enjoy our stay. There were things that were already damaged when we got there that made me worry we would get charged for it. The house is lovely but it’s fancy but not functional. We had nearly a full house (9 people total) but the kitchen had little counter space and trays that didn’t fit in the oven (and no tea-towel which was actually a struggle without). We ended up having to buy trays and kitchen roll and toilet paper. They ask for you to clean the place after but give you no means to do so, the cost of cleaning it high enough as it is. We did still have a lovely time but I’m not sure we would choose to stay here again. I would say we have had much more enjoyable experience when staying with people who live and use the house and not a company that makes the house feel more like a hotel.

A lovely spacious house and a very helpful host with any problems we had

The place was amazing, beautiful bedrooms and a great size kitchen. My family and I loved every minute of our stay. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach. We absolutely loved the house and location, we also can’t forget to give a big shout out to our host, They were absolutely brilliant. ????

The house is a good size and very comfortable with a nice outdoor space.<br/>All the communication from the hosts was very efficient in terms of info about the check in / parking etc and they seemed very proactive on that front. <br/>However, on talking to my partners parents who were staying in one of the rooms with an en suite it came to light on the second day that the temperature control on their shower was broken so the water was coming out way too hot for a comfortable shower. I contacted the hosts to let them know about the issue and heard nothing back until a generic message came a few hours later with check out details. Because the hosts had been so proactive previously I was a bit surprised by this and sent another message to ask if they'd seen my earlier message but again I got no reply.<br/>The shower issue wasn't the end of the world as there were other bathrooms but it's frustrating having booked a room with an ensuite and some acknowledgment and an apology would have been nice.

Wonderful big holiday home perfect for extended families

The house was perfect for 2 families and easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

We had a great time

Great house, really well located near everything Broadstairs has to offer. There were seven adults and two babies/toddlers in our party. The house was well equipped for this; they kindly provided x2 highchairs and travel cots. The house had plenty of space for us and could have accommodated more people (e.g. x5 couples). We loved the outdoor space and had a BBQ one evening outside. The dining room comfortably sits eight around the table, and we used that food for dinner the first night and breakfast. The only negative of the house is parking which is mentioned on the listing but worth taking note of if you have a lot of luggage. You can park on the road for an hour, but it's tricky to turn around on the road, and the streets with free parking were quite busy. I also wouldn't recommend the travel cot; it had a very hard mattress. This was more a personal lesson as I'm a first-time Mum but in future, I'll always bring my own travel cot from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great house and location.<br/>Couple of minutes to shops, restaurants and beach.<br/>Lovely big rooms and bathrooms.<br/>Parking on short stays is ok, as nearby free roads and paying carparks.<br/>Unloading was a challenge due to limited spaces, and one unhappy neighbour.<br/>But this isn’t the fault of the host, just the nature of the road it is on.<br/>Main living areas clean and tidy and nicely furnished, comfy beds, all of which were a good or great size (ie the super king on the top floor) and big walk in wardrobes in main bedrooms.<br/>One smaller room with a frosted window onto the hall for light would have benefited from some curtains to keep the room darker as child slept in there.<br/>only comments would be it needs a regular deeper clean like tops of radiators and in cupboards - nothing to bad, but a quick regular deeper clean would benefit the property - again the nature of Airbnb style properties, and similar to others we have stayed in from other hosts.

Stunning home, fantastic location. Stylish decor and accessories.<br/><br/>Garden area could have been cleaner, the table had bird poop on and the cushions were dirty. A piece of decking was split and splintered up which could have been harmful.

Lovely holiday home with everything we needed. Great location. Parking is slightly problematic but that is to be said of everywhere in Broadstairs, not just here. A real find. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We booked this last minute for two nights at the weekend. Stayed before. Only issue the heating wasn’t working very well. The top floor radiators we’re very hot even thought the radiator thermostat were off. But great location

Beautifully designed house inside and out. It was perfect for our 2 large families. <br/>The beds were very comfy and and each room thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was a great size and it was great having a separate dining room.<br/>Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The property was amazing but the parking is nonexistent

A really beautiful home in a fabulous location! The house itself was spotless. The kitchen utensils and crockery on the other hand were filthy so we had to clean everything before using them. The house was really wonderful and spacious, the only drawback was the lack of parking. With a 9 seater van and no guarantee of a parking place in the street or within a 5 or 10 minute walk at times it made things complicated, especially with the great British weather (rained the entire time) and with a child with cerebral palsy and babies/toddlers. All in all we enjoyed the home, and Blue Fox were great at responding quickly and answering any questions we had.

We had a great stay here, the house truly is beautiful and in such a great location. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, the social spaces are great and had all the amenities we needed. Check in was easy and the host was contactable at any time. The only 2 minor niggles were that the hot water is not on all the time and ran out way before everyone in the house was able to shower (this is a 5 double bedroom property so lots of guests). The host let us know how to sort this out with a small wait so solved the issue, but it wasn’t completely ideal. Then you can only get the free parking permit if you’re staying here for 7 nights. We had to use alternative free parking about 10 minutes walk away which we didn’t realise would be the case when booking. In general this house is great, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

A lovely house in a great position for Broadstairs town and with some excellent walks nearby. Hot water was temperamental and not always available, which was disappointing. Overall though a fantastic house for a few days with a group of friends.

Quiet location but really convenient for station/shops/restaurants and beach. <br/>Lovely retro town offering easy access to other Kent seaside locations and Canterbury. <br/>Would definitely go again.<br/><br/>Complicated heating and hot water, had to call agent three times on one day when we had no hot water. <br/>Poor finishing on first floor ensuite doors - no spindle, handles just pushed into plate and came off when pulled hard causing one young lady to get locked in the lavatory.

Central location in the town - easy access to shops and restaurants. Property is large, comfortable and spacious, and overall meets all the needs for your stay. A few things could be improved to make it a superb stay which we fed back to managing agent (although they did not acknowledge them which is a little disappointing!). Would recommend if you are a larger party looking for a property in Broadstairs.<br/><br/>As advised in information, there is limited time parking during the day and very rarely any space. So you have to park 10 min walk away on other streets, not a huge problem but not ideal either.

Excellent location and well looked after property. Parking on street is a bit tricky but plenty of options nearby. Few small things could be better taken care of but overall highly recommend this for a family vacation in Kent.

The location was fairly central in a small street about half way up the high street (bit of a hill to walk up when coming back fro the beach)<br/><br/>No parking available in a house for 10 people (permit only in the street and no off street parking at the house). This wasn't indicated on the ad so we were surprised that it wasn't included for the very high price we paid. <br/>Also the garden area in particular wasn't properly cleaned (dirty outside tables and seating area, stones over the decking area that hadn't been swept off, old cardboard box in the garden that hadn't been thrown out...).

Fantastic location and excellent, other than steep stairs the house was very well equipped for children.

The location,size of the property, good sized bedrooms with good quality bedding and towels.<br/><br/>The cleanliness of the kitchen, a cupboard full of partially used foodstuffs,some of which were weeks out of date, stains and marks in cupboards. Very disappointing.<br/>Also two of the bedrooms had no bedside lights.

Great location only 5 minutes walk if that to vikings bay plenty of shops and pubs around broadstair. House was absolutely fantastic very nice and clean as shown in pictures. Communication was nice and easy with the host. We as a family had a great time thank you

The good: Comfortable, well decorated house in an excellent location just a few minutes from the beach and town.<br/>The bad: The internet did not work at all for our entire trip. There were no cushions on the outside furniture and no fire pit (so it's not like the photo's). The communication from Blue Fox was awful. They did not send the check-in info, I had to call to get the details. They ignored some of my messages and questions. When they finally responded about the internet their attitude was 'I doubt we can do anything'. No apology or alternative solution. After I chased them again they claimed they had sent someone to check it who said it was working. I doubt this actually happened as we had been in most of the day and the router was in the exact same position as we had left it. Four of us had tried connecting to the internet and it certainly did not work. There were some other minor things: A dart board in the garden but no darts, the outside table repaired with gaffer tape, the kitchen ventilator not working. This could be a great airbnb if it was hosted well. Unfortunately we felt let down by the lack of effort.

Nice garden area (Cushions in the cellar) <br/>beds comfortable, nice towels, hot showers. <br/>extra cooking bits in kitchen (oil, sugar, spices) <br/>everything in full working order<br/><br/>hard to find fault. <br/>parking very limited - 1 hour drop off if you can get a space. <br/>Just a comment - Sea views over roof tops from top floor front bedroom. <br/>2nd banister spindle loose. Dirt under floor mat (Slipping hazard so we rolled it up for our stay)

This house is great for large groups stays in Broadstairs, we were 4 couples and 4 children and the house didn't feel cramped. It is a lovely and relaxing space, very close to the beach/amenities.<br/>We had a minor glitch with the heating but had a prompt fix from the managing team, so bonus point on responsiveness.<br/>We would definitely consider coming back again.<br/>Worth mentioning the street the house is located in is quite narrow and requires decent driving skills to reverse in it to load/unload if travelling by car.

Well positioned large Victorian house, close to the beach and high street <br/>Excellent 5 double bedrooms

This house is in a great location and was generally very suitable for a large family. The house is well-presented and the managing agents checked that everything was ok on arrival. The larger three bedrooms had generously sized and very comfortable beds. One of the beds in the other room was extremely hard so possibly best suited to young children. There were a couple of issues with things needing fixing, but feedback was sought from the agent so hopefully these will have been addressed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. If you're a light sleeper you may want to take an eye mask if you wake up when it's light and/or ear plugs for those pesky seagulls. There was plenty of utensils for eating and prepping food. The firepit, BBQ and outside dartboard were used extensively. We had a problem with having sufficient hot water for the household to shower on the first morning but this was resolved literally within 10 minutes. If you have experience of a Nest thermostat you will have no issues. We stayed as a group of 7 for a 60th Birthday getaway. All the bedrooms and the communal areas were clean and spacious. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall a great host, great property and a great week which created great memories for us all. Thank you Blue Fox.

Great house in a really good location. Short walks to anything you need and very close to the station and sea front. Beds were so comfy and it was so quiet in the mornings. Check in and check out was so easy and whenever we needed anything answered the hosts were prompt in responding. It was the perfect place to spend a few days with family and celebrate a big birthday. We would all definitely love to stay here again.

Great location, decor, comfy sofas and beds and hotel quality bed linen! Bring eye masks if you are used to black out curtains at home.

Great location, great house.

Overall, we had a really nice weekend at this place. It was cozy, comfortable and spacious! I particularly like the kitchen since it has the fire stove, which is good for me as someone who really likes cooking. The suggestions I would made are that 1. Equip the toilets with hair dryer; 2. The kitchen ventilator was not working so we had to open the rear door(which makes it pretty cold inside); otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone who wish to have a family escape trip!

The property is simply amazing. It has everything that you might need during your stay. Extremely good value for money. Wifi was great, which is quite important when travelling for work. Amazing facilities and everything spot on. Would be happy if we go back again.

The house is amazing and only a short stroll away to the beach and all of the local amenities. The parking outside is quite difficult if it's busy, but we managed to find a parking space for the duration of our stay in the first road that the host suggested and that was on a busy Sunday in half-term.<br/>We'll definitely be back again soon!

Lovely house close to the sea and town

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this beautiful Victorian home. Great facilities and location . Ideal for a large family including babies. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Broadstairs
