The Space
Welcome to Flat B at Croydon Road Dwelling. The property is accessed from the main road, with a key code for entry at the front door. Once inside, take the stairs on the right-hand side to reach the first floor, where you'll find the flat. Two key boxes are located outside the property door, with the property keys stored in the upper box. Access codes will be provided separately with your check-in details.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. The main living area, located next to the kitchen, offers a relaxing space with a comfy sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
There are two bedrooms in the flat. The first bedroom, located on the right as you enter, is a twin room with hanging space and drawers for storage. The second bedroom, further down the hallway, is a double room with ample wardrobe space.
The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC, and also houses the washing machine for your convenience.
