The Space
Clifton Studio 4 has a bright and airy feel about it, so you’ll feel instantly relaxed as soon as you set foot through the door.

The studio is a comfortable space. You’ll enjoy your night's sleep as the double boasts premium bedding and linens. You can also kick back on the bed in front of the TV to catch up on your favourite shows.

Well-equipped for a short stay, the kitchenette includes a fridge, kettle and microwave for your convenience.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, basin and a WC. Recently refurbished, it has a modern feel and silver finishings.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Getting Around
Darlington Train Station has regular routes to Bishop Auckland, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Penzance, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and York.

Darlington has great bus routes to surrounding areas including Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Spennymoor, Stockton-on-Tees, Tow Law and Yarm.

The nearest airport is Teesside International, seven miles away from Darlington.
